CHAPTER EIGHTEEN : MARRY ME
Alucard remain seated on his favorite couch close to the burning fire, his robe put on properly, his eyes watch as the fire change its colour from red to blue then to red all over again, it’s been five years since she left.
Since then things have really changed, Leo and Bevin back to their usual form, Bevin finding location for auctions, buying girls to drink all their blood ” my lord” Leo step in, turning my gaze to look at him, he nod ” another auction is happening tonight”
” location ”
” middle of the town”

” that bastard never gets tired from selling pitiful girls do he?”
” I suppose not ”
Standing to my feet I say nothing else, move to my room, quickly change my cloth into a white suit, I may be a man of darkness but I like a light cloth ” let’s go ” I mumble the moment I step out of my room, not waiting for his reply I walk out of the east tower only to see a running Bevin, breathing hard.
” lord Alucard ” he stop, bend down and try catching his breath ” mother trivia, she is coming back tomorrow ”
” tomorrow ” I frown ” did you send for her?”
” surely you haven’t forgotten ” he look at me” the deal you made”
” the deal?”
” you promised her that if she let’s snow live a life far away, you will marry whoever she brings” those words did ring a bell, after cuddling snow for the last time, on my way out, I had that discussion with her.
” but this fast”
Leo furrow his brows ” its been five years ” he title his head to his left” am sure, our lord still has a sense of time ”
” be careful Leo ” I shoot him a glare ” do not take me for a fool because of how easy going I am with you guys ” they both remain quite and I nod ” things are about to change, am heading for the auction and I want none of you to tag along, prepare wh@tëver you need to prepare before my bride comes” smiling I walk pass the carriage, determined to walk my way to the action.
To clear my head.
A bride that isn’t Elizabeth nor snow, how do I behave, do I get to kill her after the wedding, do I try to keep her? ” everything has gotten so wrong, blast the auction” moving into the forest I walk slowly.
Placing my hands behind my back and staring at the sky, the bright stars, the lonely moon and the sun which keep disappearing whenever these guys show up.
The sun might be just like me, runs from people, alone, loves solitude but then the funny part is that the sun in actual sense h@tës me, it wishes to kill me day in and out.
Just a slight mistake of mine and am dead ” help me!” Hearing a feminine voice I turn around, the aura coming from that direction seem to be strong, someone is in danger.
” am not the kind to help ” I whisper more to myself before ignoring her plead completely but she keep screaming and I just need to shut her up finally.
Turning around I quickly move to that direction to find a little girl being surrounded by huge men, more like children traffickers, she look wounded, her long red hair tangled, face fill with injuries.
Her green eyes meet mine ” help me ” she mumble softly making the three men turn around, well thanks to her I got all the attention” who is this ” one of them chuckle while moving towards my direction.
” oh, isn’t it the shadow, lord Alucard ” another purred and three of them chuckle hard.
” I do not find this funny ” a frown creep into my face ” that’s a little girl you’re hurting ”
” the rumors never spoke of him being kind ” I frown at their use of words, am definitely not kind, have never been referred to as kind, I came here to shut this child forever.
” give her to me ” the words came out before I could stop myself, before I know what’s happening they are sending fists my way, with each Dodge I do, a heart go flying.
Humans have always been easy to kill, I smile at the feel of blood on my face and lips, licking them I frown, over the years I haven’t tasted a blood as delicious as Snow’s.
They all seem bitter, too bitter for my likening.
Bending down right in front of the little girl I study her reaction, she look scared, of course anyone in their right sense will be scared of me right now, my fingers and fang elongated but what surprised me was that despite her fear she still speak ” thank….thank you ” she stammer looking really weak.
” your name little one ”

” fifteen my lord ” she mumble ” do you plan on killing me ”
” that was my first idea, killing the one who caused such horrid noise ”
” for…for..for..forgive me ” she choke the words out ” I have no one else to ask for help, just to yell hoping someone will hear ”
” and I did, which was disturbing ” frowning I mumble ” I might just kill you to complete my quest” wrapping my hand around her neck, tears drop from her eyes, it seem that only snow tears freak me out.
Right now I feel absolutely nothing ” please spare me”
” that will ruin my reputation, can’t go helping Someone ”
” I will marry you” her words made me drop my hands, surprised as to where that came from.
” marry me?”
She nod, her body trembling ” mama told me that lord Alucard has no wives because of his reputation that if he marries from a good family, his reputation might Brighten”
” and you think you’re from a good family ”
She shake her head ” all my family members are dead but since you wish not for your reputation to brighten up, marrying me will make the villagers think you force me, such a young girl into this and h@të you more ”
I didn’t laugh, I find it not funny, this girl really knows how to mend situations into her way ” No” I frown ” I refuse to marry someone that has no Brë@št for future squeezing from her husband ” I stand to my feet” I might as well marry a man ”
” you do not find me attractive ”
” you’re fifteen ” I furrow my brows ” any man that find you attractive only means he need some help “exhaling I speak on” fear not, killing you is out of my mind, I have far better things to do”
” then take me with you my lord ” she try standing, her legs barely holding her ” I have no where else to go, if I keep running around, I might get caught again ” any normal person will say yes after hearing what she said.
So I mumble what should be said before turning around ” No ” that should let her know am no normal man.
