“E….Em…Emma?” Richard stuttered with his eyes bulging out more and more as he stared at his daughter blankly.

“Dad!” Emma called and quickly hugged her dad tight to herself,while Richard still remained motionless,totally swept off the ground with shock.
Is he dreaming or this is actually his daughter? Like….this is the same Emma they’ve been looking for?
Same Emma who packed all her things and left home,leaving no traces?
No,this definitely has to be an illusion. He is day dreaming again.
These were all Richard’s wild thoughts while he still stared at his daughter in astonishment.
“Dad…it’s me. It’s really me” Emma chirped happily.
Megan on hearing Emma’s voice,she sprang up from the couch.
Although,she didn’t believe who’s voice she was hearing.
So,she stood up just to confirm if it’s actually the voice of the person she thought it was,if truly she wasn’t hearing things.
But to her utmost surprise,she saw Emma scuttling to her.
She widened her eyes more on seeing that it was really Emma.
“Em….ma….!” Megan stuttered too,her voice so shaky as she couldn’t believe it was Emma.
Yes,they’ve been looking for her and wanted her back home badly,but this shock of seeing her like this out of nowhere, is overwhelming.
But why is she here since she decided to run away from home in the first place?
And again,if she actually didn’t run away from home like they thought she did,judging from all her things that were gone too….where has she been?
“Mom…!” Emma hugged her mom too,resting her head on her mom’s shoulder like a little baby.
While she hugged her mom,Megan looked at Richard who was also looking at her in complete bewilderment.
Thier minds asking each other’s “are we dreaming?” While they stared blankly at each other.
“Mom…Dad,you both are not dreaming,okay? It’s me,real me” Emma said,now shocking them even more.
How the hell did she know what they were thinking?
They ignored it anyway,since that wasn’t important at the moment.
She probably knows that’s what they will be thinking is happening to them; dreaming.
“Whe…where have you been,Emma? Do you know what you put us through? We thought you were kidnapped or….where the hell have you been?!” Megan sobbed lowly. She was still crying even after seeing Emma.
Emma only smiled,and stared at her mom instead. Megan noticed something and she furrowed a little.
“Your eyes…the color of your eyes is thicker” Megan said,touching Emma’s face tenderly. Richard frowned too,and looked at Emma,noticing the same thing.
They both looked at each other again,then back at Emma. Although she hasn’t said anything,but they could sense something was different about her now.
“Emma…? What happened to you,where have you been?” Megan asked yet again,and Emma smiled.
“It’s a long story you certainly won’t believe. Come sit,mom and dad” She said and they obeyed without arguing.
“So,this is what happened….” Emma started.
She explained everything that happened,right from when she and Diane left the school premises.
Their eyes weren’t wide enough the first time when they saw her,because they were about leaving their sockets this time after they listened to what Emma said.
“What in the world?!” Megan exclaimed unbelievably. She got up from the couch again,and began to chuckle like a crazy person.
“Yeah,I am hallucinating again. I know,Richard. I know I’m going crazy,hahaha” Megan chuckled again senselessly.
This is kind of making sense now,even though she still doesn’t believe it.
But it’s making sense. How her daughter’s things just disappeared from her wardrobe without any evidence that someone broke in and packed them.
That is what Megan had been thinking about while they were still searching for Emma. It now makes sense.
So,Emma is truly not human,but how?
“I need to see the doctor,I think I’m losing my mind. I’ve started day dreaming again” Megan thought inwardly,while she paced around.
Emma heard it and walked to where Megan was,hugging her again.
“Mom,you’re not dreaming and you need no doctor. You just have to believe me” Emma said. Megan frowned immediately and broke from the hug to stare at her in shocks.
“How did you know I was planning to go see the doctor?” Megan asked with little sweats that were starting to form on her forehead as she still thought she was dreaming.
“That’s one of my powers,I can read minds” Emma replied,and she widened her eyes,her body stiffened instantly.
Even Richard who was not saying anything because he was totally lost of words,stood up shockingly and widened his eyes too.
“Pow…what?” Megan asked and passed out instantly.
•√•√•√LATER IN THE DAY❀FORTUNATE ISLES •√•√•√
“Has anyone seen Emma around?” Illekktra who has been searching and wondering where Emma might be,went to Ioanna and Bluey’s room to ask them.
•√•√•√BACK IN EMMA AND ILLEKKTRA’S ROOM•√•√•√
Illekktra and Emma had gone back to their room,after staying in Bluey’s own for some more minutes.
Emma was the first person to go have her bath when they got to their room. So,after she was done,Illekktra went next to have her own bath. But when she finished bathing and came back to the room,Emma was nowhere to be found.
“Huh?!” She curved her lips in a surprised way.
“Where is Emma? Wasn’t she seated there, creaming her body before I entered the bathroom?”
“Emma?…Emma!” Illekktra called,then sighed when she got no reply.
“She probably has stepped out. But why didn’t she at least tell me she was stepping out? This is unlike her” Illekktra thought,and sighed again.
She sat on her bed and began creaming herself too,hoping that Emma would come back in some minutes,but she didn’t.

