😴I was sleeping when my mum woke me up and broke a secret to me that the man who I thought was my father wasn’t my father
“What do you mean?” I asked her, she said my real father is a rich man who resides in the city 🏢
“What?!!!”
My mother left my real father because he was a very poor man who could barely provide for her and her daughter (Me)
So one morning she stole me away from the house to go and cleave with the man I thought was my father, because that one work overseas and see money everyday
she told me that it was God who punished her that’s why she couldn’t bore a child for him before he died.
I was bitterly angry with my mom and almost h@tëd her for hiding this truth away from me for almost 20years
I asked why she choose to tell me the truth now, she said she wants me to live well like a rich man’s child

I told her to forget that I’m not going, because my real dad must have forgotten about me
But she said my Dad have been looking for a way to get across to us but she’s scared of what might happen next that’s why she never responded to any of his mail.
I was angry, assuming my mother was a little girl I would have gaving her a dirty slap

Anyways I still told her “I’m not going” because I can’t just match into another man’s house and tell the man “sir I’m your child from 25years ago. my mother your first wife stole my away from you”
it makes total no-sense. But my mom insisted I’m not going there to stay but just to know him and maybe he would assist me to get a shop or buy my machines, after all I still have little savings

🌱 CHAPTER. 6
So my father was this rich and I’ve been in one corner living like tout, shai Danielle’
👨🏻✈️security asked us to wait while they verified our Personality from my dad, Unknowingly to us our personality was verified from a total stranger.
While we were waiting. The strange looking guy came and started interrogating us like we broke into the compound or something.
I told the guy that this place is my father’s house. That pissed him off😠 so he ordered the rest security men to threw I and my mother outside.
“This is my father’s house, this is my father’s house” I began to scream like a mad person!
yet the security men nor the guy didn’t send us. We were thrown out like lizards.
with the little money we carried with us. we had to look for a cheap hotel were we can just pass the night.

The next day we went again, it was the same scenario.
my mother got discouraged and said we should go back home, I told her “I’m not going anywhere” she should leave me behind and go herself.
Perhaps the money left in our hands cannot carry the both of us back home, it can only carry one of us, I had to find a way to persuade my mother to leave me behind that I’ll be fine, which she later did after much Persuading.

I went over to my dad’s house again, and also saw the same guy who keeps throwing me and my mom’s out.
this time I crossed my mind ‘Infact, All Die Na Die’
“You again?! what are you doing here? haven’t I told you that I don’t want to see you or that miserable woman here again, seems like you’re looking for strong thing, Boys! teach her a lesson this time” he said angrily!
🤔’I began to wonder if I’ve offended this guy in anyway or if I’ve ever crossed path with him in life’
immediately I saw the security men bouncing with their big chest towards me I started shouting very loud.
Thank God my shout got to my father at were he was seated inside, so he came out.
Before the boys could lay their filthy hands on me he shouted.
“Stop that nonsense, don’t you dare lay a finger on her”
They left me alone immediately.
“Who are you young lady? and what have you done to my boys that brought you such Embarrassment?” My dad asked!
“I did nothing wrong sir, I came to look for you, immediately I introduced myself. One Strange looking guy ordered them to beat me up”
“Strange looking guy? you…who ordered you people to beat this lady up?” he violently asked one of the security men!
“Your Son Sir” the security guy frighteningly replied!
😯I was wow because the idiot who told the security men to beat me up happens to be my own brother.
🧬but wait first oh🤔 what did I even did to him that made him to prove to me that he h@tës me already🧬.
“What is even wrong with Kelly?” my dad said!
🧬Oh so the idiot’s name is even Kelly 🧬 I said in my mind.
“Young lady what’s your name and what are you doing here?” he asked me!
“my name is Danielle, the Daughter Of Eve” I replied!
After telling him who I was, he was short of words.
He quickly embraced me with tears stock on his eyes. Then suddenly raised me up from the ground, what he did next shook me
“Which one of you throw her out the first day she came here? identify yourself now” He asked angrily.
about five of them raised their hands up including the ones who was coming to beat me
“You’re all Fired” he said to them🙆♀️

