Nam ji Hyun poured some liquor into their cups which was placed on the table.
“Can we now make a toast to the union in advance?”Hwan asked, bringing his cup towards him, but Ha-da carried up his cup and gulp the liquor.
He collected the jug from Nam ji Hyun and poured himself another cup of liquor.
Hwan also gulp his.
“Now, cheers to the union.”Ha-da said and clink his cup on his.
They both gulp it and Nam ji Hyun poured them another liquor.
They eat their meals. Though, Ha-da was still shocked about his brother sudden behavior.

Ha-da didn’t know when his hands began to shake out of fear.
“Modeok, please don’t do this to me. Wake up, please!” He pleaded,as tears gush down his cheeks.
“You promised to be there for me anything I need you. Don’t die, please.” As he was crying, a slip of his tears drops down her cheek and she opens her eyes and then close it back.
Ha-da teleported to his suite.

Ha-da’s suite
Ha-da walked toward his bed was placed her on it, gently.
“Please, don’t. I’m begging you.” Modeok said, painting from her sleep. Ha-da grasp her hand to prevent her from falling, but she doesn’t seems to realized that.
He wanted to undress her and treat her bruises, but on a second thought, he thinks that isn’t a good act.
So,he lifted her up touch her back. He pressed his hands on it and a red magic appears in his hands and soon it enter her body as well and her wounds begins to heal up.
Not quite long, blood gush out from his mouth but he doesn’t stop. Instead,he pressed his hands harder on her back and sweats came out of her body.
Suddenly, she fell on him. And he was forced to stop. He placed her back on the bed and stared at her.
He didn’t leave till she opens her eyes.
“Modeok?” He called, happily.
“I almost thought I’ll lost you.” He said, sadly.
“You should have allowed me to die peacefully there. Why did you bring me here? I don’t wanna go back to him.

“You’re not going back to him. Just try to relax so you could recover soon.” Ha-da assured her.

“Just kidding, actually. Take your medicine, it’s getting cold and I’m pretty sure you wouldn’t wanna drink it after it gets cold.” Ha-da said, and stir up the medicine before handling it over to her.
“This taste quite bitter.” She lamented.
“Yes,it really does. I can see that.” Ha-da said, jeeringly.
“Are you indirectly mocking me?” She asked.
“No, where did you even gets the strength to talk to me? I thought you were blaming me for saving your life just n…”
“No, I wasn’t. Do you mean I wouldn’t go back there?” She asked, changing the topic.
Ha-da nod affirmatively.
“But I tried to flee…”
“I freed you, Modeok. So, don’t be scared.”
“You freed me? Do you mean you…”
“It isn’t what you think. I freed you because I wanna make you my wife coz we’re destined to be together.” Ha-da declared.
“Your wife? I’m your mate? Who’re you?” Modeok asked, confused.

Modeok nod affirmatively.

“Every thing you heard about us happens to be true. But I can never hurt you, Modeok.” Ha-da said, calmly.
“You mean you need me to be complete? That’s why you freed me as his slave and you wants to marry me, right?” Modeok asked.
“Yes.”
“What if I don’t wanna marry you, and accept to be your mate? What’ll happened to you?”

“Because you’re not ready for it yet. And…” Modeok claimed her lips on his. She kissed him hungrily.
The kiss lasted for some minutes before she detached from the kiss.

“Sshhh! I’m so sorry, I came late. Wipe off your tears.” Ha-da said and wipes off her tears with the back of his palm..
“It hurts me so much seeing you in tears. I’m sorry for everything, I know we met quite late but I’m ready to make you happy.
Your love’s costiler than a diamond. I’m sorry, you’ll be my wife soon and no one would dare punish,or torture you again.” Ha-da said, looking at her in the eyes.
Her lips trembles and he wipes off the tear on it and claimed his lips on hers.
He wrapped her arms around his waist, enjoying the kiss.
As the kisses get deeper,he went down to her neck and kissed it hungrily. The terrible incidents she had with Hwan flashed back to her head and she pulled him away gently.
“I can’t do this, please. Let’s do it another time.” She said,in a pleading voice.
“Okay, I understand. Take your time coz if we happens to do it on our first day, I shall claimed you.” He said and she could he was serious about what he said.
“But would she be able to endure the pains?” She asked herself as she fake a smile at him.
“I can see you’re getting scared,it won’t hurt as you think. I won’t make it hurt you. I’ll be gentle, okay?”
Modeok nod affirmatively. Though, she was scared.

Modeok’s House
The couples had just done their weeding and they were heading to modeok village in their carriage.

“We weren’t able to kill him. We have lost our mission!” She yelled at her maid, who was kneeling down.

“Shut up! You’re not doing your work! First you lost Iseul and Gyeong-Hui and now, Ha-da.
“How’re we going to explain that to master?! Go and get me Iseul and Gyeong-Hui right now! I didn’t care wh@tëver you do to bring them or kill them today!

“I prepared your favorite meals.” Gyeong-Hui said,as he placed the meals on the table.

“He’s really a great cook, but I won’t say that to him.” She said as she picked up her chopsticks.
She feed herself a mouthful and she doesn’t want to stop eating. She began eating every plates in front of her forgetting that he hasn’t eaten yet.
“Why’s she eating like a glutton?” He said to himself.

Back at Modeok’s House
“Are we to sleep together on the bed?” Modeok asked,shyly.
“Yes. Allons; come to daddy.” Ha-da said, jarcularly.
“I’m shy of sleeping with you. I have never sleep on the same bed with a man before. Let me just sleep on the floor while you sleep on the…”
“No,if you’re not sleeping. I’m not sleeping as well.” Ha-da said, walking toward her.
“Alright. Let’s sleep together, then coz I can’t watch my husband awake because of me.” She said, shyly.
He grasp her hand and walked toward the bed, but she doesn’t wants to sleep on it.
So, she stood motionlessly after he had layed on the bed.
He pulled her to the bed and she was forced to sleep on it.
“Are you going to visit my mom tomorrow?” He asked, sounding jealous.
“Yes, she wants me to come. What’s on your mind?”
“Nothing.” He lied
“Look into my eyes and tell me you’re not jealous of your mom.” Modeok said, bringing his face to hers.
“Actually, I wasn’t. Let’s sleep, remember I’m still a general. I can come to the palace and leave as I want but you, I don’t like seeing you with him..” Ha-da finally revealed the truth.
“Yes, I know you’re jealous. Don’t worry, you owns me now and not him.” Modeok said, smiling.

Modeok was heading back home after she and Mrs. Kim ji Hyun discussion.
But suddenly, she felt dizzy and her head began to spin but she tried to hide it and ran into the gardening.
Unknowning to her, Hwan was there only with a towel on his body.
When she looked at her left side, she saw him standing and their eyes met.
“What’re you doing here?” He asked,coldly.
“I didn’t mean to, Your Majesty. I’ll leave right aw…ay…” Modeok stammered and turned to leave. As she takes some steps forward, she saw him in front of her.
“Your Majesty…. I..ha..ve to…” She stammered, but stopped when she feels his lips on hers.
She stood motionlessly, unable to resist the kiss. He pushed her on the wall and pinned his hands on hers.
Her legs soon became swollen and she adjusted her position. When he went down to her neck, his towel loosen from his body and he was naked in front of her.
