STEWART’S MANSION
“Dylan got into an accident, you must have heard about it” Mr Stewart said, entering Madelyn’s room.
She’s sitting on her bed, watching her favorite movie on her laptop.
“I don’t care, he broke up with me so he can die for all I care” she rolled eyes, and Mrs Stewart smiled, sitting beside her.
“So…you’re over him?” He asked.
“Completely, but if he survives the accident, I’ll just focus on punishing him” she replied.
“Yeah, that’s my girl” Mr Stewart smiled, stroking her hair but she slapped his hand away.
“Don’t think I forgave you, we’re still on eggshells” she said and closed her laptop.
She lay on her bed and covered herself completely.
“So what should I do to earn your forgiveness princess?” Mr Stewart asked.
“Cancel the wedding” she replied from under the sheets.
“The wedding is just four days away” he replied.
“I don’t care” she said.
“I’m not marrying her cos I love her, shouldn’t you know that by now?” He said, and she sat up.
“Really?”
“I thought you knew, I want shares from the school, life is a game yunno?” He smiled, and Madelyn hugged him.
“But still….I don’t want you to marry her” she pouted.
“Don’t worry princess, I know how to handle Flora” he replied and stroked her hair.
They broke the hug and he kissed her hair before giving her something.
She checked it out and her eyes widened when she saw it’s a key card.
“It’s to your mansion, you’ve always wanted your own house” he said, and she hugged him tightly.
“I love you so much Daddy!”
“Love you more daughter, but promise me you won’t move out yet” he said.
“Of course, I’ll wait till after the meaningless wedding before moving out, I definitely can’t live in this house with her” she replied, and he smiled before standing.
“Sleep early” he said.
“You too Daddy, goodnight!” She blew him kisses as he left, then she brought out a recorder from under the sheets.
She actually recorded everything he said about marrying Flora for the school.
“This should be enough to ruin the wedding” she smiled victoriously.

Gigi smiled when her video call connected. She actually wants to speak to her dad.
Her mum never allows it since they divorced, she blocked her all access to him.
The handsome black man appeared on her screen, and her smile grew wider.
“Dad!”
“Gianna, you won’t know how much I missed you” Mr Robertson replied, rubbing her face on screen.
“I missed you more dad, I’d have called since ages but mum always blocks access to you, she’s coming home late tonight and that’s why I’m calling now” she replied sadly.
“Don’t be sad daughter, everything will come back to normal soon” he replied.
“It’ll only be like that if you both come back together, can’t you do it for my sake?” She said pleadingly.
“It’s left for your mother to agree, I still love her as always” he replied, and she started crying
“I really want you both to come back together”.
“Stop crying baby, daddy loves you yunno” he said.
“I love you more daddy, I love you so much and I wish to see you soon” she replied.
“Your mum will never allow you to come to Nigeria” he smiled.
“I’ll just run away from home and escape to Nigeria, you live in Lagos right?, Banana island, I memorized everything” she sniffed, wiping her tears.
“No it’s too dangerous for you to fly here alone”
“But I miss you” she said.
“So…did you make friends?* He replied, changing the topic.
“Yeah, I’ve got four amazing friends, Paisley Carina, Melinda and my Delaney” she smiled.
“You seem to like Delaney more” Mr Robertson smiled.
“Of course daddy, but….
She suddenly heard the sound of car engine from outside.
“Dad I have to go now!, Mum is back!, I love you!” She quickly cut the call and rushed out of the room.
Mrs Robertson was already coming in.
“Welcome mummy” she smiled, hugging her.
“Thought you won’t come home this weekend again” Mrs Robertson replied.
“Mum can we fly to Nigeria during the summer break?, I wanna see dad and…
“Stop saying trash, Gigi” Mrs Robertson cut her off and climbed the stairs
Gigi started crying again.

Mavis spranged up from his bed , sweating so much despite the cold weather. He had the nightmare again.
He rushed out of the room and went to the freezer for a drink of chilly water.
The weather is so cold that after drinking, he started shivering with cold.
He put on the heater and went back in to wear a thick sweater, but that still didn’t help.
He got on the bed and covered himself completely, then he started shaking with cold underneath, still sweating profusely.
He managed to get his phone as his eyes started shutting.
He was about to dial Delaney’s line when the phone fell from him, and his eyes closed.
He passed out like that.