So he took me inside so I could take my bath, when I finished I overheard him quarrelling with Kelly on the phone, after Dropping the calls we talked for hours.
gosh* I felt a strong connections between the both of us, I knew this was my father for sure.
while we were busy talking, my idiot brother walked in and saluted my dad
“Kelly, this is Danielle, your elder sister I’ve been telling you about” my father said!
‘I was shocked to hear that the idiot was my younger brother, and have even heard about me’ 🧬I even first am come life sef🧬

we formally reintroduced ourselves to each other in the presence of my Dad, then he apologize to me for everything.
The Apology wasn’t from his heart, he only Apologized because my dad conditioned him to do it.
After he apologized my dad gave us privacy so we could talk like siblings and get to know each other.
After my dad left. none of us was talking to each other. Instead Kelly was looking at me like I was a disgusting garbage.
I Started feeling inferior.

I started having tough time living with my dad because of how Kelly was treating me.

One day I was watching a movie in the living room in the afternoon when Kelly came and change the channel.
I became angry and took the remote control from him forcefully.
He said since he can’t watch what he wants to watch I too will not, so he unplugged the TV and switched off the entire house light from the fuse.
“Kelly but you have a TV in your room” I said to him calmly.
“Don’t you have a TV in your room also, instead you’re here dragging my dad’s remote with me, isn’t it enough you’re sharing his house with me already?” he responded.
I’ve had enough of his unpleasant and annoying behavior so I slapped him
“May God punish you. Are we mate, because I’m quiet all this while you think I’m a fool” I reacted angrily by slapping him again.
“you slapped me” he replied and attack me with a fist!

my dad’s cook ran out from the kitchen to intervene but couldn’t stop us. So she ran outside to call my dad’s security men.
Before she got back it was only Kelly that was inside the living room, sweating and panicking.
“Sir where’s Danielle” The cook and the security guards asked!
“What have I done, It was a mistake I swear,I didn’t mean to do it, I don’t know what came over me, I swear it was a mistake” Kelly was panting and behaving naive!
“Okay sir I’ll need you to calm down and tell us exactly what happened” the security man replied!
“I’ve killed her, I dragged her outside and pushed her down from the stairs”
the security men and the cook wanted to go and carry my corpse downstairs, but he told them to wait
“Please wait, if my Dad finds out what I’ve done he’s going to kill me I swear, and his BP will definitely get high, so here’s what we are going to do, I want the both of you to cooperate with me, I promise I will give you both one million naira each.
We are going to carry the corpse outside and put it in my Jeep. then we will go and bury her, when my dad return home, we will convince him that Danielle has ran off from the house to go and be with her mother” Kelly Suggested!
“Okay Boss” the security guards agreed!
“Ah, no oh, I can’t do that oh, I don’t want Someone’s blood to be on my head oh” the cook replied!
“are you crazy? do you want to loose your job here?
Okay! see I’m going to increase your cash to One point two million, please help me” with a panicked voice he told the cook!
in the middle of their conversation my dad walked in
“What’s going on here and why are you three sweating like this?” my dad asked!
Kelly wink at the security guard and gave the cook a sign not to say anything, after winking at the security guy, he threw his car key to him, then the guy left immediately
“what happened to the lights in the compound? and where’s Danielle?” my dad asked!
“Dad we’ve been looking for Danielle ever since you left, I’ve been trying her number but she’s not answering, she have been telling me ever since that she misses her mom and she wants to go back, I believe she must have gone” Kelly lied!
“gone? wonderful, Danielle would have told me, and as for you, she even told you stuff like this and you couldn’t tell me” my dad replied him with a disappointing tone!
thank God for our cook, infact I owe that lady my life
“Sir it’s a lie oh, he killed Danielle by pushing her down from the stairs and ordered the guards to bury her”
