Christabel’s pov
She will really put me into trouble one day.
“Hold on.” I said to her.
“Hmm…she meant to say Chris not Christabel. She loves calling my twin sister’s name.” I grinned trying to calm that awkward look on their face.
“Nancy, we need to talk.” I said to Nancy as i walked out of the class.
Prince Lucien’s pov
He finally walked out of the class. Why didn’t he take the call here?
Is he keeping something like I suspected?
The way he does makes me feel if he’s a transgender. No, he can’t be.
She really looked like the girl I slapped the other day.
If they were to be same gender, it’d be hard recognizing them.
I had the urge to pee so I got up from my seat and walked to the toilet.
“No, not Christabel it’s chris now. So, just shut up.” I heard Chris’ voice near me.
“You should have known when mom said I’m to save that rude person. I really wish I ain’t a Gem, Nancy.” His voice spoke again.
A Gem? Wait! I heard about the Gems from my father. They are females with powers but Chris is a male.
How come?
“Yeah. I don’t think i have a choice. I need to go now. A teacher must have entered the class.”
I heard her footsteps going out of the toilet then i came out.
Who’s Chris? And what does he want?
Who’s he saving?
Someone rude?
What’s his mission in this school?
I shrugged and walked out of the toilet too.
I sat down beside him just after him. hte was surprised to see me.
“Did you follow me?” He asked.
“No, i went to pee” I replied.
He gulped and faced the teacher who had started teaching already.
I kept stealing glances at Chris. He’s just too cute.
Hey! I don’t wanna turn into a gay.
We did some lessons and soon, it was lunch time.
I dragged Chris by hand to a building far from the classes.
I stopped and faced him. “Who are you?” I asked.
It seems the question took him off guard cause he flinched.
“Am Chris. Nothing else. Am just a normal boy.”
He managed to say but i wasn’t buying it.
I moved closer to him and brought my face down to his.
“Tell me the truth…you’re a Gem?” My voice cool as ever.
His eyes widened in shock. Oh! I knew his secret.
“Answer me!!” I yelled.
