After a long time, Rose nodded her head in agreement, Francis was overwhelmed with joy and out of excitement, he plastered a passionate kîss on Rose who just stood frozen recalling the very first day Francis kîssed her years back in the village.
She smiled and gently pushed Francis away giggling and biting her lips shyly
After spending some time together, Francis left to the hotel he is going to lodge, that night they also spoke for a very long time after which Rose called her mother and told her every thing, she urged her to pray and also to be careful
There love continues to grow each passing day and at this point Francis has secretly planned an engagement party for Rose without her consent
Francis took her on outing just like they usually does, they danced for a while as they both held them self lost in the rhythm of the music, knowingly a lady stepped on Rose with her pencil mouth killer shoe although not too hard
Rose yelled a bit, the lady apologized immediately for stepping on her and Rose smiled telling her is nothing
Francis tried to yell at the lady but Rose stopped him. Then against Rose’s wish, Francis carried her out of the stage and offed her shoe then started massaging her feet, then the lady who purposely stepped on her came and started apologizing to her again
She bent down as if she wants to touch her feet and dropped something inside Rose’s shoe then smiled at Francis and walked away, after some massaging Rose told him that her leg is fine as she tried to put on her shoe
She stepped on something, then bent to look at it, wow! Guess what? It was a shining gold ring with diamond stone, very beautiful and sparkling, Francis picked it up, knelt on one knee, immediately a wireless microphone was placed in his mouth and he said
Roseberry, please be my wife and the mother of my children, I don’t know how to make a long speech so Please marry me….
Immediately everyone started clapping and cheering her, say yes! say yes! the lady that stepped on her came to the front smiling broadly, please say yes
Rose was laughing at this point as she looks lovingly at Francis who is still on his knee, immediately a mic was placed in her mouth but she gently removed the mic and placed a hot romantic kiss on Francis
Immediately, every one cheers as she echoes yes, I will marry you!
Then Francis slipped the ring in her middle finger and it fits perfectly
The stopped music started again and Rose held Francis nose, now I know is all your plans, you planed for that lady to use that 10 story building of a shoe to step on me right?
Francis with his nose covered said a funny yes and they both started laughing.
It was fun and grand engagement as everyone that attended enjoyed themselves after which Francis made an announcement that all the bill for everyone present is on him.
More shouts of excitement was raised and Rose can’t stop thanking God for favouring her in such a big way
Two months after Richard and Gifts wedding, her pregnancy is now becoming obvious and Richard is no longer happy with Gift because she has finally began to show the other side of her color, her laziness and greediness is no longer hidden as Richard continuously regrets marrying her.
One day, the guy that Gift paid to rãpe Rose disclosed every thing to Richard, he couldn’t believe his ears, he came home furious and demanded to know the truth from Gift.
After long denial, Gift finally accepted that she deed every thing that she was accused of, angrily Richard left and came back home around 11pm drunk.
Gift who was angry couldn’t control her temper started nagging and calling him names.
Richard ignored her and staggered into the bathroom but Gift blocked his way demanding from him why he should come home late and drunk.
Richard warned her several times to leave his way but she insisted and Richard gave her the beating of her life….. and from that day on wards she has been receiving beating from Richard on daily basis and he also forces her to sleep with him and sometimes ends up rappïng her.
Every minor thing that Gift does annoys and irritates Richard which often lands to a marathon of beating and abüse.
Sometimes, Richards returns home very late at night and often time, for days and weeks, he wouldn’t return home at all, he doesn’t even trust Gift up to 1% therefore he doesn’t eat her food, he either orders foods and bottle water
The only communication he has with Gift is to forcefully mount on her and have his way and that’s whenever he feels like or he is drunk. He always threatens to throw her out of his house and life but since they are legally married, he is still working on filing for divorce.
Gift now looks more like an old more than a beautiful and radiating vibrant young girl that she used to be.
