“Good.” Adam said and stood up. “By this time tommorow evening, you will be taken to the house on which you will begin your job. Any single mistake will jeopardize your payment of the job. Keep that in mind.” Adam warned.
Leo stood straight and nodded. Few minutes later, he was on his way with Mac to check out the house.

Gabriella sat in the living room with her twin sister, chatting over tall glasses of wine. A maid came down from the stairs with a tray of fruit salad and placed it on the table in from of them.
“Thanks.” Daniella said as she reached out to take a fork.
The maid bowed and left.
“How’s Leo doing? Eddie wouldn’t tell me anything.” Gabriella asked.
Daniella shrugged. “Leo is naughty. Yes I know but just like you said, Eddie has never complained about him. Maybe my son is changing for the better….. what do you think?”
Gabriella laughed. “I told you he’s just a kid. With time, he’s gonna change.”
Daniella sighed and shook her head as she sipped her wine. “I still can’t forget those hard times he gave me. I even had to beg Eddie to take him in and I think it’s paying off.”
“Yes it is. Two men would always come together and see reasons. Don’t worry about Leo. He’s gonna be fine. He’s almost 25, right?”
Daniella smiled and nodded. “Have you heard from the newly wedded couple?”
“Nah. I’ve not called either of them. I want them to enjoy their honeymoon without disturbance.” Gabriella replied and Daniella smiled.
“You must be so proud of Eddie. You and Quentin must be very proud of him. Soon enough, you will be grand parents.” Daniella said with a smile and Gabriella sighed, staring into the ceiling.
“You know what? I can’t wait for that day to come. I can’t wait for the day cute little babies will fill this house! I want a cute grandson that will look like Eddie and a pretty granddaughter that will look like me.”
Daniella laughed. “That should be “a pretty granddaughter that will look like Jocelyn” not you.”
Gabriella rolled her eyes. “Its not a crime if a girl takes after her Granny’s look. I’m sure you’d love that, would you not?”
“Of course. Are we still going to the gym? It’s been long I exercised but since I’m here, I think I should be serious about it.” Daniella said and her sister Laughed.
“I guess you are also watching your weight. I’m getting bigger than you.” Gabriella replied.
“You should do something about it.” Daniella said and stood up, going towards the kitchen.
“Get me wh@tëver you wanna get in there.” Gabriella called over her shoulder.

Three weeks later, Jocelyn and Eddie came back home Eddie had gotten an emergency call from the hospital and they had to cut their honeymoon period short.
But Jocelyn had the best of her time. To her, the four weeks of their honeymoon was fun and fulfilling.
Her friends Dianne and Paula were waiting at the airport with Paula’s car.
Jocelyn screamed excitedly when she saw her friends and ran into their arms. They hugged happily, dragging people’s attention.
“Oh my God, Jocelyn! Look at you! You are glowing!” Dianne and Paula said excitedly, turning her here and there.
Jocelyn rolled her eyes as she blushed. “Oh come on stop!”
Eddie caught up with them and the girls greeted him too. Together, they walked towards the car.

They got home half an hour later and met Eddie’s mom and her sister waiting for her at the main entrance.
Happily they all went into the house.

“Trust you had a good trip?” Daniella asked her nephew.
Eddie smiled as he came into the living room with Jocelyn. “Of course aunt. How’s Leo? I’ve not seen him for like six months now. Is he okay? He doesn’t come here for holidays anymore.”
Daniella shrugged. “You know how Leo is. He’s such a rascal. I just pray he changes.”
“Don’t worry about it. I will go to his school tommorow and find out what has been keeping him.”
“I hope I get to meet him soon too.” Jocelyn chipped in.
“That’s true. Jocelyn is yet to meet Leo.” Gabriella pointed out.
Eddie smiled and toughed his wife’s arm. “You will meet him soon dearest. Don’t you worry about it.”
Jocelyn smiled and placed her head on his shoulder and slept off; tired from the trip.

She woke up the next day, alone in the room. She sat up and saw her coffee already on the drawer with a note beside it.
She stretched her hand and took the note and read. “Sorry angel. Didn’t wanna wake you up and besides, you look more beautiful when sleeping. I have to be at work early today to attend to some emergency matters at the hospital. See you when I get back. Love you.”
Jocelyn smiled and folded the note neatly before tucking it under the pillow.
She got up from the bed with her coffee in her hand and walked out of the room.
She met the new maid half way on the stairs. “Where are you going?”
“Good morning ma’am. We have a visitor.” The maid replied and proceeded to the door.
“Okay.” Jocelyn replied as she continued sipping her coffee, wondering who it was.
Just then, she saw her mom walking into the living room. Jocelyn rolled her eyes and was about going back upstairs.
“Baby…. please!” Angeline said with tears.
Jocelyn turned back to look at her, surprised that she was already in tears. “Your tears isn’t gonna get to me mom. So please, stop.” Jocelyn said and rolled her eyes.
“Please…just hear me out. You can’t keep doing this to me.”
Jocelyn sighed and shook her head. The tears were already getting to her.
