She didn’t even know when the green light turned on and other cars start moving.
By the time she notice the green light has been turned on, it was too late as a coming truck, clear her off the road.
Cassie land roughly on the other side of the road.
Her head hit something and she groaned in pain.
She hold her broken head in pain as she picked her phone, the screen was broken and one could hardly operate it.
Luckily she could still locate her contact, she couldn’t see the last contact she communicate with but she dialed the contact like that as she slowly loose consciousness.

“Common Esmeralda, he was just kidding” anna said as Esmeralda told her about what transpired between her and newton earlier.
“I don’t like it, I mean, mom is gonna he on my neck now asking for him, she has always disturbed me to bring a man home, but not my teacher” she scoffed.
“But the president son” anna interrupted and Esmeralda shot her a stare.
“anna phone suddenly start ringing and she picked it up.
“Cassie?“ Why is she calling,she is supposed to be back home right?“ she thought and pick it up but its not saying anything.
All she could hear was sound of vehicles.
“Cassie?“
“Cassie, are you there?“
“Cassie say something” she said but she only receive sound of running vehicles.
“Esmeralda, I think something is wrong” anna said and Esmeralda sprang up immediately.
“Do you know where is she?“ Esmeralda asked.
“I don’t know, I told you she went with Fernando after the scandals, remember?“ Anna reminded and Esmeralda nod.
“Wait, I got a tracker on my phone, I can track any one who contact me” anna suddenly said and rushed out While Esmeralda run after her .
They board a cab directing the cab man according to the tracker.
They stopped by the side of the road, searching if cassie was close by but they couldn’t find her.
Their eyes landed on the other eyes of the road and their eyes widened.
“Cassie?“ Anna cried waiting for the road to free so they could cross over.
Immediately the road is free from vehicles they rush to the other side, to see cassie on the floor in the pool of her own blood.
“Gosh, Esmeralda you need to stop a car, stop a car please” anna cried as she goes in her knee to carry cassie in her arms.
~~AMAYA HOSPITAL~~
Doctors were seeing moving around trying to save Cassie’s life, while anna and Esmeralda choked in tears.
Esmeralda was fast to search Lisa number online and dialed it.
She told Lisa about it and it no time lisa was already at the hospital with Diane.
“Doctor is my sister okay, tell me nothing is gonna happen to my sister, she is all I got” lisa said in one breath already in tears.
“sorry, miss we can’t assure that,the accident was kinda tough that she sustained an inner injury in her head which has lead to a temporary memory loss” the doctor dropped the bombshell and Lisa jaw dropped.
“What, what are you talking about, I don’t understand” Lisa and anna chorus.
“Well, what I am saying is that,miss cassie over there won’t remember some things that has happen in her life, but its just temporary” the doctor added but Lisa burst into aloud cry.
“For how long doc?“ Anna and Diane asked.
“Weeks or month, if she is a strong fighter it’s may take her just a week, but if she is not, its may take her months” the doctor replied while Esmeralda sobbed
“It can’t be,I thought we are close on been like old times but not now, I feel she will forgive me soon, what if she wake up to be doing the worst to me” she cried while anna and Diane pat her with Esmeralda.
Strangely, its hurting Esmeralda too, like its her blood sister.
Lisa hugged anna and Diane crying so hard, Esmeralda sight something on her neck region and her brows creased.
“Wait, that’s a big mole on her neck, which she got on her neck too.
Her eyes move to the unconscious Cassie on the bed and her eyes roamed over Cassie’s neck and she sight the mole there too.
“Wait, what happening, why are they having the same mole, her eyes move to anna and Diane neck to see if just natural but there is nothing there.
Diane dialed Fernando’s number and she told him what has happened.

“Video sent successfully, just wait till tomorrow’s morning for result” linda said facing Brian who sip from him wine.
“never knew, you are this good, we did have been a good business partner long time ago” Brian muttered and kinda laughed.
“Me too, like you were so good at editing videos, I think you should edit one as well and send it to Fernando so they can leave each other faster” she suggested.
“That a good idea but why don’t we wait for tomorrow’s outcome first?“ he replied and she she nod.
“You have a good point there though” she cooed.
“Cheers” they both cheered and sip from the wine unknown to her Brian already mix where wine with a sleeping pill.
He stare at her B@@b with a smirk toying on the side of his lips as he hallucinate on how he is going to pin her to the bed.

Fernando run into the hospital like a crazy guy, “where is she?,” he asked Diane breathing so hard.
“She is still unconscious” she replied.
“Tell me she is okay” he cried.
The last lady he fell in love with di*d through a car crash not this one again.
“Well she is okay bu..“ They trailed off as the doctor walked to them.
“She is not awake yet, but she should be anytime from soon” he announced smiling nd walk out.
Fernando didn’t wait for the doctor to say further as he rushed to the doctor grabbing his collar.
“Take me to her please, I want to see her please. She left my side few few minutes ago” he cried.
“Calm down Mr Logan, you can go see her now” The doctor cooed and Fernando freed him.
The doctor led him to Cassie’s ward.
He met her sleeping peacefully with her head wrapped in a white bandage.
“Cassie” he called with glassy eyes holding her hand.
“Am sorry, i caused this to you, I shouldn’t have let you go on your own, I should have onsite and take you home my self, I..I..I am so stupid right now” he cried placing his head beside her on the bed while he rub her palm soothingly.
They remain like that till he doze off too.
Anna and other watch from the transparent glass and sighed sadly.
***NEXT MORNING***
Cassie eyes flip open as the sun rays hit her eyes, only to he welcome by a strong headache.
She winced and tried sitting as she hold her hurting head.
She felt a presence beside her and turn to see who is that.
She raised her head up to see its Fernando and she quickly snatched her hand from him.
“What are you doing here?“ She asked with a frown.
Fernando eyes quickly flip open And he sit up.
“Huh?, what are you saying?, am here to see you, you should have let me take you home but you insisted” he cried as he shift close to her and she move back.
“Sorry, I think you lost your way, you should leave” she fired and fernando brows creases.
“Are you serious Cassie?“ He managed to ask.
“How did you even know my name, the last I remember seeing you was at the ace restaurant where you were backing at me like a dog, cause I mistakenly spilled a drink on you” she fired and Fernando jaw dropped.
What is she saying?
She can’t have a memory loss right?“
