“Is the rumour going around true? Are you really dating one of the students in the school?” The principal asked Cynthia who was seated in front of her.
“If I say yes then what will be my punishment?” Cynthia asked.
“You will have to leave this school. No school would want an adult seducing her child”
“I didn’t seduce him. We only fell in love, is that a crime?”
“I can’t believe this! Don’t you have any shame miss Cynthia? You are way older than that boy, didn’t common sense told you to stop what you were doing with….”
“It did! It told her to stop but I kept pursuing her” Chris suddenly said as he walk into the principal office.
“I doubt your relatives will be listening to that thrash when they are told about this!” The principal replied.
“I don’t care. My relatives doesn’t own my life and I can do wh@tëver I want and one of it is to fall for the woman I want” he said as he pulled Cynthia up.
“I saw her first, I pursued her even when she kept refusing me, so if you are to blame anyone, do that with me” Chris added and made to leave only to stop to stare at the principal.
“And don’t you think of firing her. That is if you want to keep on recieving the monthly donations from my house hold”
“Are you threatening me, Chris?” The principal yelled as she sat up.
“Take it however you want but you should heed to my warning ” he said before walking out of the room with Cynthia.
“You only made matter worse! How can you speak to her like that?” Cynthia said as soon as they were outside.
“Why can’t I speak to her like that? No one insults you while am there and mostly this is my fault. If I never pursued you then this wouldn’t have happened” Chris said.
“Chris, I don’t mind getting fired since I knew what would happen even before I began to date you. Am just afraid that people might gossip about you” Cynthia said starring at the students who kept watching them.
“Listen up everyone!” Chris called out suddenly earning the attention of the other students.
“Let’s get this straight! Cynthia never seduced me, I did the seducing. I pursued her even though she kept pushing me away. Record this if you want” Chris said to them before taking hold of Cynthia hand.
“I love Cynthia and nothing in this world will make me let go of her. Is it a crime to fall in love with someone older than you? It’s not since you don’t know who your heart will choose. My heart chose Cynthia and I don’t regret it but if anyone of you makes life hard for her I will make you all regret ever being born” he warned before walking off with her.
“He’s so cool” was the chorus sang by many of the students who stood watching Chris leave with Cynthia.

“Cutie” On hearing Frederick voice, Fiona turned to see him standing in front of a room, dressed in a hospital uniform.
“What are you doing here?”
“Since you’ve decided to keep your distance from me, have also decided to pursue you which is why I left the hospital I was and came here to continue my treatment”
“Why do you tend to do the most craziest things!” Fiona said as she hit him on the chest.
Laughing cheekily, he pulled her into the room shutting the door.
“That’s how crazy I am about you. Do you still want us to be apart cause am dying here, I can’t live without you my cutie” Frederick said which got her blushing.
“Don’t call me your cutie”
“But you are my cutie. I love everything about you and I don’t think I can ever give you up” he added lightly.
Standing on tip toe, she gave him a kiss on the lips.
“Is that what I think it is?”
“I love you too Frederick and I was fool for wanting to keep my distance” Fiona told him.
Molding her body to his, he crash his lips on hers making her know just how much he has missed her.
He lifted her into his arms and back to his bed when he got a call.
“Answer your call” Fiona said as he trailed kisses down her neck line.
“I don’t want to” he muttered but she pushed him away and went to take his phone.
“It’s Charles, he said you should check the school website since it has something to do with Chris” Fiona read out the text.
A while later the both of them sat on his bed watching the video of Cynthia and Chris again.
“Do you know where they might be?” Fiona asked Frederick who called Chris again.
“Have always known about their relationship but what I didn’t imagine is that everyone will find out this way” Frederick said and just at that moment the door open revealing Chris and Cynthia.
“Gosh! We’ve been worried about you” Frederick said as he went towards them.
“Same here. How are you doing?” Fiona directed the question to Cynthia.
“I couldn’t be more happy. Everyone now knows about my relationship with Chris which means there is no need to hide” Cynthia stated.
“What will you do about the video?” Frederick asked.
“I already called the perpetrator and am sure she will delete it soon. I should have known that Grace isn’t someone to take no for an answer” Chris said.
“Am just glad that soon everything will be over. And am glad to see you both back together, I thought Fiona will never give you a chance again” Cynthia said starring at the both of them.
“But she did which is why I intend to cherish her for the rest of my life” Frederick said as he pulled her into his arms.
“Now that Fiona and Frederick is back to being a couple don’t you think this calls for a celebration?” Cynthia said which got Chris giving her a kiss on the cheek.
“What is going on here !” On hearing her voice Cynthia and Fiona both called out.
“Mom!”

“Do you really have to leave?” Connor asked Nicole who gave a nod in return.
“You most of all know why I need to leave. If I want to become a better person then I have to go” Nicole replied just as they heard the announcement of his flight.
Nicole stared around for a while and Connor didn’t miss the look on his face.
“Are you waiting for Melody?”
“Am not! I just…I just…”
“Your decision to leave have been very hard on her which is why she chose not to come” Connor explained.
“It’s the best thing for her, she won’t be happy with a guy like me. Have got to go” Nicole said as the male nurse wheeled him off.
Connor was about to leave when he got a call.
“What! She’s dead?” He said in disbelief.
A while later, Connor stood in the mortuary starring at Clarissa decayed body.
“What’s the cause of her death?”
“She was hit on the head with a heavy antique and it wasn’t once. The autopsy showed that she had been hit multiple times which led to her death” The police officer replied.
“Any lead on the culprit?”
“That’s why I called you to show you this” the officer said as he showed him the cctv footage where he watch Blair hitting the antique on Clarissa.
“I can’t believe that she did it” Connor said startled by this revelation.
“Do you have any idea where miss Blair might be?”
“I don’t. It’s been a week since I last heard from her” Connor replied truthfully.
“Then we will begin a search for her. She’s a danger to people if she’s still outside roaming freely. I will take my leave now” The officer said before walking out of the room.
“What have you done Blair” Connor muttered to himself.

“I can’t believe that she’s dead” Tessa said as she stood by the road side trying to hail a taxi.
“Am on my way back from work. No! Well I decided to leave early due to the news and also I have something to tell you” Tessa said as she held her pregnancy test result in her hand.
“Okay love, I will be home soon” she said before ending the call.
A taxi stopped In front of her and she got into it.
“The Hanks Residence” she said to the driver while wondering why the driver had a handkerchief covering his face.
Choosing to ignore it, Tessa began browsing through her phone failing to notice the sudden gas which was released in the car.
And just like that, Tessa lost her conciousness…
