Screams filled the whole place as the Midnight-Muse’s van stopped in front of Ever-Hills entertainment. Lani, Rory, Posy and Dami came out from the van with cheerful faces.
They were looking so beautiful and handsome, and they changed totally in just two years. Lani and her friends successfully debuted as K-pop idols.
Posy dyed her hair to blonde color, Rory’s hair was blue, while Lani kept her long black hair, but she still looking beautiful, she is nicknamed the baby face of their group, because of her cute face and cute personality.
Dami stopped dressing like a tomboy and she grew her short hair, but sometimes dressed like a tomboy in some of their music videos.
👥 I love you, Dami!!!!” The crowd screams waving her banner picture above their heads.
After their debut, Dami became the most popular member, she is the main dancer and lead rapper of her group, and a lot of people love her for her energy and stage presence.
Rory comes next in line after Dami, since he has a face that attracts people, he has a lot of fans too. He is the main rapper and lead dancer of their groups.
Dami and Rory started dating a year ago after they won the audition, and it added to their popularity, cuz people love it when they are together.
Lani and Posy may not be popular like Dami and Rory, but they also have their own fans base. Lani is the main vocalist and she doesn’t have so much energy in dancing because of her weak body system, but a lot of people love her for her voice. She always have the longest line distribution in their songs, and it raised up her popularity.
Posy is the lead vocalist and visual of their group cuz her face matches with the Korea beauty standards.
Regardless of the fact that Dami was more popular, they still love each other unconditionally, and they were all doing great together.
Nevertheless the screaming continues as Lani and her friends entered Ever-Hills entertainment. They were done with high school and focused more on their careers as idols while Sean and Palmer were already studying in Seoul National University.
As for Opal she is taking another exam into Seoul University, cuz she failed twice already.

Lani and her friends entered the press conference room and reporters were already waiting for them.
Immediately they saw them, cameras began flashing on their faces. They were having their first interview after they debuted.
“How does it feel like to be the most popular member in your group? You’re loved by everyone and your instagram account hits 20 million followers in just 24 hours you created it” A reporter asked Dami.
Dami smiled at the camera before answering. “It feels great, I never saw it coming so I’m happy about it, but just so you know, I and my friends put in all our best to be where we’re today”
“I am also a fan too. I love how you dance” A reporter said to Dami, and they all laughed.
“You’re so beautiful Posy, your beauty matches with the Korea beauty standard, any plans to become a part time model?”
“Well, a lot of modeling agencies keep calling me, but I just want to focus more on my career as a idol, maybe later on I might consider being a part time model. For now I just want to be with my friends on stage” She said with a beautiful smile. Her beauty added after their debut, cuz she was now successful and can get wh@tëver she likes.
“Rory, I heard Dami is your girlfriend, how does it feel like to date her?”
Rory looked at Dami and she covered her face, she is shy. Rory smiled and said “I am so happy dating her. All my prayers were answered the day she said yes to me, and I am so proud of her”
“Any words for your girlfriend?” The reporter asked, and Rory smiled sëxily.
“I love you”
The crowd, including Lani and Posy screamed, while Dami covered her face. She was blushing and smiling at the same time.
“And what do you have to say in return?” Another reporter asked, directing the question to Dami.
“I love you too” She said shyly and they laughed and after some seconds, the laugh died down.
“What about you Lani? I heard you will be collaborating with Pinky, one of the biggest soloists in Korea. Do you feel happy about it”
Lani smiled.
“Yes I feel happy about it. She said she likes my voice, so I will collaborating with her on her next song” Lani said smiling, with her baby face occupying every space in the room.
“What about Lonnie?” The reporter asked and the smiling face of Lani became sullen.
“Have you heard from him? Everyone is so eager see him again. You both used to be close, I’m sure you must have heard from him, right?”
Lani raised her microphone to say something, but no words formed out from her mouth. She was sad cuz after Lonnie left two years ago, she hasn’t heard from him.
Camren and Sage has no knowledge about him, so she doesn’t know if he is still alive or not, and it hurts her so much.
“Well I… I… em…”
“We’re here to be interviewed not talk about someone else. I’m sure Lonnie will show his face when he is ready. Can we move on to the next question?” Posy said.
Lani looked at her, and she smiled.
“Sure, let’s go over to the next question” The reporter said.

