As a result of the distraction she caused Belphegor earlier,she used that opportunity to attack him,hitting him hard with the ice.
He wasn’t hurt though,he only staggered and wanted to attack back with full force.
But he suddenly stopped when their eyes made contacts.
He curved his brows,staring at the beauty before him. Emma in turn,stopped too,staring at the demon before her.

Their eyes were f*cking glued to each other’s. It was as though they were actually asked to keep staring at each other that way.
Bluey fought those dark shadows until she was close to Belphegor and Emma.
“What the f*ck is going on there?” She asked herself and furrowed her brows when she saw the scene. Though,she was not that close to them,but she could see them clearly.
While she stared at them,she almost got caught by the shadow demons again,but thankfully,Alcaeus was close by.
So,he stamped his left foot mightily,casing a little earthquake,and like that,the ground opened and swallowed them.
“Thanks” Bluey turned and smiled. He smiled too,before turning to resume the fight,but….
“Holy f*ck! Emma?!” He called shockingly when he caught sight of Emma whom he had no idea she was here already. Although,they were told that Emma was here.
He was suddenly distracted by the Dark shadows that began to attack furiously again,so he left. Even Bluey left too,because the demons were starting to attack more.
It was at that moment that Emma got back to herself and blinked severally as if she was suddenly hypnotized.
She widened her eyes when she finally got her sense back,and posed herself well to attack immediately. Belphegor did same with a smirk.
He hit his staff a little on the ground,causing the ground to shake.
“Arhgh!” Emma screamed and fired ice at him immediately,but the moment the ice hit him,he instantly vanished.
“F*ck! I lost him! What the hell was I doing?” Emma yelled at herself, and roughened her hair a little.
Soon,all his shadows began to vanish too,following their Master.
Emma sighed when she looked around and saw that the whole beach was a total mess.
“What the hell?!” She exclaimed with wide eyes when she saw the little boy who passed out earlier because of Belphegor. She began to run to him immediately,and picked him up, vanishing with him instantly.

Illekktra can be seen pacing around the room restlessly.
She’s been f*cking worried ever since she heard what Master Shirlene said about Emma being there already.
She’s one of the students who stayed back. Even Ioanna didn’t go,so they are both together.
“How is she supposed to fight when she’s got no power to?” She asked Ioanna,throwing her hands carelessly in frustration.
“I mean,the powers that we know she has, aren’t powers for fighting demons!” Illekktra threw her hands yet again,acting like a mom whose child has embarked on a dangerous mission.
“Chill,girl. I’m pretty sure Emma will be fine,because Master Shirlene would definitely be worried if she wasn’t going to be” Ioanna said,hugging Illekktra shortly.
Illekktra calmed a bit,and laid down on the bed with her face up,staring into space.
“Wait a second” She sprang up almost immediately after she laid on the bed,and a thought ran through her mind.
Ioanna curved her brows,wondering what she wants to say this time.
This girl is sure crazy and amusing.
“Master Shirlene said Emma is there already,yet she had no idea where Emma was.
So,since she did not know where Emma went to,and she’s obviously not the one who gave Emma powers to be there.
How did Emma get there?
Wait,does this…does this mean Emma….oh my gosh!!” They both exclaimed when it hit their brains that Emma’s powers must have taken her there.

