<THE NEXT DAY/ BRAKE BILLS HIGH>
Olivia walked into the school building soberly
and went to her usual secluded area, she sat
down with a tired, sigh.
She had her blonde wig on and her glasses on,
there were dark circles under her eyes since she
was unable to sleep last night.
Olivia opened her school bag and rummaged
through it but couldn’t find what she was
looking for.
“Huh? where’s my diary..? ” Olivia mumbled and
continued rummaging through her bag.
She had searched for it at home last night but
couldn’t find it so she had thought that it was
inside her school bag.
Suddenly, it dawned on her, Olivia’s eyes
widened, she recalled when she was in Alex’s
penthouse, when she was still
inside his room, he had came in when he saw
that she was awake and he had a pink diary in
his hand, she had forgotten to ask
him because she thought it wasn’t hers! now
she knows that it’s hers because she had
forgotten it in the music room.
Olivia quickly stood up, wore her school bag
and ran to look for Alex,
She just pray that he hasn’t read her diary, what
if he has read all the love notes she wrote for
him!
Olivia got to the A4’s private classroom, she
peeked through the window,
Suddenly, the door pulled open and Adrian
strode out as he glared at Olivia surprised,
“Erm! hello Adrian ” Olivia greeted, awkwardly
with a slight bow but her eyes weren’t on him
but inside the classroom.
“May I help you miss newbie? ” Adam who just
came out from the classroom asked, curiously.
“Olivia dear is there any problem?” Adrian asked
with a small smile.
Olivia shook her head, nervously.
“Is…sir Alex…here? ” Olivia asked, awkwardly.
Adrian’s smile vanished when he heard her
called Alex’s name,
how could she come all the way
from her class to their class to look for Alex,
what about him? wasn’t he important to her?
Adrian thought with a frown.
“Crap! are you still crushing on our Alex? what
business do you have with him? ” Adam asked,
curiously.
“Are you and Alex dating? ” Aden who had just
joined the conversation asked, curiously.
Olivia’s eyes widened, she glanced at Adrian
with a puppy face asking him for help.
“Check the music room, he should be there”
Adrian uttered, coldly.
Olivia smiled and bowed, slightly.
“Thank you big brother! ” Olivia yelled and
sauntered off.
Adrian stiffened as he heard a loud bang in his
head.
Big brother?? wait.. she just called him big
brother??
“The Fuçk?!! the newbie just called you big
brother?? wow, I wish someone would call me
big brother too!! ” Aden screamed.
Adam touched Adrian’s shoulder,
bringing him out of his reverie.
“I wonder why she wants to see Alex that bad…
maybe she has a special gift for him or a love
confession…? ” Adam murmured and shrugged
but Adrian was able to hear him.
“Bro.. take heart” Adam muttered, calmly….
When Olivia was almost close to the music
room, Charlotte who spotted Olivia quickly
scurried to where she was,
“Hey babe looking for me?! ” Charlotte uttered
sarcastically and giggled.
Olivia stared at her, stunned before letting out a
small smile.
“Actually.. I was looking for someone else. At
the party, you went home early? because I
couldn’t find you ” Olivia stated, calmly.
Charlotte released a faux smile,
“I couldn’t find you either! you left without me? “
She asked, curiously.
“No I didn’t…didn’t you heard what happened at
the pool party? where were you?” Olivia
bombarded Charlotte with questions.
Charlotte frowned,
“I had a call from my mom to come back home
because of an urgent matter ” Charlotte uttered,
coolly.
Olivia furrowed her brow, confused.
“Why? did anything happened while I was
away? ” Charlotte added, curiously.
Olivia smiled and shook her head,
“No…it was nothing, just asking. I’ll see you
later” Olivia muttered and turned to go,
“Wait Olivia?! can we have lunch together at the
cafeteria? ” Charlotte asked, sweetly.
Olivia gave her a light nod and ran off.
Charlotte stared at her retreating figure for a
while before proceeding to her destination.
Olivia finally got to the music room, she
knocked but no one answered, she turned the
door knob, the door opened and she went in,
She spotted Alex seated on the couch, his legs
were crossed and his eyes were shut, he had his
headset on.
Olivia smiled at the perfect view in front of her,
he was like a demigod, his beauty was definitely
something to write home about!!
Suddenly, he opened his eyes as he glared at
Olivia, coldly.
Olivia flinched and coughed awkwardly,
he had just caught her red handed!!
“Good day sir… ” Olivia greeted, nervously with a
slight bow.
Alex nodded and stood up from the couch as he
played with his car key,
“You drool a lot Olivia. Is that how you also
drool at Adrian and every other cute guys you
see? hmph! ” Alex uttered, grumpily and scoffed.
Olivia’s eyes widened,
“No!… I don’t drool at Adrian and other guys!”
Olivia uttered, quickly.
Alex rolled his eyes, he took long strides
towards where the piano was and sat down,
“Come sit” Alex said as he pat a space beside
him for her to sit.
Olivia sat down, sluggishly with her head hung
low.
She was sitting down so close to her crush
again, one mistake her shoulder would touch
his! she
was even inhaling his sweet perfume, I mean
his perfume was everywhere inside the room!!
“Are you listening? ” Alex asked, coolly as he
faced her.
Olivia flinched and came back to reality,
What did he even say?? oh gosh! why was she
fantasizing about him instead of listening to
him?!
“I was waiting for you, I almost gave up thinking
you wouldn’t come again, what took you so
long? was it Miss Karen? ” Alex asked as he
stared at her, curiously.
Olivia smiled and nodded, sideways.
Well she was struggling to solve some maths
problems that was why she wasted time.
And about Miss Karen, she has been quiet and
doesn’t abuse
them again, she no longer snatch their money
from them again but still she wonder why, hope
she doesn’t have something up her sleeve…
“It wasn’t Miss Karen, I was just busy with some
stuff.. ” Olivia mumbled, softly.
Alex nodded and striked a key,
“Sing that song for me while I’ll play the piano “
Alex stated, softly.
Olivia nodded, she cleared her throat and began
singing.

Olivia continued singing, her eyes shut and a
small smile etched on her lips while Alex’s eyes
were shut too and a bright smile covered his
hard and cold face.

Immediately Olivia finished the song, she felt
something warm and soft touched her shoulder,
Olivia froze and her mouth was slightly open
due to shock.
Olivia stared at her shoulder and
saw that Alex’s head was on her shoulder, his
breathing was slow and steady.
Olivia couldn’t move or shake her body so she
just sat like a statue as she called out his name,
“Sir… Alex? ” Olivia called but there was no
answer from him,
“Sir Alex? ” Olivia called out again but the room
was just silent.
Olivia shook her shoulder, slightly but he still
didn’t move, she calmed down when she heard
his
slow and steady breathing, she figured that he
was fast asleep, on her shoulder??
Is her voice magical or is there a sleeping pill in
her voice?
Or has she turned to one of those Disney
princesses?
Olivia thought and blushed, she took her hand
to his hair and wanted to touch it but stopped,
what if he finds out that she touched his hair..?
Olivia retracted her hand, slowly.
She was so happy that her crush was sleeping
on her shoulder, which means that she’s going
somewhere at least.
She’s ready to lend him her shoulder whenever
he needs it, even if he was going to sleep till
nightfall or the next day, even if her body will
ache or hurt her she doesn’t mind as long as
she’s doing it for her crush.
Her feelings wouldn’t go to waste because it
seems like her crush is already falling for her
too!…..