“Grandma!” Rory, Dami and Posy called her at once when she opened the door for them.
“Aigoo, here comes my idols” She teased and they all laughed.
“Wait, is this Dami or a different Dami?” Eloise asked, observing how girly she looks.
“It’s me, grandma”
“OMG! Where did your tomboy dressing go?”
Rory smiled and hanged his hand on Dami’s shoulder. “She is trying to be girly for me”
Dami hits his stomach with her elbow. “Don’t get high expectations for yourself mister. I’m doing it for my fans, they said I look beautiful when I dressed like a girl” She flings her hair sëxily.
“Now I’m jealous. Should I look more handsome for my fans too?” He asked.
Dami hits his head. “Do you want a death wish?”
“Do you also want a death wish too for dressing up like a girl cuz of your fans?” Rory asked, and they glared at each other.
“Are you two really dating?”
“Yes they are grandma. They quarrel this minute and in the next minute they are already cuddling each other that’s how they are. Anyways where is Lani?” Posy asked.
Although they’re staying in Seoul now, but since Eloise refuse to leave the countryside, Lani and her friends often visits her.
As for Dami’s mom, it’s being long she heard from her, and Dami don’t want to know her whereabouts. She is doing perfectly fine without her.
“She is in her room. After her interview and when the reporter reminded her of Lonnie, she has been sad”
“That’s not a good thing. Her 20th birthday is coming and that’s going to add to her sadness, since she and Lonnie share the same birthday date” Rory said.
“We should cheer her up. She can’t be sad while having her fan signing tomorrow” Dami said.
“Let’s go babe” Rory said taking her hand, and both smiled at each other before going to Lani’s room.
“I thought they were fighting?”
“That’s Rory and Dami for you” Posy said with a smile, before going to Lani’s room.
“Where the heck is Lonnie and why is he taking time to come back to my Lani. He just making her sad unnecessarily” Eloise sighs and sat on the sofa, watching Lani and her friends MV. After Lani became an idol, she became a fan of the K-pop world, but she only watch Lani on TV.

“You had your fan signing cancelled?!” They asked at the same time.
Lani sighs and sat on the bed. “I can’t put on a fake smile, I am not happy, I will do it when I am less unhappy”
“Is this about Lonnie again?” Dami asked.
“Who else can make me sad if not for him? It’s been two years now and I haven’t heard from him. Not even Sage or Camren have heard from him. Even if he doesn’t want me to get cook up with worries, a call would have settled everything” Lani sniffles.
“What if he is dead?” Rory asked and Dami hits his head. “Ouch!” He winced.
“I’m sure he is going to come back you, you just have to be patient. Bone marrow transplants isn’t something you recover from quickly, so stop crying okay”
Lani nod her head, cleaning her tears.
“Speaking of Sage and Camren, have you heard from them lately?”
“Well they’re enjoying the life of a couple and as soloists too. I talked to sage last night they will be coming back from their vacation next month” Dami said while Posy nod.
“It’s your birthday soon Lani, we should celebrate. I’m sure your fans are already planning on showering you with gifts”
“I don’t have any strength to celebrate my birthday” Lani lay on the bed, covering herself with a duvet.

Posy’s car halt when she arrived at a kindergarten, she came down from her car, and people began to scream her name, cuz she is a well known celebrity.
She smiled at them before walking inside the building, she stopped when she got to a class. She peeped inside and she sees Miles with some kids.
He was teaching them the letters of the alphabet and at the same time playing with them.
She smiled before entering the classroom, and she intentionally cleared her throat.
Miles turn to look at her, and his jaw dropped when she saw how elegant she was dressed. He couldn’t take his eyes off her.
“Who is she?” A kid asked, and that made Miles stopped looking at Posy.
“Well she…
“I know her. She is Posy unnie, the lead vocalist and visual of midnight-muse, right?” Another kid asked with a smile. Her front teeth were broken.
“Yes, that’s me” Posy replied with a smile.
“Dabak, you look so beautiful!” The kids all said at once and Posy laughed, while Miles keeps admiring her.
“Teacher Miles, do you like Posy unnie?”
“Huh? Why will you say that?” Miles asked.
“Cuz you have been admiring her since she got here. You like her don’t you?”
“Teacher Miles like Posy unnie!” The kids said, jumping on their feet.
“Kids stop saying that” He said trying to stop them, and when he looked at Posy, she was smiling at him.
Miles slowly returns the smile.