Actually,when Illekktra entered the bathroom,Emma who sat on her mirror stan to cream her body,began to think about her parents again.
“I wish I could just teleport right now to go see them. That would be cool,right?” She began to talk to herself and within minutes after she had dressed herself up. She started feeling weird as her body started to feel like she was moving up,yet she wasn’t.
“What’s going on?” She asked no body in particular with curved brows,and before she knew what was going on,she vanished out of the room.

“Wait,why are you asking us if we’ve seen Emma,weren’t you in the same room?” Bluey asked confusedly with a shrug.
“I know,right? I went to have my bath after her,but came back and couldn’t find her in the room” Illekktra said,causing both Ioanna and Bluey to frown.
“That’s strange” Ioanna said. “Hey! Maybe she went to see Master Shirlene about her parents,you know she was talking about seeing them” Ioanna said again,and they chuckled.
“But…this has taken too long,or could she have gone to see them already? But she didn’t plan to leave so soon” Illekktra said worriedly.
“Hmm” They hummed at the same time.
•√•√•√VHINLOX VILLE’S BEACH❀HUMAN WORLD•√•√•√
Giggles,cackles,sounds of birds chirping,the sweet smell of the beach,and happy moments were suddenly disrupted with loud wails from people on the beach.
A crowd of people could be seen running helter skelter as a powerful tall being appeared out of nowhere,with it’s many dark shadows like thousands of them,kìlling and swallowing the humans that were on the beach with their loved ones,having fun.
“What in the world is that thing?!” Someone asked shakily when it growled,causing the ground to tremble.
He was surrounded with dark shadows,looking very hideous and vicious,wanting to eat more.
“Run for your lives!!” One of the humans screamed in anxiety. His legs almost touching the back of his head as he ran for his precious life.
Of course it’s Belphegor who has come to eat and catch more humans that he’ll turn into his demons.
He growled again in the scariest and loudest way. Stretching out his arm, a long chain appeared in his hand. It’s more like a cage,but a chain.
Like that,he flung it in circle,caging as many humans as he could. Before they knew it,most of them were eaten,and some of them vanished into thin air.
“Ahhh!” A little boy who was running to where he does not know, looking for his parents,screamed his lungs out when he came face to face with the demon Lord.
Belphegor growled again,and the boy instantly peed on his body,shaking his little bones out.
“Please don’t kìll me,I promise to give you all my cand….” He wasn’t chanced to complete the word when Belphegor roared,sending the little boy meters away from him.
“Ahhh….daddy!!!!” The little boy screamed and instantly passed out.
•√•√•√MASTER SHIRLENE’S ROOM •√•√•√
Master Shirlene can be seen in her study room,sitting on a chair,with a book in her hand.
She was reading the Book of Mysteries again as usual. It’s one of her favorite books,actually. Because it has a lot of great past stories and histories,even answers to problems.
She’s been here since they got back from their workout. She went in there straight after she had freshened up.
Aside being a Master,this is another thing she loves to do; Reading books.
Which makes Master Levi to chuckle each time he sees her like that.
Inside the room are many other books,arranged and kept neatly.
It’s like a library,but only that,the study room isn’t as big as a library and the books aren’t that much like the ones in the actual library.
There’s a particular place she’s looking for.in the book,but she hasn’t found it. Seems she’s yet to get to that page.
She is trying to find out something about Emma from that book that she and the other Masters are yet to figure out who she truly is.
She smiled and stood up from where she was sitting,and began to walk back into her main room,still reading.
She finally got to her room,and sat down again on her white chair that is made of a fox’s fur,but suddenly felt something; Emma’s absence and something weird going on.
She frowned a little and dropped the book gently on her table. She picked her staff and went out of her room instantly.

“You sent for me,Master” Illekktra bowed when she walked into the Sanctuary,and met Master Shirlene who had sent for her.
“Where is Emma?” She asked cooly,backing Illekktra.
Illekktra frowned when she heard that question.
Thought Emma was with her,why then would she be asking her where Emma is.
“I…I thought Emma was with you,Master” Illekktra replied calmly.
Master Shirlene furrowed too.
After Illekktra had explained how she came back to the room and did not find Emma,and how Emma was wishing to see her parents and so on. Master Shirlene smiled shortly.
‘Why is she smiling?” Illekktra thought inwardly,while staring at her blankly.
‘Another power’ Master Shirlene thought and smiled again,but at the same time,not happy.

