She h@tëd that she never gets anything good enough while Rose does get good things. She took Rose pictures from where it was hanging, she wanted to smash it and get rid of her for good but she can’t do that because it might bring suspicions.
She kept thinking of what to do when an idea dropped to her mind. Mmm! she smiled and shouted bingo!
Rose came back that day very happy while Gift also pretends to be happy for her too. She now learnt that Francis phone has spoilt and that was how she restrategies her plans very well and promised to carry it out the next day or next two days. She smiled cunningly while eyeing her over excited girl friend.
Gift began monitoring Rose’s calls and discussion with Francis and she discovered that Richard will be coming to the school in the next two days to pick her up for shopping. She smiled and said is a perfect timing for her plans to get to work
Two days later, Richard came as promised and through out the day she was alert monitoring Richard.
Then when Rose’s lectures was over, students were trooping out from the class room, Richard sighted Rose and smiled happily heading towards her direction, a lady from no where who pretends to be on a call
She was screaming on the phone and purposely pumped into Richard leaving the books she was holding to fall down and scattered, then she hang the call looking at Richard angrily.
Richard apologized and bent down to pick up her books for her…. Lo and behold what befalls his eyes was beyond his comprehension, he cleared his eyes often and often to know If he was seeing clearly but the pictures still remains the same.
He was mad seeing the pictures of his jewel, his wife to be, whom he has introduced to his parents with another guy almost nãked on the same bed and in different positions, he was shocked beyond repair.
He raised his head up to ask the girl how she got the pics but she has left with her books leaving him with only the pictures. He gathered them and in tears entered his car and drove off so sad, weak and angrily
Rose saw his back as he was leaving and called him countless times but he refused to answer her and that got her so worried through out the day because Richard has ignored her calls all through
Mission accomplished and Gift was extremely happy that she has finally succeeded….. She consoled Rose with crocodile consolation and try to cheer her up…. but all is camouflage
Richard was so bittered and shattered at what he saw that day, he just drank and cried till he slept off.
Rose continued to cry that night, she could not sleep because of how Richard snubbed her and even switched off his phone on her this has not happened before, she cried and continues to lament to her friend.
Gift just consoling her and at the same time mocking her too as she rejoiced in her heart
Rose cried till she finally slept off.
That night, Gift was very happy that her first plan has succeeded, she tactfully calculates her next movie with so much gladness in her heart, when she finally slept off, she slept like a new born baby.
The next morning Rose woke up and checked her phone none of her messages to Richard has been replied, she called his lines but still switched off, she quickly took her bath and dressed to go to to Richards house
Gift who has been smiling secretly then stood up from the bed and went to Rose, she placed her hand on her shoulder, smiles as if she cares and then said.
Rosy dear, please don’t kill yourself over this issues of Richard, just give him some space and with time he will come around. I think going to his house early this morning is not advisable because it will look as if you are too desperate to be with him.
Just relax and chill for now believe me he will come around.
Rose who is almost in tears wiped it with a hanky. No Gift, I think I should get to his house and know the root of the problems and then I have to find a solution to it cux I don’t want us to quarrel unreasonable just like that…. She took her hand bag and left.
Immediately she left Gift burst out into laughter and jumped up in high exclamation of yes! yes! I did it, Richard is mine for good!
Rose go first and face the real fact and I Gift will come next to bring solution to his life, she laughed again, fell down on the bed with her both legs raised up and couldn’t stop enjoying the moment of her victory
Rose got to Richards house and knocked for almost 10minutes before Richard sluggishly came out from his room carrying a bottle of liquor in his hands and opened the door hissing at whom he saw
Rose badge in and wanted to question Richard about his attitude but when she saw his state, she swallowed what she intends to say earlier and her worries increased
