“I might just tell Alex the truth,” Stabler cut in sharply, smirking at him

Rolando walked out from his room already dressed for school and that was when Summer dragged herself down, she was trying to get downstairs but it was a little difficult so he went closer
“I can help,” he said trying to touch her but a loud thunderous slap landed on his cheek instantly
Rolando was forced to move away from her while rubbing his palm on his burning cheek
“Touch me again and I will sue you for attempted R@PE,” she said rudely

Joy is currently talking with George but it’s like the conversation is not a good one cos their voice were high
“I love her very much and I will not have anything to do with you, I’m not asking for your permission concerning my love life but all I’m saying is that you should stay away from us,” George shouted angrily
Joy shook her head, he seems not to understand
“George, Alex is not for you and I will never accept her,” she replied instantly

“I’m not having this conversation,” he turned to leave but Joy held his hand pulling him back
With full force, he pushed her far away and she nearly hit her head on the pipe outside but Rex who was coming their way was fast to catch her

Rex looked at Jou, he let go of her while staring at her face
“Are you okay?” he asked concerned and she nodded gently
“Yeah,” she mumbled, her brother nearly wounded her because of Alex, unbelievable
Rex’s phone buzzed and so does Joy’s own, they both check and without saying a word to each other and ran into the hospital
~~ AN HOUR LATER* THE CAFE
“My Dr,” Danica said smiling
Joy chuckled coming over to her, she settled down and crossed her legs.
“Why are you here? I don’t have all day,” Joy said, picking up the juice on the table she drank from it
“Hmmm, this is actually nice,” she mumbled
“Joy, what’s happening between you and Alex? I don’t like it, I called her and she will be here soon…” Danica was still saying but that was interrupted by a man
“Excuse me, are you Dr. Joy Phillip?” the man asked staring at her
Both Danica and Joy exchanged glances
“Yeah,” she nodded, staring strangely at the man
“You have just been served for violation of the Americans with disabilities,” he handed a file over to her and walked away instantly
Danica took it from her, she opened the big brown envelope reaching for the file inside, her eyes widened
“Oh no, why are you two fighting each other? Joy you have to make this right, no.. no.. this is bad,” Danica said, going through files
“Alex’s is taking me to court?” Joy asked surprised, she gave herself a hard bite nodding her head
“You need to appeal….”
“Never!!” Joy snapped cutting in
“Joy you could go to jail and lose your job, your pension, everything you worked so hard for will crumble right before your eyes, she could take it to the American medical board and this could appear in your record, no hospital will employ someone their patient won’t feel comfortable with,” Danica tried talking sense into her
“I will never accept her for my brother and that’s final,” Joy stood, ready to exit the place
“Joy, you need to settle things out of court cos this case will not get passed the ground jury, no judge will side with you for violation of Americans with disability, you could be facing emotional abuse, physical haunting, emotional blackmail and many more. have you ever seen the able fighting the disabled?” Danica asked, also on her feet
“I’m not fighting my brother, Okay? I told him to stay away from Alex maybe he told her and she sue me, you should go talk to her not me cos I’m getting a lawyer,” she stormed off
Danica went after her
“What made you think you will win when she has your brother by her side? You have already lost so accept it and appeal, listen none of you should tell me to be your lawyer cos I will not,” Dancia stopped
“She started this fight and we will finish it,” Joy walked into the OR knowing that Danica won’t be allowed to enter
“Don’t say I didn’t warn you,” Danica uttered and left
On the way she tried calling Alex but she wasn’t picking up

“it can be treated and he will return to his normal self,” Mrs. Winfrey replied, she let out a breath
She regretted not giving her husband attention, maybe if she wasn’t too busy he wouldn’t have ended up Füçking another man’s wife and was poisoned with this medicine that turned him into this, and she blamed him all this while
“When is the surgery? Or will they fry a part of his brain?” Donovan asked, he seem not to care
David looked at him, he was about to reply but someone came in
“Good day ma, sorry to disturb your conversation but I came to see David over an hour now you people seem to be having a serious conversation so I wanted him to know that I’m here, I will just go back and wait in the seating room,” Ashley said smiling cutely
Her eyes met with that of David and she winked at him
Donovan chuckled, “he will leave my wife for me after all,” he thought silently
“Mom I will be back,” David said walking over to Ashley, he grabbed her hand pulling her outside