“What did Master Shirlene say? Did you see Emma there?” Both Ioanna and Bluey asked at a time immediately Illekktra walked back into the room.
She sighed and sat on the bed.
“Would you believe even Master Shirlene doesn’t know where Emma is? I mean,that’s why she sent for me,asking me where Emma is” Illekktra said.
“Huh?” They curved their lips,questioningly.
“So where the hell is she?” Bluey got up from the bed and asked. Illekktra was not quick to answer the question when the danger alert began to flare up noisily.
“There’s trouble!!” They all sprang up,and began to run out. The rest of the other students were out of their rooms too,heading straight to the hall.
•√•√•√THE HALL•√•√•√
All the students arrived at the hall just within minutes of the alarm. It is literally still ringing loudly.
All the Masters can be seen inside already, waiting for the students.
Master Shirlene can be seen too,walking about with her white staff,aimlessly.
She doesn’t always walk with it though,unless when necessary.
“What’s going on?” Astrid who had fallen asleep back in their room,asked,rubbing her eyes that did not get enough sleep before the alarm.
“The human world is under attack” Calix said,and they gasped.
‘Wait,where is Emma?” Tempest who has been looking around,searching for Emma with his eyes,asked inwardly.
He still kept looking around,especially at the entrance of the hall,hoping to see her walk in. But he didn’t see her,so he sighed.
“The attack is at the beach; Vhinlox Beach” Master Shirlene pointed out the exact place where the attack is taking place.
“Not all of you will be going for the mission. Some of you will stay back and protect the Isles and school” She added,and some of the students nodded.
“We need to act quick!” Master Zack said. The students who are to go,stepped aside.
Bluey and co kept looking at the door to see if Emma would walk in,but she still didn’t.
“Gosh! Where is she?” Ilkekktra asked herself.
When Master Aerith noticed the students weren’t complete,she frowned.
“Where is Emma?” She asked out loud. Master Levi and Master Zack who had not noticed this,frowned too.
On realizing that Emma was nowhere to be found, Avalon smiled widely. But her smile was short lived,because….
“She’s there already” Master Shirlene answered the question.
“Wait,what?” Everyone gasped with their eyes wide.
•√•√•√ VHINLOX VILLE❀HOSPITAL•√•√•√
Megan was quickly rushed to the hospital after she passed out. She’s too soft and even the littlest of things affect her too easily.
Emma and her dad are right beside her,with Richard still staring at his daughter blankly. Completely still lost of words.
Most of his attention has been on Emma who wishes he’d just staring at her weirdly.
The doctor just checked on Marisa again,and left. Now they are waiting for grandma Agnes ( Emma’s grandma). She has refused to eat properly since Emma’s disappearance.
Although she does not know that Emma is around,she’s just coming to see her daughter who passed out.
Just when Richard was about to start talking,Emma abruptly stood up from where she sat,causing her dad to frown.
“I have to go now,dad” She said,picking up what she came with.
“Wait,what? Why?” Richard asked confusedly.
“The beach is under attack by demons” She said and started walking out of the ward immediately.
“What?!! How the hell did you….
“I sensed it” Emma’s voice was heard from after,before she vanished into thin air.
“Did I…am I….I’m dreaming!!

The Immortals arrived exactly on the beach and began to attack immediately without hesitating.
Astrid was the first person the demons charged to, lots of them.
She immediately closed her eyes,and hummed some melodious song,summoning the wildest of animals which started swallowing the demons instantly.
Alcaeus was attacked too with uncountable ones. With his super strength,he began to take them one after the other.
Like twenty charged towards him again all at once. With their dark powers,they threw him far away from where he was,and he hit his back on the tree near him.
“Ahhh!” He groaned in pain. He widened his eyes when they flew to him like air,attempting to tear him apart.
“F*ck!! ” He cursed and turned into sand immediately.
Yep,he can do that too.
Avalon was doing what she’s good at too; freezing the hell out of them.
Although her hand was still glitching,but she was good. And it even helped her more in freezing the demons.
Bluey was also trying the best she could,attacking them with water. Once she does that,they vanish. Thank goodness she’s at the beach where she could easily a large amount of water.
“Scared of water,huh?” She smirked and kept attacking them.
But her eyes widened when they hundreds of them were sent by Belphegor who saw what was happening.
“Ahhhhhh!” She screamed,trying to create a shield as fast as she could.
She succeeded in creating it,but it wasn’t strong enough. So,it broke almost immediately.
Her eyes widened more and almost popped out when they were about to grab her,but they were suddenly iced. The icing was so strong that they instantly shattered and couldn’t be seen.
“E….Emma?!” Bluey called in complete shock when she saw that it was Emma who iced them.
“Emma! What did….where….how…” Watch out!” Emma said when she was almost attacked by one.
“We’ll talk about it later,now let’s fight” She smirked and went her own way.
Belphegor who saw this,frowned and was distracted as a result.
He’s actually in his demon form.
So,Emma who had gone her own way,surprisingly came face to face with the scary looking demon.
As a result of the distraction she caused Belphegor earlier,she used that opportunity to attack him,hitting him hard with the ice.
He wasn’t hurt though,he only staggered and wanted to attack back with full force.
But he suddenly stopped with their eyes made contacts.
He curved his brows,staring at the beauty before him. Emma in turn,stopped too,staring at the demon before her.
