“Now that you know my true identity, what should I do to you?” Mary said, rolling her eyes devilishly.
Bullet’s eyes widened for some seconds, then he pushed her away from himself with all the strength he has.
Mary staggered, and he started running away from her with the intention of going to Rosario’s mansion to report, but she blocked him with a glare.
“Now you can’t leave” she said, and when he tried to take another way, she got a knife from her pocket and threw it at him.
It shoved into his head from behind, and life slipped out of him immediately as his head and mouth started bleeding.
He fell on his knees and Mary came closer.
“Bye” she smiled, pushing his head forward.
He fell dead on his face, and that was when he woke up from his dream.
“Füçk!, Füçk!, Füçk!!!” He screamed, sitting under the apple tree.
It has been a dream, dreadful scary one at that.
“Why the f*ck did you scream!” Nightingale rushed to him, he stood.
“What are you doing under the tree when you’re supposed to be following Madonna?” she said.
“I’ve been following her, but I got tired and decided to take a nap here” he replied.
“Then you had a bad dream?” She asked.
“Yeah, Madonna might actually be Preet Marcus” he replied, and she came closer.
“Saw something?”
“Yeah, she admitted it in my dream just now, and she f*cking killed me!” He said fearfully, and her eyes widened.
“Try it out for real” she said.
“I know you want me to die but isn’t that too harsh?, My head was stabbed with a knife” he replied.
“Don’t worry I’ll back you up” Nightingale replied, and Bullet inhaled before leading the way.
Nightingale followed him behind, and they started looking for Mary everywhere.
They didn’t see her till they got to the spot he saw her at in the dream, close to Rosario’s mansion.
“There!” He said immediately, and Nightingale turned to see her.
“Go, I’ll shadow you” Nightingale replied, and Bullet started following Mary discreetly.
He was aware of when she got suspicious and hid in a corner just like she did in the dream
He passed by the corner and she rushed out, grabbing him before pinning him to the wall with a murderous look.
“Why the hell have you been following me!” She demanded, and Bullet looked into her scary eyes.
“You’re… you’re Preet Marcus… aren’t you?” He said, and she smirked before slapping him.
“Say that again” she said.
“Huh?” He replied shockingly, and she slapped him again.
“Call me Preet Marcus one more time!” She said.
“You’re… you’re…
“How dare you call me what I’m not” she glared and punched him, he fell on the ground.
“I’m so sorry boss lady, I’m sorry” Bullet quickly started begging, and she smirked.
“I’m reporting you to Ross” she said, and he quickly held her leg.
“Please don’t, I’m so sorry I mistook you for her, I’m so…
She took her leg from him and walked away before he could finish.
“Füçk!” He spat, standing up.
Nightingale came out of her hiding place immediately.
“You had a silly dream then, she can’t be” she said.
“But she seems weird somehow” Bullet replied.

ROSARIO’S MANSION**
Mary met Rosario in bed already when she came in, he’s fast asleep.
It’s rare for him to sleep early like this, but maybe he’s tired.
She has been helping Escobar with dinner in the kitchen, so she has left the mansion since dusk.
She smiled and sat beside him, then she started stroking his hair gently, staring at his face.
“How handsome” she smiled again, shifting her thumb to his brows, she started tracing it gently.
“My hero” she whispered, bending over him to kiss his lips lightly, and that woke him up.
“Donna” he whispered, opening his eyes slightly.
“Sweet Ross, you slept early” she said, and he immediately pulled her to the bed, she fell directly beside him.
“I had an hectic day yunno” he said, and she giggled cutely as he wrapped his muscular arm around her.
“Hectic because you cooked?, The food was salty remember?” She replied, and he smiled.
“But still….I tried…it was my first try at cooking” he replied, and she giggled.
“Next time we’ll do it together” she said, and he smiled lightly, but the smile dissipated when his eyes caught the numerous scars on her body, all from the torture she went through here
He brought his hand to her skin and started tracing her scars while she closed her eyes and held her breath.
“I’m sorry” he suddenly said, and she opened her eyes to lock eyes with him.
“What?”
“For all your scars”
“It’s not your duty to be guilty” she whispered.
“But it’s my duty to care” he replied, sitting up in bed, Mary did the same and sat between his legs, resting her head on his chest.
He started rubbing her hair.
“My scars are worth it, I got to be your woman” she said, playing with his fingers.
“Donna” he called, and she faced him.
“I love you” she said, and her heart started thumping.
“I really don’t care what anyone says, even my brother, I just wanna love you for the rest of my life, and this baby Crescent, I wanna have him with you” he said, and Mary swallowed hard.
“I wasn’t joking when I told you to keep poisoning me with love, I’ll take it all and even lick the cup, I swear I love you f*cking much, I can’t even control how I feel, I just wanna be with you and nothing more” he said.
“Ross….
“I trust you, you’re not Mary Kay, you’re my woman, not my treacherous mother, you’ll never betray me” he smiled, and Mary blinked again.
He leaned in and kissed her lips gently, and she reciprocated immediately.
He broke it after exactly one minute, then he stretched his hand to the bedstand drawer, he pulled it out and got an heart shaped red box which he gave to her
“What’s… inside?” She asked.
“Check” he replied, and she opened it slowly to see a golden necklace with a crescent moon as the pendant.
A soft gasp escaped her lips as she touched it.
“It’s pretty”
“It’s yours, you can start wearing it anytime you start feeling the same way I do” he said.
“Ross” she smiled, and he pulled her closer.
He kissed her B@@bs, then her forehead and lips before hugging her tightly.
“Don’t leave me” he whispered, kissing her neck.

APPLE TREE**
Clyde’s eyes were closed as he sat on his favorite branch with a lot of thoughts going on in his mind, about Madonna and himself.
His eyes flew open when he suddenly heard movements under the tree.
He saw Terrius climbing up with Pandora.
“Why are you guys coming up?” He asked, and they didn’t reply till they climbed to him.
They sat on different branches and faced him.
“Mission Gum is one day away, and no one knows if anyone of us will die in the haunted forest or not, so we should spend as much time as we can together” Terrius said, and Clyde scoffed.
“Guys!” Rapunzel said from the base of the tree.
“You too?” Clyde said, and she smiled before climbing up.
“The empire feels weird…. right?” Pandora sighed.
“This mission might be the end of many people, everyone is scared but are not showing it” Rapunzel replied.
“I’m not scared though, death will eventually come one day” Clyde replied.
“We all know you’re not human, how would you be scared” Terrius replied, and Clyde smiled dryly.
“I still can’t believe Preet Marcus is your childhood lover… Clyde” Pandora said.
“I don’t know if she’d have changed, but back then… she’s the sweetest girl on Earth” he replied.
“I wonder where she is” Terrius said.
“Lord Romanio will get Mary Kay pretty soon, he’s flying to Korea tommorow” Rapunzel said.
“Meaning he won’t be in for mission Gum?” Terrius said.
“Of course, Hellcat will take his place for the mission” Pandora replied.
“Are we really approaching the end already?” Clyde sighed
