“Did I not warn y’all not to hurt her?” Aguero yell
at the mobsters
“It wasn’t intentional boss. She was struggling
to free herself and the best way to keep her
calm was injecting her the sleeping pill” Cisco
said with a slight bow
Aguero walked up to him, giving him a punch
which sent him flying to the wall
Cisco clashed his back on the wall and fell
down. This mad him sustain injuries
“Can’t y’all do good job for once?” Aguero yell
furiously, glaring at each mobster
His gaze turn to Emily who was laying helpless
on ground with her eyes blindfolded
“Will you keep on being ruthless to your men?”
Marco said. He was resting at the corridor
Aguero turn sharply at him and a smile escaped
his lip
“Marco!! Marco Mendoza!” Aguero laugh, trying
to hug Marco who ignored him
“Marco Gagliano, correction” Marco hiss going
to have a seat
Aguero waved his hand, dismissing the
mobsters
“Take her to a room” he instructed and
immediately the Cisco carried Emily, gently
Aguero turned to Marco
“Aren’t you happy?” he asked and Marco scoff
“You’re just like Cassano’s father. Maybe
because you grew with him and not me” Aguero
murmur, pouring himself a drink

“Let me tell you a story. Cassano’s father and I
were best of friends. He was every woman’s
dream man…. A well known Mafia lord at that

stare at the expressionless face of Marco who
was seated in front of him

Cassano and two others.” Aguero smirk
“You wanna know who you were born? Well, I
killed his father through his help. Cassano
poisoned his own father and siblings to death
and that was how you came” Aguero guffaw
Marco grit his teeth, clenching his fist but
controlled his temper
“I didn’t ask for a life story” Marco replied finally
“What are you planning to do? ” he asked
“Should I tell you? Do you want me to trust
you?” Aguero mocked
“Fine then, I’ll leave” Marco stood up
“I wanna end him” Aguero said causing Marco
to halt
“And you think he’d run down here like a mad
dog?” Marco ask and Aguero smile in discreet
“He’s following the same thing that led to his
father’s death. Falling in love with a slave.”
Aguero said and Marco smile evilly
“Fine then. I’ll watch how you’ll do it and I bet it’s
gonna be fun”
Aguero only nod while Marco left

Cassano kept on pacing around and at the
same time, he would stop and then glare at the
guards who knelt in front of him. It was already
late and she was yet to be back
He already searched around but couldn’t find
her
“How many times have I warned you never to let
her out of your sight? Huh?” he asked furiously
but yet, none dare to talk
He already knew that she was abducted by
Aguero. Well, they would go to any extent to
take him down
His phone rang. It was an unknown number
calling and he didn’t hesitate to swipe the green
light on it screen
“Long time no see, Cassano Gagliano!” Aguero’s
voice boomed from the other end
Cassano clenched his fist. His veins were visible
and he was already sweaty.
He was really angry right now
“Aguero….”
“If you want your sweetheart alive then you
must do as instructed” Cassano impeded
“Cut a strand of her hair then you’re gone for
good” Cassano gruff and Aguero laughed
“Quit that bullSh|t Cassano. Another word from
you then, I won’t mind beheading her” Aguero
threatened
“Fine! What do you want?” Cassano ask
impatiently
“Good boy! You want your beautiful princess
alive then, you have thirty minutes to rush down
alone. One silly move from you then, she’s
gone”
The call came to an abrupt end and a message
popped in on his phone
It was a picture of Emily being tied to a chair.
Cassano angrily smash the phone to the wall
“CAZZOOO!!!” He growl angrilly

“Are you really going alone?” Lucas asked,
staring at Cassano through the mask
“It’s dangerous Cassano” Matilda said
“I caused everything” Jojo sniffed again
“He’s using Emily as a bait” Cassano finally said
“He can’t harm Emily but instead he wants me
to come so, I will” Cassano said and a deadly
smile escape his lip
“That’s too dangerous boss. Do you even know
how many mobsters are there?” Wayne ask
“That’s why I’ve come up with a plan” Cassano