“What happened….mom?” Megan called the moment she woke up and saw her husband and mother beside her.
She just gained consciousness now,though her head is banging lightly.
“You’re in the hospital” Grandma Agnes who just arrived seconds ago,told her.
Richard hasn’t even told her why Megan passed out. All she knows is that her daughter passed out.
“Hospital? Why…what am I…..” She paused and sat up immediately she remembered what happened earlier.
“Where is Emma?…did she come here too?” She asked,almost getting out of the hospital bed,but Richard quickly held her back.
Grandma Agnes frowned on hearing that,thinking her daughter is slowly losing it because of this Emma’s disappearance matter.
But what shocked her old bones out was the reply Richard gave.
“She went back. She said the beach was under attack by the demons” He spoke out blankly.
‘Emma…vanished?” Grandma Agnes thought inwardly as she got more confused.
“She f*cking what? And you let her leave?!” Megan scolded Richard seriously.
“What? You think I did let her leave? Emma literally vanished before I could finish talking” Richard said again,forgetting the tension he’s causing the two women with him.
“Hahaha…I told you I was dreaming. I want to go back to sleep,haha” Megan chuckled and laid back,but sprang up immediately like she was prickled with needles or something.
“Emma did what?! Someone get me out of this darn illusive dream,I’ve had enough of it!!” She yelled crazily,and roughened her hair mádly.
“What the hell is going on here,huh? Are you two going to speak to me or not?!” Grandma Agnes who had been quiet and just staring in utter confusion,finally spoke.
“It’s Emma,Mother. She…ha!” Richard sighed and started talking. He somehow believes what Emma said. It’s just Megan who still hasn’t believed it yet.
He narrated every darn thing that Emma told them to Grandma Agnes,and well…she wasn’t so surprised like they thought she would be, because she has always had this feeling that Emma isn’t ordinary.
•√•√•√FLASHBACK❀YEARS AGO•√•√•√
A young man can be seen pacing around the hospital,frustratedly.
He’d put his hand on his head,then take it down the next minute.
He’s been doing that for up to an hour now,since he brought his pregnant wife here.
“Lord,take control…take control…” A woman in her late forties can be seen too,praying hard.
Inside the delivery room,a loud cry from a young woman in labor can be clearly heard as she tried to push the baby out with all the strength she had left.
She can can be seen tiredly crying whilst pushing as hard as she could.
She’s been in labor for over an hour now,yet the baby still isn’t out.
“Can I go in to see her,I don’t think I can stand this any longer” Grandma Agnes said to the nurse who walked out of the ward. The nurse shook her head,meaning….no! She can’t.
While they were still there arguing,it started pouring down heavily all of a sudden,shocking the hell out of everyone.
“How did it start raining all of a sudden when the clouds were so bright. This is really strange” Grandma Agnes frowned.
“What the hell is happening?” Another person who was confused about the sudden rain, asked too.
Thunder and lightning could be loudly heard as it rained cat and dog.
That literally happened the very second Emma was born. It began to rain hard.
•√•√•√SOME DAYS LATER •√•√•√
“The baby’s bath is ready,mom. But she’s seriously still sleeping” Megan said to her mother who has been waiting for her to prepare the baby’s bath,so she could bath little Emma.
“My grand daughter sure sleeps a lot” Grandma Agnes said. She and Megan chuckled at that.
“Should I get her for you?” Megan asked.
“No,I will do that myself. Just go have some rest,darling” Grandma Agnes said,and stood up. She head straight for the baby’s room,and walked to her cot.
Although the baby’s eyes were shut which is normal for new born babies. But the moment she carried her,Emma’s eyes suddenly opened and glowed gray blue,causing Grandma Agnes to widen her eyes,totally shocked.
Normally,she had dark colored eyes,but those eyes started changing color to those gray blue as she started growing up too,till now.
Ever since then,till now that she has reached this age,her stubbornness,craziness….Emma that everyone knows does not like to study,but she always passes her exams,and she’s never caught doing any malpractice even after searching her thoroughly.
Grandma Agnes never for one day thought that Emma was cursed or something, she always had that feeling that Emma will do great things,even though she wasn’t sure of that.
That heavy rain that fell,that her eyes and every feature she saw in Emma,just gave her that feeling.
She once told Megan and Richard about it,but they never believed her.

“So, what you’re trying to tell me is that Emma is a reincarnation of some supernatural being? But how,mom? Why my daughter? I mean,we aren’t in anyway related to any immortal,are we?” Megan asked,and sat up. She was sweating even with the air-conditioning.
Grandma Agnes kept mute.
“Mom…?” Megan furrowed her brows when Grandma Agnes wasn’t saying anything.
Still,she said nothing.
Megan and Richard looked at each other,then returned their gazes to Grandma Agnes.
“Mom..you aren’t saying anything!!” Megan yelled.
•√•√•√FORTUNATE ISLES❀MASTER SHIRLENE’S APARTMENT•√•√•√
“Why didn’t you tell me about it?” Master asked Emma who was standing behind her.
She and the rest of the students who went for the mission just came back now. And Emma headed straight to Master Shirlene’s room.
“I never really got the chance to. I was planning on coming to tell you today,but….
“Wait,how the hell were you able to go to the human world?” Master Shirlene cut in,pretending not to know that she probably has the power to.
Though, she isn’t really sure if Emma actually went to the human world with her own powers,or maybe Rickett who can teleport also, must have helped her.
“Well, I don’t know how I did it. I only wished I could teleport to go see my parents,and that was it” Emma explained,and Master Shirlene chuckled inwardly on hearing that.
That’s all she wanted to hear and be sure of.
“Why the f*ck is she chuckling, did I say anything funny? Jeez!” Emma said to herself while she stared at her.
Master Shirlene turned and finally faced her with a little frown.
“About your parents. Did you see them…..did you tell them?” She asked as she started walking about slowly.
“I did, Master. But they didn’t believe me. In fact,they think they are only dreaming” Emma replied respectfully.
”Reasons you should have talked to me about it first….
‘Why did I need to talk to her before going to see mom and dad,anyway?” Emma asked herself again with a frown.
“So we could wipe their memories” Master Shirlene completed her statement,as if she heard what Emma asked.
“Wait,what? Are you out of your f*cking fox mind?” Emma asked inaudibly and Master Shirlene’s ears moved up in a flappy way.
“What did you say?” She asked and stopped walking.
She didn’t really hear what Emma said though.
“Nothing, Master Shirlene. But why would you want to wipe their memories? That sounds kind of wicked,yunno” Emma said,not minding who she was talking to.
“It’ll only save them from having heart attacks. Your mom is currently at the hospital,isn’t she?” Master Shirlene blurted out and Emma widened her eyes a bit.
“How did you…oh,never mind” Emma muttered lowly instead when it occurred to her that she’s talking to a Master.

