Couldn’t post yesterday because there was no light, so my phone was dead.

Chelsea was shocked.
It’s been long, hasn’t it?, The man asked.
Are you shocked??, he asked laughing.
Well you shouldn’t be, you have a lot of other things to learn about, He continued.
Which Jewel are talking about???, Chelsea asked, when she had regained her composure.
He started laughing like a lunatic.
You don’t have to know much for now dearie, just stay tight, he replied.
But I have done did nothing wrong to you, why did you bring me here??, Chelsea asked.
Of course you did nothing wrong to me but……. He paused and touched her face.
Your mom has, he grinned.
Your mum has committed the offence and you will be paying for it, he smirked. Chelsea slapped his hand away from her face.
My mum died after having my brother, what do you mean!!!, Chelsea snapped.
He laughed.
Don’t worry we still have a lot of time together, so I shouldn’t rush things, he grinned.
Then he dropped the snacks he was holding on the floor. Then he opened the door and walked away.
What just happened?????

Is it really her sister, Jewel???
But what does she has to do with him?????.
She stood up and walked around the room.
She didn’t know how but she knew she had to look for a way to leave that place.

It had been hours since some of the cops were dispatched to search for Chelsea and there was still no news from them.
Ryan went with the cops, while Dami and Happy stayed in the police station.
They were not allowed to go because they might attract too much attention.
Dami was very tired and hungry but that was the least of her problem.
She couldn’t stop thinking about the disappearance of Chelsea and of course Miles.
She was worried and scared that she was not going to see him again, the way he looked at her, couldn’t leave her mind.
What if he h@tës me, she thought.
The arrival of Ryan and the cops drew her attention.
She and Happy stood up immediately.
There was no sign of Chelsea, so of course it was fruitless.
The cops entered their office, while Ryan came and sat beside them.
He looked so down.
You should go back and change your clothes, Dami told Ryan.
I should be telling you that, you are a public figure, you shouldn’t be here for too long, Ryan said.
My friend is missing, why can’t I be here??, What does it have to do with being a public figure??, Dami asked.
I was about to remind you, we have a concert today, Happy told her.
Well this matter is……….
I know you will not want to attend but you have to be professional here, if you pull out it will affect Chelsea.
Chelsea will be okay. So you should just go home and freshen up. it’s already morning anyway, Happy told her.
That’s right, no matter what you are Chelsea right now, you must perform at the concert. you are not dumb to forget that you signed a contract, Ryan said.

Dami sighed and looked away.

The house was as quiet as a grave yard when Dami went in.
Not as though it has always been noisy, she thought.
The maids were cleaning the broken plates and food that spilled the previous night.
That made her remember that she hadn’t eaten since yesterday afternoon.
Good morning ma’am, they greeted. She waved at them and headed to the room.
As soon as she stepped into the room, the memories of her and Miles in the room came flooding back.
She smiled.
But the smile didn’t last long when she remembered how he disappointed he was last night.
Was he going to look at her as he used to again???.
The memories of their kiss flashed through her head.
She fell on the bed sadly.
Will they ever go back to how they used to be???.
She stood up from the bed and made her way to Miles’s wardrobe.
Jeez everything had his smell!!!!.
She had missed it so much!!!!!!.
She took out one of his shirt and sniffed it.
I miss you badly already, I want to see you again, she sniffed.
She didn’t even realize she was already crying till the tears dropped on the shirt.
I am really going crazy, she mumbled. She dropped the shirt and closed the wardrobe.
She made to go into the bathroom but she had just moved few steps when……………
Miles was standing before her!!!!!!
Was she dreaming???, she was definitely imagining things right????.
She tried to hold her tears.
He walked past her and went to the other section of his wardrobe.
I am sorry, she whispered, she was not even sure if she heard him and She couldn’t talk loudly or she would definitely cry.
And seeing her vulnerable was the last thing she wanted him to see.
For what?? What are you sorry for??, he asked.
He heard her.
She turned to him.
For deceiving you, I didn’t mean to do that, I swear, she told him.
So???, he asked.
I was definitely switched, you can ask Happy. She will tell you everything, just trust me, she begged.
I don’t care anymore, he said.
Huh???
Let’s end the contract, he told her.
What do you mean????, she asked.
I will send you the money you want and later today, I will announce that we broke up, Miles said.
She felt her head becoming hot.
Does that mean you don’t want to see me again??, she asked.
Yes, he replied almost without blinking.
But…..but..but why?????, I am willing to explain everything to you. Why are you pushing me away??, she asked.
He ignored her and turned around.
Are you confused about the Chelsea you fell for??.
He turned back to her.
It’s definitely me you fell for, I mean it was me in the cruise ship and it has been me all along, so It’s definitely me, Dami said.
Who said I fell for you?, Miles asked.
She froze.
Don’t delude yourself. I don’t want to continue this drama again, just leave peacefully, Miles said and made to leave but she held his hand immediately.
Did you really not love me???, she asked.
Yes, he replied avoiding her eyes.
Look at me in the eyes and tell me you never fell for me, Dami said.
He snatched his hand away from her immediately.
Can’t you stop?, he snapped.
Right now I am shameless, Dami said, she was trying really hard to suppress her tears.
You didn’t give me any reason at all, but it’s obvious you are trying to let go, she continued.
You know that I am trying to let go, then why do you keep trying??, he asked.
Because I’ve never felt this way before and I’ve also never done this before.
And also, I don’t want to stay away from you, she replied.
He turned around backing her.
I never fell for you and I don’t love you. I just brought you here just because I can only fall asleep whenever you are around.
Now I don’t need you anymore, so just leave, he said coldly.
The tears she had been holding for minutes finally spilled over and ran down her cheeks.
She could no longer control her self.
She held Miles’s shirt.
You are the first man I’ve cried for and the first man that has seen my tears, I am not always like this, she mumbled.
Why are you telling me that???, he asked.
Because you made me weak, she snapped.
He gulped hard and pulled away from her. Then he started making his way out of the room but she held him again.
Don’t leave please, she begged crying.
I am sorry, he whispered. Then he pushed her away and left without looking back.
Dami fell to the ground crying bitterly.
