CHAPTER 63⚔️64
“Let the bride come in”the MC said and they all stood up clapping their hands as she walked through the red carpet.Amongst the crowd,Loveth,Michael and Evelyn were there signalling to each other to commence their plans but Charles was no where to be found.
With a nod from Loveth,Evelyn threw a small knife towards the bride and it cut through her wedding gown tearing a part of it.
Loveth smiled and nodded.Step one,done!
The bride walked graciously through the crowd as she moved to the hall to meet her groom who was already waiting for her.
She got there and took the hands of her groom which was stretched out already for her to hold.With both smiling,they moved up and stood before the priest to take their vows.
“Today’s wedding is a very special one,it is a wedding between two people I h@të so dearly”said the priest backing the crowd.That statement earned an uproar from the crowd and they all wondered who the priest was.
The priest turned and it turned out to be Charles.The bride gasped and shifted back in fear.She stepped on her wedding gown and tripped making the little tear caused by the knife widen.Her wedding gown tore open and everywhere went dead silent.
“Oops I guess he isn’t rich enough to get you a quality wedding gown.”Loveth said amongst the crowd and everyone’s attention including the bride’s and groom’s turn towards her.
The bride and the groom gulped down hardly.They didn’t know what their exes were doing in their wedding but they knew they weren’t up to any good.
“What are you doing here,Charles?”said the bride as she held her gown tightly covering the torn part.
“What do you think?Am here to congratulate you both and also to tell you thank you for leaving me.I can’t imagine getting married to you then I would have missed out a damsel like her.”Charles said and light shine towards Evelyn as she walked elegantly towards the podium.
Everyone stared in awe including the groom.Her beauty was beyond words and the smile on her face made many heart tremble.
She got to where Charles was and kissed him lightly on the lips while Charles smiled.
“Well to me,I think you both deserve each other.It will be fun to no how your married life will end up,Cheaters.”Loveth said and smirked “Congratulations to my ex who cheated on me with my best friend and is now getting married to her”Loveth said and another uproar sounded in the crowd.
“Unbelievable,the bride betrayed her best friend”
“No,the groom is the unfaithful one”
Those were the whispers going on all around the wedding hall.
The bride broke down into tears while the groom clenched his fists angrilly.
“I can’t believe I came to a wedding like this”said the crowd as they started leaving one after the other.
A few minutes later,the bride,groom,Loveth,Charles,Michael,Evelyn and a few bridemaids were left in the hall.
“Why?Why did you choose to destroy my happy day?”cried out the bride and Charles chuckled ignoring her.
“You destroyed my happy day. It was my birthday and I was hoping to celebrate with my boyfriend and best friend but I caught you both naked in my bed kissing each other!”Loveth yelled as she wiped her tears.
“Couldn’t you forgive me for that?”asked the bride.
“I forgave you but I wanted you to feel pain even if it was half of what I felt”Loveth said.
“But thanks to that I was able to meet a better man who wouldnt treat me like he did”said Loveth as she pulled Michael forward.
“She isn’t a virgin.I disvirgined her”said the groom to Michael hoping to spoil his relationship with Loveth but Michael chuckled.
“I don’t care.We already had sëx multiple times and besides you are shameless.You aren’t worthy to be called a man”said Michael.
“Besides I disvirgined your precious bride also.You have to see how naive she was before we met”added Charles while the groom clenched his fists tighter.
“Let’s go”Loveth said and they all turned except Evelyn.She got closer to the bride and smiled at her.
“Thank you very much for letting him go because if you hadn’t then I wouldn’t have a chance with him.I want you to know that you let go of a priceless gem but unfortunately you can’t get it back because he is mine now and forever.That’s all”said Evelyn.
She turned and found them staring at her.
“What?That was my major mission for coming here”said Evelyn.They all turned and walked out elegantly as they wore a smile of accomplishment.
They were more like a team who just wreck chaos,A team of psychos.