“Are you alright? I was so worried when we all gathered at the hall,but you weren’t there” Tempest said and hugged Emma immediately before he could stop himself.
They just met on the way right now,and he’s super excited to see Emma whom he had been so worried about.
“Uhm….I’m sorry, I was just too excited to see you” He apologized immediately as he disengaged from the hug.
They both stared at each other for a second,then began to chuckle for no reason.
“To be honest, I think I actually needed that hug” Emma said with a smile,while her breath kept hitching.
“So you’re okay I guess” Tempest smiled,and took her hand into his,but he immediately shook it off.
“Woah…woah…woah! What’s up with your hand? It’s freezing cold!” He said with furrowed brows,staring at Emma’s palm.
“Oh,my hand! I just found out I have freezing power” She replied,amidst heavy breaths.
“What the f*ck?!” Tempest widened his eyes shockingly,and they both chuckled again.
Meanwhile, a pair of eyes were at a corner staring, scoffing and glaring at them.

“You cheeky girl with many darn powers! Who the hell are you?!” Illekktra jumped on Emma like a kid when she saw her.
Emma chuckled loudly at the way Illekktra was acting.
Lol. Bluey already told them how she appeared out of nowhere and saved her with her icing.
Their eyes kept bulging out more and more as she narrated what happened back there.
“Gosh! I was so worried when I came back to the room,but didn’t find you. I thought I had done something that made you leave the room without telling me you were stepping out.
“Master Shirlene even had to call and ask me where you were,but….” Illekktra spoke breathlessly.
“Sorry I got you worried. I just had no single control over what happened back in the room. Seriously, I was shocked myself” Emma said as they began to take slow steps,heading to the students department.
Illekktra just nodded,and smiled cutely.
“So,how was the mission? I mean,your first ever mission?!” She asked in an excited to way.
Emma instantly went mute as she started recalling what happened back there.
What was that stare between her and Belphegor about?
Why in the world were they staring at each other like that.
And why….why does it feel like she has seen Belphegor before,even though it was her first time of ever seeing him?
Those demonic eyes that were piercing deeply into hers,that made her forget herself for a moment.
It was as if she was hypnotized by those eyes,what the hell was that about?
And she also cannot believe she’s got freezing powers. Not just that,but she can teleport too.
And she also wished for it,and it happened. Three powers that she found out she has too,and all that happened in one day.
How come she never at least,possess one of those powers while still in the human world,living like a normal girl?
Well,she probably needed to be with her fellows…where she belong,for her to have those powers she’s starting to have now.
Though,she had one that she never knew about,and she somehow still doesn’t know.
“Emma…?” Illekktra called,questioningly. Jolting Emma out of her thoughts.
“Hmm…?” Emma hummed,and smiled sheepishly.
“Are you alright?” Ilkekktra asked,concerned.
“Yeah,definitely. And about the mission,it was awesome”She replied with a smile.
“Emma….Illekktra!” Both Bluey and Ioanna called happily at the same time when they sighted them.
Emma and Illekktra were already at their department,and just entered the hallway.
Bluey and Ioanna just got out of their rooms too,heading out.
“I was just about asking after them” Emma said happily too,while Illekktra only chuckled.
While Bluey and Ioanna walked,Rickett got out of his room that moment too,and met Bluey.
He smiled when he saw her,because he had actually been looking for her.
“Hey,Bluey…how are you?” He asked,but Bluey ignored him.
Instead,she started looking for a way to leave his side. He wasn’t that close to her though,but he was walking up to her.
“Stop,please. Don’t come any closer” She spoke calmly.
Ioanna sighed,and dabbed her forehead.
“I mean no harm,please. I just want to talk to you,that’s all. I don’t know why you keep running away from me,Bluey. Do I smell or what,that you keep running away each time I try to talk to you?” Rickett asked.
Bluey squeezed her face,and palmed it. Then she began to walk backwards,trying to stop Rickett from coming close.
“What’s going on,Bluey…why do you keep doing this?” Ioanna asked worriedly.
Emma and Illekktra who were still walking up to them,kept wondering what was happening.
“Please,just tell me why you keep doing that.
I promise to stop trying to talk to you,if you tell me your reasons” Rickett said,moving closer,while Bluey kept moving backwards until she tripped and fell.
Rickett on seeing that,he quickly ran to hold her hand,but….
“No…don’t!! Don’t come any close,just go,please!” She pleaded and the next thing they heard was her loud scream like she was being tortured badly.
“Ahhhhhh!!” She screamed in pain as blood started coming out of her ears,nose and eyes, which stung like hell.
“Bluey!!!!” Emma,Ioanna,Rickett and the rest screamed her name in fear.
