Prince Lucien’s pov
Lucien, what’s wrong with you?
I closed my eyes again and eventually force myself to sleep.
Christabel’s pov
God! I nearly got caught by the prince.
How did he know am a Gem?
Obviously, he just must have heard my conversation with Nancy.
I just hope he won’t suspect me as a girl.
Wait! I will he react when he finds out about me. The real me.
I’d be dead that day. I just to finish this mission and get out of here.
But I will need to school here finally. I’d be graduating here.
The way he yelled at me made me so scared of him. I hope he won’t tell his father just as he promised earlier.
If he do, big trouble Is surely coming for me.
I got up from the floor then lay on my bed. I removed my top and I was left with my singlet only.
I rolled the duvet on me and slept off.

Knock! Knock knock!
My eyes fluttered opened, hearing the knocking sound from the door.
“Who’s that?” I asked in a hoarse voice.
“Who do you think will be at the door, if not me!” The prince said and I heaved a sigh.
I got down from the bed and went to the door.
I touched the knob then I remembered I had removed my shirt.
“Sh|t!” I cussed and ran to my bed then wore back the shirt before coming to open the door.
I saw the prince frowning. “What took you so long in opening the door?”
“I’m sorry.”
“Wh@tëver, just wanna tell you something and I need you right there.”
“What’s it?” I questioned.
“I will tell you later.” He turned around to leave.
“I already toldmy father about you.” He suddenly said.
What?
“Wha…..what did you just say my prince? You told your father already?” Tears were threatening to fall from my eyes.
“But I begged you. I begged you so hard.” I sniffed.
“Oh shut up! I was just pulling your legs. I didn’t tell my father anything. So be at peace” He rolled his eyes.
I batted my lashes. Jeez! He almost gave a heart attack.
“Thank you.” I said.
“Wh@tëver! You’re coming with me to the palace tomorrow. I don’t wanna go there alone.” The prince sighed.
“The palace?”
