” Ari love ” I heard Anna’s Voice and a smile graced my lips .
” Anna ” i said and engulfed her in a hug .
” I’ve missed you babe ” I said and she laughed.
” Missed you more sugar plum how’s the birthday boy ? Tommorow is the birthday right ? She asked excitedly .
” Yup but shhhhh Fred is planning him a birthday suprise ” I said and she laughed.
” Awwwwwwwwn such a sweet Daddy and son relationship . …so I came with my birthday gift and I’d be staying for the weekend” she said smiling .
” Dylan let you ? I asked suprised.
” Ya he’s currently out of the state for one business like that ” she said and I frowned .

” Yup stop asking me about my fiancee , We have a lot of catching up to do ” she said and pulled me with her which made me chuckle .

The chopper landed in the estate and Some guys walked over to us and handed us two briefcase.
She spoke to one of them in our mother tongue for a while before putting on her shades .
” Let’s go Aria ” she said and We got into the chopper .
” Are we coming back today ? I asked and she Chuckled
” I said and hour Aria ,of cause we’re coming back today it’s Red’s birthday tommorow remember ? She asked and I relaxed visibly .
The chopper landed at what looked like an island and I noticed another chopper outside .
Our men walked outside and stood before us .
Some men came out of the other chopper too and a man stepped out .
He looked around massimo’s Age .
” Donna Grace …” He said and Grace didn’t even smile at him .
I’ve never seen her so cold before .
” How’s Natalie ” she asked him and he laughed .

” Where’s the money …? He asked her .

” Don’t you Dare cross your limit Mr ” she said and he laughed he gestured at his men and they carried in the boxes …over to the ship ….Grace walked into the ship and opened the boxes .
A text pinged on her phone and she handed over the briefcase to the Paulo guy and I followed suit .
He handed them over to his right hand man who checked what was up and they got back in their chopper .
They Zoomed off and Grace are and I watched as the men checked everything …
” I’m actually suprised nothing happened ” I said and she chuckled .
” it’s not Everytime theses transactions end up in a fight Aria ” she said and I gave a nod .
” He was saying something about your sister ? I asked her .
” Natalie and I used the share one mother ….she was my mother’s daughter from another man …..” she trailed.
” Okay ….”I trailed interestedly .
” She used to be an Escort for my mother then …the Don , and finally pleaded to be sold of to Paulo I seriously don’t know what got in her head ” she said annoyed .
I didn’t ask of her mom because I already heard the story of the De Luca’s and the Balandin’s family .
They wiped out the whole Balandin’s family the De nero’s would get a similar fate if they try to play smart .
We arrived at the estate and I moved into Frederico’s arms whilst he was laughing crazily .
” What’s going on ? I asked curiously .
” Emelio just said he’d get married at 50 or probably just look for a surrogate mother ” He said laughing and Massimo joined him .
Grace chuckled as she sat on massimo’s laps too .
” That’s like really a crazy wish Emi …why are you De Luca brothers scared of love ? She fired at him .
” I’m not scared of love I’m not just ready to watch another woman loose her life because of me …” He said playfully but we could all see the pure hurt in his eyes .
Everyone stopped laughing immediately as he stood up and laughed .
” You started at ” Sergio pointed at kristov .
” That’s not true frederico started it …”
” Cut it out guys he already left ” Massimo said and I turned to frederico.
” Did he lose someone he loved ? I asked .
” Yup …she was R@PED and murdered ,her body was sent to us some months before their wedding …” Fred said and i froze in shock.
” That must have been really terrible for him ” I whispered softly .
” Emelio has never been the same Aria ….we lost a part of him since then …” Kris said and we all fell silent .
” You know what tommorow is Red’s big Day let’s just go to bed ” frederico said and pulled me with him .
” We know you’re not sleepy …..stop using protection we need more junior DE Luca’s” Kris teased and I blushed red .
” It’s not too late man you can start from where I’ve stopped …” Frederico said and his jaws dropped whilst everyone burst out laughing .
This brothers are such a tease .
” Can’t you keep your hands to yourself ” I teased frederico immediately we got to our room.
” Keeping my hands to myself would be a criminal offence around you ,you know ‘ he said and I burst into laughter.
” You’re already criminal Mr Big bad wolf ” I teased and he slammed his lips on mine whilst I chuckled into it .

” So here’s how it’s gonna go ….I’m gonna Wake him up with music whilst he’s in bed ….. we’d wish him a happy birthday and make sure he has fun throughout the day before his party ” Emelio said to all of us and we have nods in a Agreement.
” No that’s the spirit ” he said as he hung his guitar on properly.
” I can’t believe y’all work me from my beauty sleep …” Massimo groaned while frowning.
” Can you not be grumpy on his birthday love ? Grace asked sweetly.
” I’m not grumpy ” he said and we all smirked .
” Why are you all staring at me? He scolded.
Mom carried the cake sweetly whilst Aria carried balloons and a gift .
We all had gifts in our hand and Sergio was Making the Video .

” We love you Dear frederico junior …
!happy birthday Junior ….! He sang in his melodious voice as he played the strings .
Red Woke up at the sound and his eyes glowed in confusion .
” Happy birthday frederico junior ” everyone said and his jaws literally Dropped at the suprise .
He stared at all of us and covered his face as he sniffed back tears he tried to control it and ended up crying badly .
” What’s wrong ? Mas asked worriedly .
My heart squeezed with hurt as Aria joined him on the bed and pulled him close .
” Baby you don’t like the suprise ? She asked worriedly .
” No …it’s just ….I never felt …what having a Daddy a mommy and a complete family felt like ….I’m ….so scared this might just be a dream ” he said crying and I joined him on the bed .

Everyone left for their room Aria and I stayed with Red until he fell Asleep .
” Babe are you okay ” I asked as she stroke his hair and that’s when I noticed the tears in her eyes and she covered her mouth with her hand as she cried .
” Aria ” I said worriedly .
” I just feel so terrible for all the years I kept him away from happiness,I’m such a bad mother frederico …I …” She trailed crying .
” You are not a bad mother Arianna ,you where scared of the Dangers of the mafia and i do not hold it against you ……..Right now I am more scared …I’m scared of the Dangers ahead …
” I’m scared of Red finding out the family he comes from and I’m scared of how he’d see us when he does …I’m scared of the video I’m scared ….I’m so scared but I’m only strong right now Arianna because you are my strength .
” You are my biggest strength ” I said and my eyes stung with tears .
” I love you frederico ” she said and kissed me softly as she hugged me close .
In the morning Massimo took Red for jogging to everyone’s suprise .
Workaholic Kris didn’t go to work and instead joined my mom and Aria in the kitchen to have some fun time with Red .
I joined him to play his favorite game .
And Emelio and Sergio Dressed him up for his party .
We all gathered including Uncle Alfonso his wife Yvonne and Dimitri … different invities and guest ,the whole west wing of the estate was tight with Security .
It was a evening party and all the women where clad in beautiful dinner gowns and the men in suit .
” WTF is she doing here ? I heard Sergio curse and I watched in suprise as Veronica De Nero catwalked into the party in a gold short dress and heels .
She picked a glass of wine and Smirked in my Direction.
” Who let her in ? Aria Asked besides me .
She’s definitely here to cause trouble .
