Sophia was eating the apple meant for Alaric while rubbing her tummy gently thinking the man was sleeping.
Alaric who parted his eyes opened a little to see the girl happily munching the fruit swallowed his saliva when he noticed her bright and plump lips. He felt like he just couldn’t get enough and might be addicted soon.
Seeing she was distracted he pulled her forgetting he was collecting an injection in his drip in some seconds. Sophia who was too invested in the apple before being pulled looked at the fruit like a betrayer.
“Ah wait, stop, help”Alaric just wanted to capture her lips again but she wasn’t giving him any chance to. She struggled while he also tried to lock the girl beneath him without hurting her.
A nurse walked in at this moment to see the scene, the nurse who didn’t know the Billionaire was married screamed before rushing out and shouting ‘R@PE’.
Sophia was shocked and tried to stop the woman but she was long gone, looking back at the man whose eyes darkened like an incoming thunderstorm she moved back on the bed quickly but his eyes darkened even more and she rushed to move back to his side.
Alaric looked away from the woman who thought he was angry at her not knowing he was thinking about how he probably looked like a rapist and scared his little vixen.
That was obviously why she moved away from him… Sophia pulled the mans cloth slightly trying to act pitiful so he won’t be angry but Alaric didn’t notice for the first time as he was really deep in thought and self blame, unconsciously moving away from the girl thinking he would scare her more.
When the nurse suddenly barged in with doctors and other nurses. The doctor thought he was mistaking the number of the ward to be the Billionaire’s ward but now seeing the two people on the big vvip bed with the girl with her ruffled hair and the man looking right at them he couldn’t help but gulp.
The girl looked at them and her beauty was shocking, she looked so innocently sëxy like something beautiful which has been violated but still held it’s innocence. She really was too Charming even some male nurses snuck a quick peak but removed their eyes immediately they saw Alaric looking at them dead in the eyes with no expression on his face.
Before he could apologize to the man the nurse started talking again.
“Just because you are a Billionaire doesn’t mean you can’t be arrested for R@PE, I knew your reputation wasn’t clean. You are using people’s blood money, the law has finally caught up to you” Sophia seeing the woman yell out words moved to block her view from Alaric.
The doctor was too stunned to speak, thinking about how he had suddenly gone from grace to grass all because of his employee. It felt like he was about to have a heart attack.
“Would you please stop” Sophia was angry, she was trying to pacify the man but then this woman came to make everything worse.
“If you can’t cry out because of this despicable man we would help you…”
“He is my husband madam, I advice you to watch your tongue. It was just a little teasing between us”
“Are you trying to cover up? You were screaming for help some minutes ago…”
Sophia moved to pull up Alarics hand which held his ring finger then also pulled up hers showing clear evidence.
The nurse was stunned and didn’t know what to say, looking at the man she had offended all because of her impulsiveness she felt like burying herself 20ft under.
The doctor who finally found his voice moved to bow at them deeply.
“I am very sorry, it was my incompetent worker who caused you trouble and took you time, she would be fired immediately”
Sophia didn’t say a word to help the woman making the nurse realize Sophia wasn’t someone who would really sympathize with a person. She was worse than the devil itself.
Maybe being with the Billionaire demon really seemed them a perfect match.
“If news gets out about what I look like or who I am, I’ll destroy your whole families reputation” Sophia remembered what Alaric said in the wedding and used it against this little minions afterall she didn’t need her husband’s power to take care of them.
“I’m so…” Before she could beg she was pulled out. All the other nurse knew better than anyone else to keep their mouths shut and even the nurse who thought Sophia was being R@PED felt a shiver run down her spine.
Sophia didn’t remember about the man whose hand was still in hers, Alaric felt her warmth move into his cold hands and brightened in content.
The fact that she didn’t realize till she turned around to see him looking at their clasped hands make her shocked, this was progressing way too quickly!!!
Trying to test the waters she asked patiently like a mother trying to coax her child.
“Are you better now?”
“Hm” Alaric pulled his hand off hers getting up to wear a cloth which was brought in by Lucas immediately he was admitted.
“What are you doing” Sophia asked the man who was pulling off his night shirt in front of her making her see his muscles and…tattoos!
“I have a meeting soon, get prepared we would be living tonight”
“You need to rest”
“Hm Lucas would take care of that, I bought you some clothes which would in the house before you get there. Check the ones you like and give the ones you don’t to the maid who would assist you, she would know what to do”
Seeing he was in a hurry she didn’t have any reason to keep him and nodded for the cold man to leave.
“Come here, there are two cars outside, one would take me to the company and one would take you home”
Sophia was suprised as she walked towards him.
“Why can’t you drop me at home first?”
“I’m busy Sophia” ah yes she forgot how beautiful and drunken his voice sounded.
“Oh okay, I’ll see you at home then”
“Hm, wear your mask and cap so you won’t be discovered with me. Unless you want to leave the room yourself, I’ll have a bodyguard watch you”
“Let’s go together” now Sophia was stressed, why was he so cold? But Alaric was just being normal and she didn’t know.
“Okay” he grabbed her hand before she could refuse and pulled her out where a woman in a bodyguard outfit bowed at them both.
“Sophia thus is Kimberly your bodyguard, Kimberly make sure not even a scratch is on my wife’s skin. Understood?”
She signed a ‘yes sir’ and alaric nodded pulling Sophia without allowing her say even an hi to her new bodyguard.
When they got to the car he opened her door and made sure she entered before returning to his car.
“Where to sir?”
“Let’s pay a trip to an old aquintance for my eyes, call doctor Ronald and alert him about our coming over”
“Yes sir”
