“Are you kidding me Liam? She surely doesn’t even look like mom one bit” Nathan rolled his eyes and resumed walking.
“Can I drop you guys to wherever you both are going to?” The lady asked feeling concerned.
“Sure ma” Liam smiled, walking behind her. Nathan looked at him in surprise and reluctantly ran after them.
“Ma’am Lydia, where is the popcorn you wanted to buy?” Stanley asked when he saw the lady, Lydia.
“Eventually, I lost it… Stanley take us in, I need to drop these boys at their home” Lydia said and Stanley raised a brow at the boys.
“And you are?” He asked.
“Just take us in” Liam rolled eyes with him and entered the car with Lydia, Nathan entered next.
Stanley shrugged and rushed to the driver’s seat before igniting the car.
“Address?” He requested.
“Just keep on driving and we’ll direct you” Nathan replied and Stanley scoffed jealousy.
“You both are being rude yunno that!”
“Stanley!” Lydia snapped and he focused back on the road.

Stanley made a horn sound as he pulled in front of the gate and that’s when Adams rushed to open the gate for them. He was also surprised.
“Thanks ma” Liam smiled cutely as they alighted from the car.
Lydia’s eyes stared at the huge mansion, admiring it’s beautiful contents and paintings.
“Ma’am…” Nathan called when he noticed how hard she has been staring since they got down.
“I feel like I’ve been here before” Lydia muttered and Stanley blinked at her.
“Say what ma’am?” He asked and she laughed jokingly.
“Oh it’s nothing, let’s go Stan” She smiled and face the boys.
That moment, Tessa came in to meet them. She was just coming back from her place though.
“Nanny Tessa! What took you guys so long to come pick us up!” Nathan frowned when he saw her.
“Adams didn’t bring you guys home?”
“Adams!” She shouted and Adams rushed to their midst instantly.
“You didn’t bring the boys back from school, what if something happened to them?!” Tessa snapped and he bowed his head shyly.
“I… I forgot” He stuttered.
“Just go back” She scoffed at him and he left.
She faced Lydia and Stanley who were still staring at them.
“Thank you ma” She smiled and Lydia nodded once at her, looking at her uncomfortably.
“Let’s go Stanley. Goodbye kids” She waved at them but only Liam kept waving back, Nathan just kept glaring at her.
Stanley rushed in and pulled out of the mansion.
“Is she the one who brought you guys home?” Tessa asked as they walked inside the house.
“Yes… She saved Liam.” Nathan replied, flinging his school bag away.
“Nathan! You shouldn’t say it!” Liam snapped.
“What! You were being too adamant! You wanted to watch the berries and now we’re at home! Go watch it dude!” Nathan snapped back.
“Hey watch your tongue! Remember I’m the older one!”
“Older with what?!”
“I gave you gap of five minutes bro!” Liam snapped back angrily. Tessa watched them confusingly, trying to stop them from fighting. She has never seen them argue this way before.
“Okay, and that lady, why were you staring at her that way! You even called her mom!” Nathan said and Liam scoffed, going to switch on the TV.
“Because she looked like mom Nathan! Just stop it please!”
Nathan hissed angrily and ran upstairs.
“Liam, what’s wrong with…”
“Not now Tessa!” Liam cut her off.
“Tessa?!” Tessa gasped.
“Did you just call me by my name?” She poked her chest.
Liam ignored her question and continued watching the berries.

“You told her about our relationship?” She added and he nodded.
“I see nothing wrong in it” He shrugged.

“Why are you taking it to the heart? I thought we love each other” Kingsley said.
“She’d surely get mad at us Kingsley” She heaved a heavy sigh and Kingsley placed his hands on her shoulders.
“Just trust me, everything is gonna be fine” He muttered. She nodded once with teary eyes and hugged him to herself.

“Wait wait!” Ann interrupted, clearing her throat and Madelyn shot daggers at her. They have been trying to relax a song now and Ann’s has been around the itching of her throat.
Lily stood there, looking at her phone as tears welled up in her eyes.
“Oh what now?” Madelyn cried out and Lily showed her what she was looking at. It was a picture of her boyfriend Garvin in bed with another girl.
“Garvin!” Ann stood up unannounced.
“Just a few weeks that we left for Australia and returned back after the concert night and he’s already been cheating” Lily sniffed her tears and Madelyn pouted.
“Aww baby, breakfast is real” Madelyn said.
“I pray your boyfriend cheats on you too” Lily frowned.
“Hey I was just joking! Don’t take it personal!” She alarmed and Ann kept making the noisy voice.
“Okay, did just chew bones?!” Madelyn snapped at her this time.
“N-no, I didn’t!” Ann cleared her throat again while Lily kept crying over a spilled milk.
“Today isn’t just my day!” Madelyn dabbed her face bobbing her head side by side.

“And why did you leave your house?” He asked and Dexter sighed heavily.

Hayes heaved and went to brew a coffee on the coffee brewer when a hand stopped him. He frowned and looked up to see Emery grinning at him.
“Long time no see baby” She grinned more and that’s the more Hayes frowned too.
“What are you doing her? You even had the guts to come here! Aren’t you scared that I might kill you here?”
A smirk crept up on Hayes’s lips as he dropping the cup, facing her boldly.
“Why would I get scared when the law are in my hands and under me” She smirked and he grew angrily.
“I’ll kill you, you monster!!!” He sneered and pushed her to the wall, caging her from moving any further.
“It takes a monster to kill another monster Hayes” She smirked and he caged her more with anger but surprisingly, she wasn’t feeling any scared.
“Hold on before you end my life, don’t you at least wanna know where your wife is?” She smiled cunningly and Hayes let go of her instantly, stepping away from her with shock written over him.

Tessa stood up late at night waiting for Hayes to return. She kept glancing at the wall clock. It’s 12 midnight already.
The door suddenly pushed open and Noah came in helping Hayes who was sober.
“And you are?” Tessa stood up
“Noah, Hayes’s friend. I met him at the bar, he’s drunk” Noah replied, placing Hayes on the couch.
“Uh, thanks” Tessa said and went to Hayes.
“Hey” She whispered and Hayes looked at her and smiled out in his drunk state.
“Lavanya…” He muttered tipsily and Tessa stepped away from him.
Noah left already.
“It… It’s Tessa” Tessa muttered jealously and he smiled more.
“I missed you so much Lavanya… Where have you been all of my life?!” He said again smiling like a fool and a drop of tears fell from her eyes.
What she’s been scared of is finally manifesting.
“I said am Tessa!” She snapped at him with tears running down her cheeks.
He stood up shakily and made to walk to her and touch her but she pushed him away and started storming upstairs to her room.
“Don’t leave me again Lavanya! Lavanya!” He kept calling till she went out of his sight.
He fell on his butts soberly.
“Lavanya…” He cried out like a baby.
