“Is she a girl or a boy, such boldness.”
“You all don’t know who are messing with, let’s
me go now or y’all will regret.” Matilda said with
sign of seriousness on her face.
The LEOS stared at each other not knowing
what to do. Liam didn’t want to lose to a mare
girl like her.
“Do you think you can threaten us huh, do you
have any idea who we are.” Liam said moving
towards her.
” Don’t move closer am warning you.” Matilda
said but since Liam proved stubborn.
She held his hand and twist it backwards, Liam
Yelp out in pain while she twist it more.
“What are you all looking at huh, come help me.”
Liam said.
They moved towards Matilda and got hold of
her arms making to kneel down on the floor.
But unfortunately for them, Matilda used all her
strength to release herself giving each of them a
kick in the stomach.
“Next time, y’all should not cross my path.”
Matilda said before leaving the room, leaving
them whom were in pain.
“Füçk, that girl really got us down.” Elliot said.
“She will pay for this, I will make sure of that.”
Liam said angrily.

Matilda walked in to the class and saw Emma
sitting down on her chair, she looked worried.
“” Hey.” Matilda said tapping her.
“Gosh, where were you, you got me worried
yunno.” Emma said.
” I just needed to teach some people a lesson.”
Matilda said remembering the scene.
” Don’t tell it’s the LEOS.” Emma said gazing at
her.
” Well, they are.” Matilda said shrugging off her
shoulders before explaining what’s has
happened.
“What! They.. you did that?” Emma said.
“Yeah, they crossed their limits.” Matilda said.
“Trust me, you aren’t getting away with this.”
Emma said shaking her head.
“Well let’s see.” Matilda said and Emma nodded.
The teacher chose that moment to walk in.

“That girl really disgrace us seriously, like how
dare she.” Oliver said angrily.
“Who’s she, she is just a newbie. She doesn’t
know us yet, we will have to show her what kind
of a person we are.” Elliot said.
“Liam, what do we do.” Steve said.
Liam just kept looking at nothing, he was
completely angry. His fist was tighten very hard.
” I will show you who I am newbie.” Liam said
before he smirked.
<< Closing hours>>
Matilda was on her way home when she saw
some group of boys harassing a girl of her age.
Let’s say she is a year older.
“Leave me, let’s me go.” The girl yelled out to the
boys.
“Let’s her go.” Matilda said after she walked
towards them.
The boys looked at her from toe to head and
they started laughing.
“Hey girl or boy, it’s better you run off now or
you will regret.” One of them said.
” We will see who will regret now.” Matilda said.
She grabbed her backpack and used to hit one
of the men’s face, using that as a opportunity
for the girl to go hide.
Matilda grabbed one of the men’s hand and
twist it making him fall on his back. The second
one punched Matilda’s face but she was quick
to dodge it.
She immediately kicked him from the back
making him to fall. The third one saw this and
quickly grabbed a stick, wanting to hit on
Matilda who was facing the front.
” Watch out.” The girl scream from where she’s
hiding but it’s was too late cause as Matilda
faced the front, the stick hit her on her cheek
causing her lips to bleed.
“You fool, you have just crossed all the limits.”
Matilda said before grabbing the stick from his
hand swiftly and hit on his arm.
Matilda continued hitting all of them till she ran
out of energy, she dropped the stick and signal
to the girl to come out of her hide place.
“What’s your name?” Matilda asked.
“Am Lily.” Lily ( the girl) said.
“What are you doing here, and where are your
parents.” Matilda asked.
“I.. I am orphan.” Lily said crying.
“Am.. am sorry, common let’s me take you to my
home.” Matilda said.
“Really, thanks.” Lily said smiling.
“Common.” Matilda said before she picked up
her backpack and went home.
<< Miller’s residence>>
Matilda got home with Lily, she opened the door
and found her mom and Lucas sitted on couch
while watching TV.
“Matilda dear, how….”
Mrs Miller kept quiet upon seeing the injury on
her daughter’s face, she quickly rushed to her.
“Matilda, what.. what happened to you. Why is
your lip wounded. Don’t tell me you got into a
fight.” Mrs Miller said worriedly.
“Is it obvious mom, that is it. I was just saving
this poor girl from them.” Matilda said pointing
to Lily.
“Who is she?” Mrs Miller asked.
“Those three men were harassing her, I couldn’t
just pass by the scene and let it go. So I decided
to help.” Matilda said.
“Really?” Mrs Miller said still looking at Lily.
“Mom, she will be staying with me, in this
house. She is an orphan mom. We can’t let her
continue roaming about the streets and besides
she is not a child.” Matilda said.
“I don’t have a problem, but your father…” Mrs
Miller said.
“Remember mom, he doesn’t have any right to
us neither to what we do nor who we bring
home. And if he is oppose this, kindly tell him to
shift out of the house. Let’s go Lily.” Matilda
said before going to her room with Lily.

Lily and Matilda entered the room and Lily just
continue staring around the room.
“It’s.. it’s not bad.” Lily said.
“Have a seat, kindly manage with me in this
house okay?” Matilda said.
“No problem.. Thank you.” Lily said.
“It’s okay, wait here for me while I go freshen up.
” Matilda said.
She was about to go in after picking her cloth
before she turned back to Lily.
“You would also like to freshen up too but you
don’t have any cloth right?” Matilda said and
Lily nodded sadly.
“It’s not a problem, you can share my clothes.
But the problem is that I don’t have a female
cloth here.” Matilda said.
“I will wear wh@tëver you give me.” Lily said.
“Okay, take this.” Matilda said giving her the
cloth she wanted to wear.
She went back to her closet and picked her
second nightie.
“You will go after me okay?” Matilda said and
Lily nodded.
<< Davies Mansion>>
Liam got out of his bathroom and he was
settled to go to bed. His mind suddenly travelled
to the incident which took place at school.
“Ah Sh|t, why can’t I get this off my mind.” Liam
said angrily, he was interrupted by his elder
brother Henry.
“Liam, what’s up.” Henry said hitting his arm.
“Nothing bro, just angry.” Liam said.
“What’s wrong?” Henry said.
“It’s just about this new student in school, that
girl is crazy. She is a tomboy, she ought to be
one.” Liam said.
” Well all tomboy are crazy. Don’t cross their
path.” Henry said.
” But this one is going to pay for her rudeness.”
Liam said.
” Well I have said my own, good night.” Henry
said before going out of the room.
Liam was about to go to sleep when he saw
Amelia’s phone call, he just ignored it and went
to bed.

Matilda woke up before going to take her bath,
after she finished dressing. She woke Lily up.
” Morning Lily.” Matilda said.
” Morning.” Lily said rubbing her eyes.
” Common, go take your bath.” Matilda said and
Lily squinched her brows.
” Where are we going?” Lily asked.
” School, you will going to school with me so get
up.” Matilda said and Lily hugged her.
” Thank you thank you.” Lily said happily.
” It’s okay, now go.” Matilda said and she
nodded before going to the bathroom.

Matilda walked in with Lily besides her, Lily
seems to be shy of the people who were just
gazing at them.
“Ignore them.” Matilda said and she nodded.
They walked to the Head’s office for
registration.
The LEOS saw this and they looked at each
other.
“Is that her sister?” Steve said.
“If she is, then I will use her as a bait to teach
her a lesson.” Liam said and he smirked.
