I glanced at him in surprise and was instantly disgusted. Maze, who seemed to sense the tension between us, stepped in right away.
“Uhmmm, I will open the portal in the living area,” Maze remarked before exiting.
“See Deva…” he hesitated and stepped closer to me.
“We are going to the underworld now, and…” He waited once more before taking my hands in his. “We can not do what we were doing before, because I am the devil, and I have a lot of…”
“You do not need to explain, remember, I am just a disgusting witch.” I cut him off, offended by my last sentence.
I abruptly pulled his hands away from mine and went out of the room. He thought my kinds were disgusting? That is completely ludicrous.
“He does not mean what he said, okay,” Maze stated once we were alone in the living room.
“I do not really care,” I mumbled before sitting on the couch. Sometimes I wish I could simply be with my mother, she hurts me physically, but Lucifer harms me emotionally, and his own hurts so much.
“The witch was interrogated, but it appears that she fears Devina more than any other person in this world,” Maze told Lucifer.
“Well, have she met me?” He asks, and his gaze shifts to me.
“Maybe she can make her talk,” Lucifer remarked, referring to me.
“Is the portal ready yet?” I questioned Maze, who nodded.
Oh, my phone. I hurried back into the room to get it before returning to the living room.
“They do not use phones in the underworld, deva,” Lucifer stated.
“Why?” I said, growing irritated.
“Because we do not use it,” Lucifer answered firmly.
This phone made my time on earth more meaningful, it was so interesting to use that I had to abandon it. I desperately wanted to know how to exact revenge on someone.
“Stop acting like a puffy bear, there is actually a place where you can use your phone in hell,” Maze remarked, and my eyes widened.
” Where? “Where?” I responded, smiling broadly.
” Lucifer’s room” she says and my smile dropped immediately.

“Oh my goodness, I have missed you,” Lauren murmured, squeezing me firmly. I could not stop the tears that streamed down my cheeks, I missed her so much.
“I have missed you too,” she grinned before taking my hands and bringing me to my room, leaving no doubt that she had automatically become my best friend. my room looks different and decorated.
“Wow, it looks so beautiful,” I exclaimed, jumping on my bed. I kinda miss being in hell.
“So, what happened on Earth?” What is it like? How does their cuisine taste? Lauren asked enthusiastically. I smiled as she expressed her curiosity.
“Uhmmm, their food is nice, especially the ice cream, it is cold over there, and my stay was the best,” I remarked, smiling.
“I wish I could actually go there,” she remarked sadly before resting her head on my thigh.
“Hades would take you to Earth one day,” her face flushed as I mentioned Hades.
“Are you two together now?” I inquired, and she responded shyly. This was really cute! At least she found someone who loved her for who she was.
“What about you and the Lord?” My face sank when she asked.
” It is fine if you do not want to talk about it.”
“No, I want to,” I paused, and all of my wrath from before rushed back.
“He acts so annoying, we kissed and did other things, not sëx, but there was no doubt that we were going to have sëx if he was not acting like a child, he makes me want to h@të him at times, but it is impossible because he is so hot and……..”
” Princess Deva” Lauren called but i ignored her.
“I often wonder if he has a heart because he acts so cold like i…”
“Princess Deva,” she called again, but gosh, I just wanted to pour everything out.
“Can you believe he called my kind disgusting? he has the audacity to call me disgusting, would you kiss a disgusting person Lauren? I felt so heartbroken, like.. Does he not have a single feeling for me.” I eventually finished and breathed out. I looked at Lauren, who had wide-open eyes, but she was looking behind me.
I turn around to find Lucifer standing directly behind me, oh Sh|t. He turned to gaze at Lauren, who hurriedly bowed her head before leaving.
“You think I am hot, huh?” He inquired with a smirk. Oh, I would have to be a non-existent being to know he was not hot because I am sure even animals knew he was hot.
“I was just joking,” I said, standing up from the bed.
“What exactly do you want?” I asked. He let out a sigh and took a step toward me.
“You know I h@të it when you treat me disrespectfully,” he utters softly. This was really, really hot.
I clapped and exclaimed, “Wow, you have earned my respect.” I loved that this was annoying Lucifer, dammit, the delight I am experiencing right now is incredible.
“Deva, you should not be doing this, you are acting childishly, to be honest,” he says. I stared at him for a bit before heading for the door.
“We are meeting with the witch, come if you want her alive,” he says before passing past me.
