~ Episode 2 ~
The town was very busy as people went about
their business, talking, laughing etc
She was standing in front of a restaurant with
her hands behind her
She licked her lips hungrily
You can’t do it, you can’t do it, control yourself,
she mumbled and turned to walk away
She turned back again
Gosh that chicken looks soo yummy, she
mumbled and swallowed her saliva
I can do it, she mumbled and turned around
again
This time she started leaving the restaurant
But she hadn’t moved five steps when she saw
a kid holding a full chicken
One chicken for a tiny kid, how stingy, she
scoffed
The kid bit the chicken and ate it happily
She gulped
I can’t take this anymore, she said and walked
to the kid
She first sniffed the chicken happily
Then she snatched it
The child was confused
His chicken was floating on the air, maybe he
wasn’t seeing it clearly, he thought and closed
his eyes
When he opened his eyes again, half of his
chicken was already gone, he screamed and
began to cry
His father who was inside the restaurant with
his friends came out
The people around were also surprised to see
the floating chicken and began to scream
She started running when she saw that people
were beginning to gather
She must never loose her chicken, she thought
The boy’s father ran after her or should I say the
chicken
She groaned and increased her pace wondering
why he is that fast
Suddenly, It’s the ghost of Edrine!!!!, some one
cried out
Everyone, including the boy’s father froze
Then they all turned back and started running
away in fear
Just what I thought, She scoffed and went to a
corner
She ate everything in the chicken including the
bone of the chicken
Then she threw the pieces of the bone
That was really tasty, she mumbled
High Goddess, Someone called
She flinched and turned back immediately
Rissa where you trying to scare me, she
screamed
No no, I am sorry, Rissa apologized
She scoffed and relaxed in the wall
High Goddess, did you really steal a kid’s
chicken, Rissa asked
Keeva glared at her
You promised to stop, Rissa said
Keeva gulped
Are you calling me a thief, she asked
No never but I saw you taking the chicken and…
Oh you are now calling me a lier huh, she
snarled
No never, Rissa bowed immediately
Keeva scoffed and stood up
Don’t follow me, she told Rissa and walked
away
Rissa shook her head
Keeva sighed in relief
She just escaped an embarrassing situation,
that Rissa if very frustrating, she thought
She kept going till she got to the Edrine sea
She stared at the water calmly
You also said you wouldn’t come here, Rissa
said
I told you not to follow me, didn’t I, she asked
turning to her
Rissa bowed
I couldn’t leave you alone, I am sorry, Rissa
mumbled
Keeva looked at the sun sighed
I really think he has been born, we just can’t find
him yet, Rissa said
Oh you all must be curious about who Rissa is
right?
Rissa is also a ghost who was once an
immortal she was killed one thousand years
ago
She became close to Keeva nineteen years ago
Why else would your ghost be awoken, Rissa
continued
Keeva sighed
There is no sign that he has been born and I
can’t leave Edrine to search for him, Keeva said
High goddess, you are still the ruler of the earth,
even though Queen Reeva poses as the ruler,
she still doesn’t have the True seal
I believe that the earth wouldn’t let it’s ruler to
perish, Rissa said
I want to be alone, Keeva said staring at the sea
High goddess!, Rissa called
I may be a ghost but I still have ten percent of
my powers, I will turn you into a frog if you don’t
leave for real, Keeva stated authoritatively
Rissa bowed and walked away
I need my body back, Keeva mumbled staring at
the sea

immediately, Melissa’s mom Alma yelled

principal Mr Flakey begged
Adrian rolled his eyes
He is not even feeling remorseful how can I
calm down, Mrs Alma yelled

trying to correct her, Adrian said

thought you were decent, Adrian scoffed

Alma screamed and brought out her phone
Mr Flakey rushed to Adrian and began to ask
him to beg her

As Mrs Alma dialed 119, Adrian’s father Terry
came in
Her mouth opened in shock
How can one be this breathtaking even at
middle age
Adrian definitely took after his father, she
thought
911 what’s your emergency, She heard from her
phone
Oh that I have no emergency at all, it was a
mistake, She said and quickly ended the call
Good day, I am Terry Walter, Terry introduced
Few minutes later
Thank you once again, I appreciate it, Terry said

