The lecturer 5 (the end)

Ann started mopping up money to be able to
come up with the amount her would-be helpers
asked for. The total amount she had saved in
her bank account was just about fifty thousand
Naira and she needed more. Thus, she started
selling her properties to come up with the rest.
She sold some of her cloths, shoes and
jewelries, and some of the electronics Chisom
wouldn’t notice their absence. She also added
some of the money meant for her textbooks and
practical classes. In the space of two weeks,
Ann came up with the hundred thousand Naira
the guys requested.
She went back to the guy’s den with the money
stuffed in a paper envelope. “Here’s the money”,
Ann said as she dropped the envelope on the
table. The guys were not moved by that. One of
them casually picked the envelope and peeped
into it. He made a nodding sign to the others
and the one that acted as their leader spoke.
“Girl, you are so determined to waste this
lecturer. I can only imagine how deep your hurt
runs”, he said puffing out smoke from his
mouth. “When are we doing this?”, Ann asked
ignoring his soft talk. He told her that they were
ready whenever she was ready. He also warned
her that she was on her own and if things went
south, she shouldn’t expect any assistance from
them nor mention them to anyone including the
police. “If you do that, you and yours are gone”,
he threatened.
With these warnings, Ann realized for the first
time the depth and seriousness of what she
was about to do. She became frightened and
developed cold feet momentarily. But she
shrugged off the fear with the thought that the
beast must go. She told the guys that they
would strike the next time Ben would request for
her company which would likely be the next
week. She also run them through the plan she
had made. The guys were marvelled at how
perfectly she had thought out the plan and
agreed to go ahead with it without any changes.
Just like Ann predicted, Ben invited her the next
week for their usual sëxual romp. Immediately
he sent the address of the hotel and the time to
Ann, Ann forwarded them to the guys.
Once they were inside the hotel room, Ann sent
‘306’ as a text to the guys. That was the number
of the hotel room. While she and Ben were still
romancing, giving heads and fín?E?ing, a knock
came on the door. They were startled and Ann
quickly asked “are you expecting someone?”
Ben replied ‘no’ and asked who was at the door
in a loud voice. A male voice answered, “it’s the
room service, ma. I brought the juice you
requested”. Ann smiled and feigned forgetting
the order she made. She quickly clad herself
with the bed cover and went to open the door.
Immediately she opened the door, two men
armed with pistols entered the room. They were
different from the guys Ann met earlier, but they
came for the same business.
“Is that the he goat”, one of them asked referring
to Ben. Ann didn’t respond. She rather went over
and gave Ben multiple slaps across the face.
“Your end has come, Mr lecturer”, she said
smirking. One of the guys went closer to Ben
and bellowed, “for your chance of leaving here
alive and for the safety of your wife and two
boys, comply to my orders”. Ben nodded with
his whole body shaking. Then, they ordered him
to do what he had always done. Just that this
time, it was scripted and covered by a camera
placed on the desk. In that video, Ann was
shown begging her lecturer not to sleep with her
before letting her pass his course. “Sir, please
this is not right. What have I done to deserve
this? I did the quiz and assignments very well
and I wrote well in the exams. Please give me
any grade, even if it’s just a pass, but don’t
defile my body”, Ann was videoed begging Ben
in a teary voice. Ben was shown telling her that
having sëx with him was the only way for her to
pass his course.
“Come here and do what others are doing.
Unless you want to remain in this school
without graduating. You act as if you are the
first person to do this. Stop whining and come
here”, Ben was shown ordering Ann. The guys
paused the recording and forced a tablet down
Ben’s throat. Within five minutes, Ben’s penis
became as hard as a rock and the recording
resumed. By then, Ben was already th-ru_sting in
and out of Ann’s V@?i?@. The substance he was
fed wouldn’t let him hold back. The th-ru_sts were
allowed for three more minutes before the
recording was stopped. Ann quickly dressed up
and left with those guys, leaving Ben with an un
-quenched erection. Once outside the hotel
premises, one of the guys brought out the
memory card containing the video and handed
it over to Ann. That was the agreement.
Ann left immediately to the place of a
prearranged video editor. There, the video editor
blurred out Ann’s face throughout the video,
leaving every other thing as it was. Ann also
made sure that no copy of the original video
was made. Before three hours from the time the
video was made, it had hit the school blog,
many of the school’s Whatsapp groups and all
over the internet. Ben was clearly shown having
forced sëx with a female student who was
crying and begging him not to. Most hurtfully,
he threatened to keep her from graduating if she
refused to let him have her. But no one knew the
identity of the girl. The next morning, many
students gathered outside the office of the vice
chancellor with placards demanding Ben’s
head. Many of the other students who had been
molested at sometime by some lecturers made
their case known on the internet. Few hours
later, the vice chancellor made a press
statement dismissing Ben from the services of
the school and stripping him of every
entitlements according to the School’s staff
book.
Ben left the city and went into hiding. Many
human right activists were gunning for his
head. He wanted to go with his family, but his
wife refused. She distanced herself and her kids
from him. The shame was unbearable. She took
her kids to her parents’ house and initiated the
process of divorce. She couldn’t stay married to
such a beast. Ben was left alone to entertain the
lizards that had visited him because of the ant
infested firewood he fetched. His career,
societal values and marriage had been
destroyed. Ann had accomplished the first
phase of her resolve. She was satisfied with her
victory. She went to the guys to thank them for
their service.
After making her appreciation speech, the leader
of the guys said, “you have just won a battle,
but the war still remains. That man is now a
wounded lion and killing you will be his healing.
I hope he doesn’t come back while you are still
in this city. But if he does, feel free to hire our
guns”. Ann left their den with mixed feelings of
victory and worry. But that of victory was
dominating.
Like the guy said, I hope Ben didn’t come back
soon. I hope Ann had left before he came back,
if he ever did. Most importantly, I hope you are
entertained.
