CHAPTER 13&14
****AT THE HOTEL****
Peyton neither moved nor said anything, she just
stood still in amazement.
She kept scanning his hot and sëxy body until
Nolan noticed her presence.
They both stood,staring at each other like lost
puppies.
When Peyton finally came back to her senses…..
“Oh jeez” did I just see my boss’s nakedness?
“What the hell is wrong with me? Why didn’t I
knock before entering, she kept blaming herself.
“I…I’m so…sorry sir,I should have knocked before
entering” she stuttered as she felt so stupid and
embarrassed.
“That’s fine”
Nolan said,feigning a smile and rapping the towel
around him to cover himself.
Peyton didn’t wait to hear everything as she
dropped the food quickly and turned to leave.
“Peyton, wait” she heard Nolan’s voice call her.
Her heart was already palpitating faster than it
should,and Nolan calling her just made it worse.
Peyton stood for while before turning to face him.
She didn’t even know he was that close to her,she
turned and their eyes met.
“Oh jeez!” Peyton swallowed hard and said.
Her heart was already preparing to leave it cage,
even Nolan could hear it beat.
“Why am I suddenly feeling this way” what is wrong
with me.
Nolan kept staring at her, but Peyton could not
maintain eye contact.
“Let’s eat together” Nolan finally spoke.
“Eat together?” Does he really mean what he just
said? Peyton questioned herself.
“Thank you sir,but I’m fine” she said politely.
“I can’t finish this alone,I actually ordered it for the
both of us” Nolan said, giving her smile.
“This is the worse day of my life” Peyton said
inwardly before obliging.
“Let me change into something better” Nolan said
and went into the bathroom.
He came back wearing a white shower dress,
exposing his chest.
Peyton’s eyes just went straight to his chest.
“Oh Lord!” Why did I agree to follow him?
“Did he actually bring me here to seduce me?”
Peyton asked herself.
Nolan sat down on the bed, facing Pey.
Peyton did same. She twisted her legs in such a
way that she was kind of sitting on them,still
staring at Nolan who was also staring at her.
