At Police counter, officers in discussion as Elvis rushed to them.
” Good day officers, I am here in deference of the young lady that was brought in here yesterday concerning criminal affair ” Elvis panted.
” And” First Police man asked.
” I was to see the D.P.O”
” Are you sure you want to see him? ” Second police man questioned.
The D.P.O walked to them.
” Follow me to my office ” Director police officer said as they both left.

AT DIRECTOR POLICE OFFICER’S OFFICE ***
” Please sit down ” Elvis sat down looking worried.
” I’m here to see you sir, concerning the young lady that was brought in yesterday about criminal affair”
” The case is still under investigation. The girl in question it seems not too bothered at all. The case is really a serious one, if care is not taken she might go to jail” D.P.O spilled.

THREE DAYS LATER ~AT THE LAW COURT
The judge faced those that are in the court room. Two lawyers are on the first front row.
” Court arise! ” A man shouted as they people arise and sat down.
” Today is the last day in the court, unless otherwise ” The judge announced.
” It is delight to call on one of the student of Welmer’s college that will attest that the accused is guilty. May I call on miss Pemina to come out here and attest ” The first lawyer said.
A young girl came out and looked at Rhema who looked away.
” Are you a Christian, Atheist or Muslim ” A man said to the girl.
” I’m a Christian ”
The man brought out a bible.
” Placed your right hand on this Holy Bible ”
She put her hand on it.
” Now repeat after me… I Pemina, what ever I say will be nothing but the truth, so help me God ” The man said, she repeated the exacts words while glimpses at Luna.
” What is your name and occupation? ” The first lawyer asked.
” My name is Pemina Drake, a first second year student of Welmers’s College ” Pemina replied.
” You know this girl? ”
He pointed at Rhema, she nodded her head in confirmation.
” Tell us what you know about her and item concerning her ownership” The first lawyer said.
” Objection my lord! ” The opposed lawyer stood up.
” Objection over ruled” The judge declined.
” Continue ”
” Yes my lord, so tell us” The lawyer turned to Pemina.
She glanced at Luna who blinked at her.
” I have known Rhema for months now, the way she behaves in school was so nasty and terrible. She is a member of one of the dangerous cult gang in this campus, they was a time I caught her taking in cocaine and other hard drugs, she had committed horrendous crimes which indulge murdering of innocent students ”
Pemina started shedding tears, pointed at Rhema who glared at her in anger.
” She even wanted me ti join their gangs which I vehimently declined, but she sent her gang her gangs to bear me up almost to the stage of death ” Pemina spilled the lies, Luna smiled.
” So my lord, from the numerous testimonies of some students and the certify st hand, indeed she is guilty ” First lawyer said to the judge.
” This is my judgment, the accused is…. ”
The judge trying to pass the final judicial decisions.
At once Rhema eyes turned to blue color and stared directly to the judge eyes.
The judge shaked his head and touches his eyes.
” The accused is not guilty of any accusations. I hereby pronounce her free ” The judge finalized.
Those in the room got shocked hearing this from the judge, Rhema smiled and glanced at Luna who burnt in extremely annoyance.
Elvis jumped up in jubiltion.
” Definitely, it is God miracle… ” Elvis shouted.

PEMINA’S ROOM**
Pemina is in her room reading a book, she heard a knock on her door, she went and open it as Rhema stepped in clapping her hands.