I followed Lucifer till we reached a dark compartment, by the time the guards noticed Lucifer, they had opened the large door. I swear this area looked like a torture cell, it was so dark and terrible that I almost grabbed Lucifer’s hand but quickly stopped myself.
“I will not tell you anything. Just kill me already,” I heard a lady scream, as my speed quickened.
I saw a woman who looked so familiar. She was chained to a chair with large chains, and when I stood in front of her, she raised her head to look at me. I gasped as her sight met mine. I could feel wrath welling up inside my body. This woman actually made my life a living nightmare, anytime my mother kept me in a room for days without food, she would mock me and tell me how weak I was. now who is weak?
I smirked when I saw how terrifying she appeared, karma is real.
“How are you?” I asked with a smile.
“Did they get you any water?” I inquired again, mockingly. I took a glass of water from the nearest table and brought it closer to her.
“Do you want this water?” I inquired, and she promptly nodded. I grinned and slowly poured the water on the floor.
“Oops,” I mumbled before laughing. It is so satisfying to repay evil with evil.
I stared at Lucifer, who appeared surprised by how I treated her.
“When your mother finds you, she will burn this place down,” she added hoarsely.
” wait! Is it supposed to be an irony? I asked, but she simply grinned.
“She will kill your lover, and you will not have a d_1ck to ride anymore.” What she just said irritated me beyond belief. I angrily slapped her.
“Well, thank goodness you will not be here to see it.”
I stared at Lucifer first, then at the knife beside him.
“Kill her,” I whispered. Lucifer gazed at me before moving on to the woman.
Her screams were the next sound heard.
I walked back to my room; today had been nothing but a blur, and telling Lucifer to kill her made me even happier.
I have always despised everything related to death, yet I felt compelled to do so tonight.
I reclined on my bed and took my phone from the tiny bag. I turned on the phone and realized I had no connection at all.
So I really need to go to Lucifer’s chamber. Oh, just kill me already.
First, his chambers were about a 10-minute walk from mine. I have to walk there, but it is totally worth it.
I made it to Lucifer’s chamber, and to my amazement, the grumpy demon opened the door for me. Hmm, that was unexpected.
In response, I smiled at him before entering into Lucifer’s room. There was no alteration in his room.
“Oh, you are here,” I heard Lucifer’s voice, making me jump in shock. Why does he keep doing this?
“Where can I use my phone?” I questioned, and he pointed to his bed.
So, does it get any worse? I scoffed loudly before approaching his bed to sit on it.
I became fascinated by the phone once more, and I had no idea how many hours I had spent on it until it showed 5%.
How am I even supposed to charge it? I turned to look for Lucifer, who was sitting on a nearby couch.
“Umm, where can I charge my phone?” I asked with a smile. He glanced at me for a moment before pulling the phone from my grasp.
“You can have it tomorrow,” he added, and I grinned before heading to my room.
“Wait!” I was interrupted by the sound of Lucifer’s voice.
“Could you spend the night in my chambers?” He inquired pleasantly. My heart skipped a beat, and butterflies I had no idea existed in my stomach began to dance.
And then it occurred to me.
Avoid giving the impression that you are desperate. Resist the urge to chase him, and remain unaffected when he appears chilly.
“No, I can’t,” I answered and dashed out of his room.
As much as I wanted to spend the night with him, I could not since he was going to act as if nothing had happened the next day.
I closed my door, giggling inside, knowing that he would be furious right now.
“Princess Deva”.
“Ahhhhhhhhh,” I yelled as I noticed a figure standing close to my bed.
Oh, my heart. My eyes widened as I noticed Paula standing next to my bed.
How? How is she here? I rushed over to hug her. I missed her so badly.
” Paula, how are you here?” I inquired as tears streamed down my face. She was also in tears.
“Princess Deva, you must return,” she begs, crying excessively.
” why? “I am happy here,” I murmured, but she nodded negatively.
“You have to come back, my princess,” she repeats. What exactly was wrong with her? She knows how much I despised my mother.
“Why would you want me to suffer, Paula?” I asked. She sniffed and then held my hands.
“Your mother is with Liana and my husband; she threatens to kill them if I do not find a way to bring you back.” she stopped. Then she knelt down.
“I do not want Lianna or my husband to die, Princess Deva, I have no other option, I beg of you,” she pleads, still crying.
I enjoyed my visit here, but I cannot stay while my friend and their family are suffering. No, I can’t.
“I will help you,” I responded, and she hugged me quickly.
I just have to give Lucifer a hint that I left willingly
