°°PROLOGUE••
Onami’s a complete definition of an epitome of beauty. She as lived the life of an immortal decades ago. She fell in love with the guidance of the heaven, Arthur. Their love became bloosom and people began to know of their relationship because they were secret lovers.
Onami felt sick when faithful day and it was beyond the prescription of medicines, but to scarifice a soul to revive her.
Arthur scarificed his life and Onami was reincarnated. When she found out that Arthur scarificed his life to save her, she was heartbrokened. And she committed suicide on the day of her wedding to another man whom she doesn’t love.
Hundred years later, they were both reborned as a normal human being. Onami was a petty thief in her village together with her sister, Naomi.
But unfortunately, they mother was executed for an offence she never committed. She was executed because of her daughters criminal behaviors.
After many tortured, their mother confessed she was the one stealing all those missing items and not her daughters and because people also noticed the sudden wealth in the family, she was given a death penalty.
She was burnt with fire. Before Onami and Naomi could come to the scene, their mother was already half burnt. Onami wanted to rescue her by revealing herself, but Naomi pulled her back knowing fully well it would put them into danger.
After watching their mother burnt, they left the scene when they couldn’t control their emotions.
They later got a know that their mother wasn’t killed by the king, but by someone in the palace.
So they diverted much attention to the palace. And there, many hidden secrets was revealed to them; the secrets behind their parents death.
It was quite unfortunate and at the same time fortunately for the two sisters fallen in love with two workers in the palace; Arthur for Onami while Castiel; Arthur’s second in command and best friend for Naomi.
Onami later discovered that Arthur was the one that killed their mother, but she couldn’t divulge it to her sister. Instead she realized there’s more to Arthur killing their mother.
The king’s daughter, Titania happens to be in love with Arthur and he only being a servant of the king, doesn’t have any other choice but to marry Titania because Onami’s life was at stake.
What happened when Titania discovered that Arthur’s in love with Onami over her?
Would Onami and Arthur discovered that they were still immortals? We they be able to handle the situation they found themselves?

“Mother…!! Oh Mother….!! What’s it again this time around?” Onami and her sister, Naomi yelled at their mother.
“Where did you both went to last night?” Their mother asked, furiously with an eyeroll.
“We were in the house last night,we went no where. Did we?” Onami defended and Naomi nodded affirmatively.
“Exactly mother,we went no where! Let’s us go and prepare breakfast.” Naomi said, changing the topic while Onami quickly stood to distract their mother attention on the issue.
“But we have no food available for breakfast. So, how’re we…”
“We already sort it out, mother.” Onami said, cutting her off and they left a suite to prepare the meals outside.
★Outside★
Onami lightened up the fire by adding more stick to the burning fire.
“Mother’s really something.” Onami said as she sit on the small stool behind her.
“Yes, she’s.”
“She kept telling us to stop stealing. But what else’re we gonna do to fetch us much money and valuable things than that? Even her,she isn’t making much profits from the goods she sold.” Onami added.
“I know mother would be blaming herself for teaching us martial arts.” Naomi concluded with a frown on her face.

★★Palace study suite★★
“My Lord, the princess’s here to see you!” A guard declared.
“Let her in.” He Arthur ordered and she immediately allowed in.
“What brings you here? Your Highness.” Arthur asked, bowing his head a little as a sign of respect.
“I want you to accompany me to the lattern festival.” Titania said, revealing her upper white teeth.
“That’ll be quite difficult as I have been occupied lately. So, I would suggest Castiel should accompany you instead of m..”
“I want you instead that’s why I chose you..”
“But they’re others…”
“I already informed the queen and she gave you a go ahead.”
“If that’s the case, then I’ll accompany y….” Titania runs to him and give him a loving hug.
“Thank you, Arthur…” She said in the embrace, but he slowly pulled her away from the hug; feeling uncomfortable with the hug.
“I think I should get going. I’ll come and pick you very soon as night. Before then, goodbye…” Arthur said and left the princess to bear her problem.
“Castiel go home very early. I have some important things to deal with.” Arthur said and Castiel couldn’t stop grinning.
“So, the princess as now becomes an important thingy you wanna deal with?” Castiel asked, looking straight into his eyes. But Arthur quickly looked away to avoid having an eye contact with him.
“Says who? Just get going and don’t forget to give your sister this little gift.” Arthur said, handling over a book to him; still avoiding eye contact with him.
“What’s this? A novel?” Castiel asked, gazing at the book with keen interest.
“None of your concern, just make sure you deliver the message to her and don’t check it because it isn’t for you, but hers. Understood?”
“Okay! Yes, Sir. Very clear!” Castiel said, while walking away.

