Cheng opened his eyes and sees Tatiana sitting a little far from him.
“You are awake?” She said, not making an attempt to go close to him.
“What happened to me?” He asked.
“You don’t remember?” She asked trying her best not to cry. She already know why Cheng flew away from her when he touch her.
Since Cheng has dark powers, and she have the powers of the heaven, he won’t be be able to touch her anymore.
Because white and dark powers are bonded enemies, that don’t get close to each other.
Cheng sighed and said. “I remember grabbing your hand and something threw me away from you” Cheng pause and touch the areas of his stomach.
“I thought my body hited a sharp metal earlier, why am I not feeling pains?” He asked, looking confused, but little did he know that Tatiana healed him when he was still unconscious.
Tatiana got to her feet and cleared her throat. “You are okay now, so forget about everything that happened to you earlier” She said.
Cheng stood up from the bed and looked at her.
“It seemed like you know something about what happened to me earlier” He said.
“No I don’t. I have no idea about what happened to you” Tatiana said, avoiding his eyes, since she was lying to him.
“Tiana….”
“Don’t come any closer!!” Tatiana half yelled at him, when Cheng attempt to walk closer to her.
“Have it gotten to the point where I can’t even come close to you? What wrong have I done, and why are you treating me this way Tiana?” He asked with a heart broken voice.
“You haven’t done anything to me Cheng” She said.
“That’s what you keep saying, but yet you keep on avoiding me. You don’t want me to even go close to you. Are you avoiding because of what I did on our first night together? I thought you forgave me already”
“Yes I have forgiven you Cheng, it was clearly not your fault”
“Then why are you doing this to me? You are breaking my heart Tiana!” He said with tears falling down his eyes.
“I didn’t mean to hurt you Cheng. Believe me when I say I am hurting triple times as well, but I have no time left, and I need to save you before I leave” Tatiana said cleaning the tears in her eyes.
“Here you go again with this leaving of a thing. Where exactly are you going, and why are you trying to save me, when you don’t have the powers of the heaven?” Cheng asked, and Tatiana kept mute, not saying a word to him.
“Tiana” He said attempting to touch her, but Tatiana quickly snuggle backward.
“Don’t try to touch me Cheng, you are going to get hurt!!” Tatiana yelled at him, as painful tears falls down her eyes.
Balls of tears falls down Cheng’s eyes as he looked at her. “Is this how you want it now. You are going to hurt me just because I want to touch you. I didn’t mean to do that to you Tiana. If I don’t have a demon inside of me, I won’t have lost control of myself and made you go unconscious” Cheng said with a crying voice.
He’s heart was so shattered right now.
“You are getting it all wrong Cheng”
“Then what is the problem Tiana!! You are acting weird all of a sudden, and it started after our fight night together, so it means you are mad at me about that night I slept with you”
Tatiana shaked her head hiccuping in tears. “That’s not true. If I was like you, it will have been my best night”.
“What are you trying to say Tiana?” Cheng asked.
*If I was a human like you, it would have been my best night on earth” Tatiana said inwardly as tears falls down her eyes.
“What are you trying to say Tiana? Are you making mockery of me that I have a demon inside of me?” He asked.
“That’s not true Cheng, you are getting it all wrong, you are misunderstanding me!” She said crying.
“Then make me understand Tiana, you are driving me nuts with this new attitude of yours. Do you even love me?” He asked as tears didn’t hesitate to fall down from his eyes.
“How can you even ask such a question? Of course I love you Cheng, I love you so much” She said crying.
“Then what’s going on Tiana? Why are you acting so distance towards me?” He asked.
Tatiana cleaned the tears in her eyes, and looked somewhere else. “Is something you don’t have to know” She said.
Cheng bits his bottom lip with a painful and heartbroken expression in his face, and without saying anything to her, he left the room.
“Cheng!” Tatiana said, trying to go after him, but she stopped herself, because she was going to hurt Cheng if he try to touch even the slightest part of his body.