Cassano tracked down the location and finally,
he saw himself in a building…..like that of the
ancient ones
He smile inwardly and just then, the door
opened and some men ran out, surrounding him
They tied his hands, pushing him in
ROOM*
Cassano was already tied down to a chair. His
body was already dripping blood apart from his
face. He still had his mask on
The door opened and Aguero walked in, holding
a pipe which he puff from and then, a gun
“Aguero Mendoza, finally we met” Cassano
smile
His mask was removed from his face, revealing
the most handsome man anyone would ever
see
Aguero punch Cassano on his face and his lip
busted
Still yet, Cassano didn’t move
“Seem like you’re more stronger than your
father”
“You should give him some respect yunno,
because you will never be the kind of Mafia lord
he was” Cassano smile and Aguero punched
him again
“You idiot! You fool!” Aguero cursed
Now, Cassano’s face was already covered with
his blood
Aguero clapped his hands and Emily was
dragged in by Cisco
They already connected a bomb to her
“Cassano!!” Emily cried on seeing Cassano
Cassano only smirk
“I would have taken it easy but, I guess she’ll be
dying with you. Five minutes then she get blown
into shreds” Aguero smirk and just then a loud
bang was heard outside.
Cisco ran in
“Sir, we have a problem” he informed and
Aguero turn sharply at him
“The building is under attack by some people,
with Marco leading them”Cisco informed again
Aguero made to leave but a knife flew past him,
piercing his hand
“Not so fast, Aguero!” Cassano smirked
He was already free from the chair. Actually, he
cut the ropes used to tie him with a jack knife
which he hid on his back
“Cassano!” Emily’s faint voice broke and
Cassano turned to her, this gave Aguero the
chance to run out of the room
Cassano rushed to Emily and began
disconnecting the wires
He had only fifty seconds left

OUTSIDE THE BUILDING*
“I never thought this was the reason why you
visited Cassano” Lucas said as the shot a
mobster while Marco kicked the door open and
they both went in
“You talk too much mister” Marco hiss
“I thought you like noise, which makes you the
opposite of your step brother” Matilda said
backing Marco
“You should watch out!!” Marco said, taking a
mobster down
“Thanks!” Lucas sighed out
Jojo shot two arrows at once and it went
straight to the head of two monsters
She smile evilly but that didn’t last as she felt a
sharp cut on her arm which began to bleed
She winced, closing the injury and just then,
Wayne ran to her
He gun down three mobsters who pointed gun
at them
“You okay?” he asked and Jojo smile faintly
“Aguero is passing a secret escape route” Cat
informed
Just then, the left side of the building blew up
which made their eyes widen
“Ca…Cassano!!” Marco shook his head, running
into the building
Cassano grab Emily as they jump to the rooftop
They both fell while Emily clashed on top

“I got you” Cassano murmur
Just then, Aguero came out
“Nice stunt but I won’t stop till you’re dead” he
clap
Cassano looked around, glaring at the mobsters
who surrounded him
He turn to Emily. “Take this and run away” he
said, giving her a pistol
“W…what about you?” Emily stutter but Cassano
pushed her instead
“Cut this Sh|t and face me Aguero” Cassano grit
“That’s what I’m doing” Aguero replied
Cassano brought out his pistol and began
shooting the mobsters who fell
Just then, Marco came and within few minutes,
they took down the mobsters
Cassano was already exhausted and weak but
when he stood, Aguero released a bullet on him
“CASSANO!!!”Marco yell, he shot Aguero twice
on his arm but when he looked ahead, he found
Cassano still standing
“E…Emily?”Cassano broke down, clinging Emily
on his arm
She took the bullet instead of him
“Why??” he asked
“L… Loyalty…even in…death” Emily spit out
blood blinking her eyes
“I love you, fish head” she cup his cheek, closing
her eyes slowly
“E..Emily! Wake up will you? You joking
right?”Cassano smile still staring at her
Right now, all his mobsters were present,
watching him
“CAZZOOO!!!”