★★Castiel’s Home★★
Castiel entered and his little sister ran to him to give him a warm welcome hug.
“Big brother, is that book mine?” The little girl asked, trying to snatched the book from him but he was also keeping the book away from her.
“Before I can give it to you, you have to tell me why you opted for the book from Arthur.” Castiel said, smiling but the game still continues.
“That isn’t none of your concern. He told me he’s gonna give it to you,so give me what belongs to me!” The little girl cried out further.
“Can’t you give her what she has been pleading for?” Their mother asked, walking towards them.
“You’d like to make her cry her eyes out. Give it to her!” Their mother said, strernly.
“Big brother Give…. it.. to me!” The little girl said in a serious tone this time around, while stretching her hand forward to receive the book.
Castiel hand over the book to her, she was overjoyed as she runs to her usual reading spot.
“Mother, you shouldn’t have interfere. My little sister’s just too stubborn at her age.
“Silly boy! Move closer! Closer..!” His mother said as she grasp him by his left ear while squeezing it.
“Ouch! That hurts; you should at least be gentle…!” Castiel cried out and her sister burst out laughing.

★★Queen Amyra’s suite★★
Queen Amyra’s the king’s first consort and mother to Titania.
Queen Paisley who had just come visit her was heavily pregnant with her first child. The king prayed it was a male child because he needed an heir.
“What brings you here? My love.” Queen Amyra asked, moving towards her to offer her a seat. After they were both sited, Queen Amyra’s maids emerges with a tray containing two cups of tea.
She placed them onto the table; to the respective person and left with the empty tray.
“I came here because I was bored and I need to company.” Queen Paisley said.
“But you should have sent some maids instead of you coming here yourself.” Queen Amyra said, caringly.
“I thought I should come and see you myself. Carrying a child isn’t easy..” Queen Paisley lamented.

In the afternoon,Onami and Naomi were seen in their usual gabbling place. After their mother as went to work, they would sneaked out of the house to the place to either add to their money or lose.
At the same place,a place was left out for the martial arts game, but Naomi and Onami doesn’t like engaging themselves and such games because it might get them into trouble.
That day, Onami won all her opponents, buy Naomi lost a game to one of her opponents.

(Night)★★At the lattern festival★★
The night finally approaches. Onami and Naomi sneaked out of the office after their was already deep in sleep.
They wore one of the expensive clothes they stole. People watched them with keen interest not because of their dressing, but because they knew they weren’t capable of buying those clothes.
The people make their wishes and placed their latrerns onto the sky afterwards. The latrerns danced in the sky happy.
Naomi who has never attended the festival before doesn’t know how to placed her lattern on the sky after making her wishes.
“Do you need help? Though I wasn’t supposed to.” A guy said from afar.
“Never mind, I can sort it out.” Naomi said, jumping harder.
“It isn’t that difficult as that.” Castiel said and stayed behind her.
“Just placed it on the air and allow the breeze to take it to the sky.” Castiel explained and she did so.
“Whoa…!! Wonderful…!” Naomi said, happily jumping asked me it was more than that.
“Thanks. I have always wished to attend the lattern festival and I managed to today.” Naomi said, excitedly.
“This must be your first time, right?” He asked.
“Yes, and I love it.”
“Actually today isn’t my first time. I just don’t like attending the festival more often. I came here for an important wishes.” Castiel said.
“Oh! It seems we’re on the same page.” Naomi said, smiling.
“Really!”
“Absolutely!”

Titania and Arthur were seen walking down the area when Titania suddenly asked him a question that shocked him.
“Why didn’t you make a wish?” She asked, facing him.
“Because I don’t have anything to wish for.” Arthur replied.
“Really?! Why?!”
“Nothing. I just don’t have any.”
“Then you should wished for us to be together till death do us part.” Titania suggested and he frowned.
“Why’m I going to wish for such thing when we aren’t lovers?” Arthur asked, frowning.
“So, you don’t see me as your lover? What did you see as? Then.” Titania asked, sounding very angry.
“You’re just what others sees you as to me; a princess nothing more.” He replied.
“Really?! I meant nothing to you? You didn’t feel anything for me after all these years?” She asked, angrily.
“Why should this cause a quarrel? I only accompained you here because of the queen. So if you really valued my presence, make good use of it, Your Highness…” Arthur said and she burst into tears.
“You’re no human at all! You have no human feelings in you! How could you say this to me! Why can’t you use the words that’ll favor my emotions?!” Titania said in tears and ran out of sight.
“Your Highness…. Your Highness.. Titania…!! Where’re you going?” Arthur hollered from behind.
“None of your concern!” Titania said and prance further.
Minutes later,a guard came to inform him that the princess has become drunk and she was behaving like a mad woman; saying gliberish.
Arthur quickly runs to the guest suite and saw Titania crying.
“Why’re you crying? Please tell me who made you cry and I’ll go and kill the person right away.” Arthur said as if he doesn’t know the reasons behind her crying.
“It’s you! Arthur I want to to tell me if you truly love me or not. If you don’t say anything, I’ll committed suicide.” Titania said, threatenedly holding a knife causing a great fear for him..