Paisley sighed after receiving the call from Delaney, telling her she won’t be coming home for the night cos she has to stay with Andy in the mansion.
“I hope Dylan dies, that animal” she muttered h@tëfully, and Lexi’s call rang on her phone immediately.
She made to pick but she stopped herself.
He’ll surely have nothing to say than the usual I LOVE YOU, DON’T LEAVE ME.
She dropped the phone and watched it ring three times without picking, then she started smiling when Leo’s face came to her head.
She suddenly slapped herself and buried her face in her feathery pillow.
“I’m a Bîtch” she muttered.

Delaney made breakfast with dark circles under her eyes cos she didn’t sleep till daybreak.
She found herself thinking about Dylan’s safety, praying that he should be ok.
She has been feeling guilty since she found out in the footage that he wasn’t actually trying to R@PE her again, but her guilt only doubled when the news came that he got into an accident.
Maybe if she hadn’t accused him wrongly, it wouldn’t have happened.
She placed Andy’s cup of warm milk on the dinning table and sighed, resting her palms on it.
Her mind went back to two years ago in Beijing.
Paisley and Delaney were laughing so loud at a joke as they came out of the class, then they started making their way to the cafeteria.
They were still walking when they saw Dylan kissing a girl in a corner. Paisley hissed.
Delaney bit her lip.
“He’d never change” Paisley said and pulled Delaney away, but Delaney stopped when they got to the door of the cafeteria.
“I need to use the restroom” she said.
“I’ll order our lunch, you have just three minutes” Paisley said and Delaney winked before leaving her.
She went back to the corner and saw that Dylan left the girl already.
The girl was smiling as she walked out of the corner, but Delaney knowingly bumped into her and she fell, hurting her palms and knees.
“Ouch!” The girl winced, but Delaney didn’t even bother to say sorry before walking away, rolling eyes at her.
She walked past P3 lounge and spotted Dylan, he was laughing with his friends as they placed video games.
“If only you aren’t a Füçkboy” she smiled, staring at him in admiration.
FLASHBACK ENDS….
“Laney crush!” Andy said, coming downstairs while rubbing his eyes sleepily.
“Little cutie” Delaney smiled, walking to him.
She carried him in her arms and he pecked her cheek.
“Where’s mum and big sis Summer?” He asked, hugging her as she took him to the dinning.
“They had to attend to something urgent with Dylan, they’ll be back soon” she lied, not wanting to give him the heartbreaking news.
She placed him on his chair and he drank from the milk.
“Hmmn!, Sweet” he smiled as she stroked his hair.
“Breakfast is ready, you want to eat first or bath first?” She asked.
“Bath me first” he replied, drinking the whole milk at a go before widening his arms
Delaney smiled and carried him, then he pecked her again and started taking him upstairs for his morning bath, having Dylan in mind all through.

Delaney decided to come take a look at Dylan in the hospital before going back to school.
Immediately she entered the private ward, Summer smiled.
“You came”
“How’s he… doing?” She asked awkwardly.
“He’s improving thankfully” Summer replied.
“Thanks for taking care of my little baby throughout the weekend” Mrs Bills said.
“It’s nothing” Delaney smiled lightly.
“Don’t you have to return to school?” Summer asked.
“Yeah, just came to check on him” she replied.
Midas and Trevor came in immediately, and that instant, Dylan’s eyes opened slowly.
“Dude!” Midas saw it and rushed to him.
“Big baby!” Summer spranged up as the red eyes opened more and more till it opened fully. It’s freaking red!
“My gosh!, Dylan you can talk right?, Talk to me, huh?” Mrs Bills said impatiently as he tried to sit up.
He held his bandaged head with his bandaged arm, and Delaney swallowed nothing as she stared.
“Dylan please….” Summer said.
Dylan rolled his red eyes around, looking at everyone like strangers.
“Where am I?” He asked sharply, holding his head tightly.
“Hospital, you got into an accident remember?” Trevor replied.
“Do you know me?” He asked, and Trevor’s eyes widened.
“Füçk!”
“Dylan no” Mrs Bills cried.
“Who are you?” Dylan asked, and Summer got it immediately.
“Memory loss… damnit!”
“This can’t be happening” Midas muttered.
“Dylan you can’t lose your memories!!!” Mrs Bills cried.
“Is my name Dylan?” He asked like a kid, and Delaney came closer.
She tried touching him but he slapped her hand away.
“Don’t touch me!” He glared, and tears fell from Delaney’s eyes.