“Cheng” She muffed his name crying.
Tatiana looked at her hands and it was giving signs of transparency, and she screamed falling to the ground.
“I don’t want to leave!!! Please don’t make me leave!!!” She screamed crying.

⟨ THE BROTHEL HOUSE ≈ NIGHT ⟩
Amica let out a satisfactory smile after she drugged the man she was supposed to spend the night with, to a deep sleep.
This was what she does, anytime she’s appointed to spend the night with a man. No one in the brothel knew about it, and yet she’s one of the popular courtesan in the brothel house.
“At least this is better than inheriting the dark powers that belong to my mother” She said and stood up to her feet.
She went to the door, and immediately she opened the door, she saw Isha, her head was covered with a kimono veil.
“What the heck are you doing here?” Amica asked whispering.
“Is it bad if I visit my own daughter?” Isha asked with a creepy smile.
“Come with me” Amica said, and took her outside the brothel.
“You are not supposed to be here, mother” Amica said looking around.
“Can’t believe you chose this ungodly place over having dark powers” Isha said.
“Is a good thing you know that the powers you possessed are from the pit of hell. You are more ungodly than the entire courtesans here. At least the only wrong they did is giving their bodies to men, but they’re way better than you, who have killed and made many people miserable” Amica said.
“Do you realize I am your mother?” Isha asked.
“Just leave this place before someone sees you” Amica said.
“I just came to remind you that you should never tell Waylon what you know. A lot is about to happen and if you want him save, you should shut your mouth” Isha said.
“What do you mean by a lot is about to happen? What are you planning on doing?” Amica asked, Isha looked at her with a creepy smile.
“Since you are curious, I am going to tell you. I have a new mission to embark on. Once my client gives me permission, it will be over for Cheng, and even if I can’t see or control Cheng, anytime Tatiana is around him, I will be able to do so once the blood rites and sacrifice are made” Isha said.
“Blood sacrifice? What does that mean?” Amica asked.
Isha was about to talk, when Waylon approach them, and Isha quickly covered her kimono veil.
“Amica”
Amica’s heart skipped in fear the moment she saw Waylon.
“Waylon. What are you doing here?” She asked gulping down her spit.
“I came to see you. But who is she?” Waylon asked looking at Isha.
Isha took off her kimono veil and smiled at Waylon.
“I am Amica’s mother”
“You have a mother, but I thought you said you don’t have a family?” Waylon asked.
“She’s no one Waylon. Let’s go” Amica said taking him out of the brothel.
Isha looked at Waylon as he leaves with Amica and smirked.

Amica let go of Waylon’s hand after they left the premises of the brothel.
“So you have a mother? Why did you lie to me?” Waylon asked.
“She is not my mother”
“Then who is she then? Fairly God mother?” Waylon asked looking at her.
“She’s too evil to be a fairly God mother”
“Meaning?”
“Is nothing Waylon, you should never engage in a conversation with her” Amica said.
“Why not? She’s your mother”
“Even if she’s my mother, you have to stay far away from her” Amica said, and Waylon looked at her.
“You are behaving strange Amica, why won’t I talk to the mother of my friend?” He asked.
“Because I don’t want you to Waylon, and you should listen to me” She said, and Waylon’s eyes were fixed on her.
“Why do you want to see me?” She asked.
“I just wanted to see how you were doing that’s all, and since I have seen you, I will go back to the palace” Waylon said and tried to leave, but Amica held his hand.
“Please tell Cheng to be careful” She said.
“Is everything ok?”
“I don’t know Waylon, just tell him to be careful, and you too, you should stay safe” She said and Waylon smiled at her.
“I will Amica, take care of yourself” He said and walked away.
Amica watch Waylon as he leaves and sighed.
“I am sorry Waylon, sorry I can’t tell you the truth. You just saw the dark witch that possessed your brother, but wh@tëver my mother is planning, I promise to help you, because I love you so much Waylon” She said, and cleaned the tears that was about falling from his eyes.