•SOME DAYS LATER•
Lani stands at the beach, watching the water folding itself. The wind blew through her hair and her clothes.
She was still watching the water, when she got a call from Dami. She sighed before picking up.
“Where are you?”
“At the beach”
“It’s your birthday today Lani, we should celebrate. There are lots of gifts waiting for you in your apartment”
“You know the password, so why bother calling. As for my birthday, I already said I don’t need a birthday party” Lani ended the call before Dami could say a word.
She worn her headphone and went to her music player, she tap on the song Lonnie sang for her two years ago, and as she listened to it, she began to cry.
“He is a jerk. I h@të him” She sniffles.
A kid tap her and she took off her headphone to look at him.
“Happy birthday, Lani unnie ” He said giving her a flower.
“How do you know it’s my birthday?”
But the kid took off after she took the flowers from him.
“Do kids also know it’s my birthday today?”
Another kid came here, this time around a little girl.
“Happy birthday, Lani unnie” She gave Lani the flower and ran.
Another kid came again and gave her a flower “Happy birthday, Lani unnie”
She took the flower wondering what was going on, and another kid gave her a flower wishing her a happy birthday. She was about leaving when Lani held her hand.
“How did you get these flowers?”
“He gave it to me”
“Who?” She asked.
“That Handsome Oppa” The little girl said pointing at a direction.
Lani traced her hand and she sees Lonnie with some kids. He was the one giving them the flowers to give to her.
Lani’s tears falls down from her eyes when she saw Lonnie. He was looking more handsome than when she last saw him two years ago. He was wearing an armless shirt, ripped jeans and he packed his hair, giving him a girly look. He looks younger than he was two years.
“Go and give it to that beautiful Lani unnie standing over there” Lonnie points at the direction where Lani was, and that’s when he noticed Lani was looking at him.
Lani glared at him and took to her heels.
“Lani!” He rushed after her.
“Lani” He called her name, blocking her path.
“Who are you? Cuz I don’t know you” She said with a crying voice, avoiding his eyes.
“I’m sorry” He apologizes.
Lani slowly looked at him. “Sorry, huh? You kept me waiting for two years!” She hits his chest.
“It was never my intention, I had to do it, cuz she is my mom. After the donation I spent two years in the hospital in America trying to recover, I came to korea the moment I got out of the hospital, but I didn’t know how to approach you, cuz I knew I hurt you badly”
Lani pouted her lips and cupped his face, sniffling. “You look skinny, didn’t you feed well?”
Lonnie smiled and caressed her cheeks. “Even if I did, I was so occupied with the thought of you, each day that passes, I thought of how sad you’d be”
“Did it hurt so much?”
Lonnie shakes his head with a smile.
“Liar, I’m sure it was painful, and you had to go through all those pains alone. I should have been there for you”
“I am glad you didn’t, cuz you now achieved your dream of being an idol”
“How is your mom?”
“She is in America, she’s recovering”
Lani hugs Lonnie so tightly. “I missed you so much”
“I missed you like crazy” He hugged her back.
“I love the song you wrote for me”
Lonnie smiled and kissed her hair. “I’m going to write and sing so many songs for you” He said and Lani broke the hug.
“You still need to pay me”
“Pay you? Why?”
“I may not be the most popular member in my group, but a lot of soloist wants to collaborate with me, so you need to be on the waiting list if you want to do a collaboration with me”
Lonnie smiled. “I never said I wanted to collaborate with you, and even if I’m an ex-idol, I’m still popular. Have you forgotten I got my golden voice back”
“What a show off” She frowned and he smiled wrapping his hand around her slender waist. She was wearing a crop top, so she could feel his warm hands on her Tommy.
“I love you so much”
“I love you too” She kissed several parts of his face and he laughs.
“Sing me a song” She said with a smile.
“I will, but that will be after this” Lonnie said and connected their lips on each other.
Lani smiled and kissed him back, but just when Lonnie was about sliding his tongue inside her mouth, she broke the kiss.
“Why did you stop?” He wanted to kiss her insanely, since he hasn’t kissed her for the past two years.
“If you wanna kiss me hard, then you have to catch me” She said, cutely running towards the beach.
Lonnie smiled and went after her.
Both ran around the beach pouring water on each other with a happy laugh on their faces.