She gulped
It’s okay Mr Walter, I have already forgiven him
deep down my heart, she said smiling like a fool
The principal glanced at her

appreciate that, my daughter is really hurt, She
said smiling
Terry agreed and walked away, Adrian followed
him
Adrian was surprised, his father didn’t even talk
to him at all when they entered the car
He just started driving
He became worried and anxious but of course
he couldn’t say a word
He definitely messed up again, he thought
Terry drove to the hospital and parked his car
They both came down and made their way to
Adrian mom’s ward
Adrian, his mom screamed immediately Terry
opened the door
Mom!, Adrian cried and flew to her arms
I missed you, he mumbled hugging her tightly
Terry sighed and left the room
His mom, Bianca pulled away and started
checking him
Jeez my son is so lean, gosh I am a bad mother,
I can’t even take care of you, she sobbed
Mom that’s not true, Adrian said holding her
arm
She looked pale and more emanciated
The illness started when he was seven
At first they thought it was a minor thing but
then it later got to be severe and a mystery
Because no doctor have been able to find the
cause of her illness and she has been drying
away
His father has spent a lot money to find a cure
but obviously it was useless
His parents aren’t that rich and they aren’t poor
either
He comes from a middle class family
His father works very hard to maintain it so they
won’t fall into the poor category though 🥺🥺
I want to go home quickly and take care of you,
Bianca told him
I know, I want it too but you should be okay first,
I have a lot of things to tell you let’s lay down,
Adian told her
Two hours later
Adrian came out of the room
His mom was already asleep and he was
searching for his dad to talk about what
happened earlier
Adrian, he heard him call
He turned around quickly and saw him in the
reception area
Adrian walked to him and sat down
I guess you were looking for me, Terry asked
Yeah, Adrian replied nervously
Terry chuckled
I won’t ask you why you did that, because I
know why you did it and infact I didn’t know
what to ask you, Terry said
I am sorry, Adrian mumbled
Will sorry solve anything, Terry asked
Adrian looked down
I know you’ve always had anger issues
When you were young, you once knocked out a
boy’s teeth because he insulted your mother,
and I shouldn’t go into other events
But life is different, one day your mom and I will
be no more
How will you live, will you go about hurting
people and land in prison, Terry asked
I can’t control it, it’s as if my body is in fire,
Adrian mumbled
Then stay away from the troubles
Stay away from relationships as you always get
hurt and stay away from the things that
provokes you, Terry said
Adrian bit his lips
Terry sighed stood up
Go home Adrian, your mom and I will be coming
home soon too, Terry told him

coming back, Adrian asked

go home before it’s late, Terry told him

He sat down on the floor immediately he came
in
He may have acted tough but he was really hurt
Tears started rolling down his cheeks
The image of Melissa and another guy pricked
his heart
Why is his relationships always like this
He always ended up in tears even though he is
admired by many
Is it really a curse, he thought
He kept sobbing till he fell asleep in that
position
In his dream
He saw a woman’s back view
She was wearing a royal gown and looked really
beautiful even from behind
Her hair was long that it’s tip touched her waist
Who are you, he asked
You must save me, she said
Gosh what a voice, her voice was so angelic
He started trying to see her face and she started
turning too
Just as she was about to turn fully
Someone hit him and he opened his eyes

Jeez you are really pathetic, Izna shook his
head
Arhhhh, he held his head in pain

I saw a woman, he mumbled

dream so you would get heartbroken in your
dream too, Jasmine said
He looked up
Why and how did you get here, He asked
Why? We came to see you, and how? Everyone
knows you leave your keys on your foot mat,

He scoffed

I am making breakfast, what should I make,

Wow, they all screamed happily
Well Izna’s food is always the best, his mom is
a chef anyway
You made bread last time, make pancakes

I guess I made a mistake I should ask the
heartbroken boy, Izna mumbled

Don’t bother him just make Pizza, Chloe said
Everyone scoffed

round like pizza, Adrian hissed
Oohhhhh, Izna, Mason and Jasmine gasped
You jerk, I thought you said you weren’t in the
mood, Chloe snapped
I don’t know, I keep having mood swings, He
smirked

You are dead if I catch you, she yelled and
started running to him
He turned and ran upstairs
The remaining three shook their head
Just make bread, Mason mumbled
