( Family Time…)
*Vivian’s POV*
“The last time we were here, it ended up with me half naked while explaining myself to my mate’s father”. Alejandro whisper with a snort as I laughed at his awkwardness.
We walked into the backyard of the Alpha King castle seeing both John’s and Phoebe’s families sitting together at a long table seated in the middle of the large garden. Alejandro’s hand tightens around mine as I just realized he was holding my hand the whole time we were walking in front of both my family behind me and both our mate’s family in front of us.
“You can let go of my mate now”. John says quickly grabbing my hand with a forced smile as Alejandro rolls his eyes before pulling Phoebe into his arms.
“Family, you know my mate and her family from the other night”. John announces at the table his family was sitting on as I smile nervously.
“Of course! Vivian sweetie, come sit. Mama Tran and your handsome baby boy come enjoy the wonderful food our chef has cooked for us this fine evening “. John’s mother says quickly standing up from her seat at the head of the long table gesturing us to sit down next to her family already seated.
“Hi! It’s nice to see you again “. John sister says turning happily towards me as she sat next to her husband, Kaden.
“Hello”. Pamela who is next to John’s sister says putting her hand out as I shook her’s.
“In case you forget, I am Jason mate. The one known as the over protective brother “. She adds on while pulling her mate’s arm as he rolls his eyes before smiling back at me with a nod.
“In my opinion, your lucky you didn’t get the over protective brother”. A voice grumbles to me as I turned to the Alpha King making a sour expression before a hand slammed hard on the table making us all turn to John’s older brother, now glaring at the Alpha King.
“You always got something smart to say, don’t you, @$$hOle?”. Jason ask trying to get up only to have his mate and Sam to pull him back into his chair.
“Enough with the fighting. It’s literally been 8 years since you two started this and it’s gotten old at this point”. Sam who was Kaden’s cousin says while rolling his eyes before turning to me with a smile.
“Don’t mind my older brother and brother in law. They fight like there’s no tomorrow “. John whisper into my ear before linking our hands together under the table making my face heat up like a tomato.
Although we’ve been together for almost a year now, I still manage to blush at every little cute gesture he does.
“Besides our family getting to know each other today, I will also like to appreciate the fact that, now all 3 of my babies have found not only their mates but also the love of their lives. Nothing makes me more happier than to see all of my children happily in love with their true soul mates at last “. John’s mother announces while standing from her chair with a genuine look of awe on her face.
“Vivian and the Tran family, The royal family will love nothing more than to welcome you to our family with open arms. You are all welcome to stay here or the castle for however long you want. We have a bajillion empty rooms anyways. You two may not be anywhere close to thinking of marriage yet, but Vivian, you already are like a daughter to me “. She continues while blowing a kiss as I smiled shyly seeing the rest of John’s family smiling at me.
“I’ve always wanted a sister, And now I have two”. John’s older sister Jezzabelle says gesturing to me and Pamela besides her.
“To the Tran and Johnson family!”. Sam shouts now standing up with a glass of champagne in his hand as everyone puts their glasses up to cheer along with him.
“I think my family might love you more than me now”. John whispers into my ear as everyone fell into their own little conversations with each other on the table.
“I’m sorry, it was bound to happen”. I reply with a teasing smirk as he laughs while leaning towards me to pull a strand of my hair behind my ear.
“It’s okay, just as long as they will never love you more than me “. He whispers into my ear before kissing my cheek as my face turned redder than before.
“John stop hugging the young lady and feed her!”. A voice shouts at the other side of the table as I realized John’s dad was gesturing him to scoop me some food from the large bowls and trays in front of us.
“What will my lovely bunny like to eat?”. John asks pulling away while rolling his eyes before smiling down at me.
“The turkey looks delicious, and some of the ham and pasta over there “. I say excitedly staring at all the delicious food in front of us.

*John’s POV*
“Boy stop moving!”. My mother snaps while fixing my hair as I roll my eyes.
“It’s just a graduation, I’m not winning an Oscar or something”. I reply while drinking my coffee as she quickly backhands me before going back to fixing my hair.
“Okay mom! It doesn’t take that long to gel down his hair”. My sister says coming to my rescue as I thank her with my eyes seeing her laugh at my expression.
“Well! maybe if your dumb older brother would stop bickering with your mate downstairs, he’s hair would have been done faster by him”. My mother retorts before walking out of the room after my sister took the comb out of her hand.
“Your hair is fine, I’m pretty sure she was just taking her frustration from Jason and Kaden out on your poor hair”. Jezzabelle says while smoothing my hair out before kissing the top of my forehead.
“Now come on little stud, time for you to cross that stage with your adorable cute mate”. She adds on while handing me my graduation cap.
“Kaden you better have the kids in the car seats and already have your @$$ in the car by the time I get down there!”. She shouts while walking out of my room now as I grab my phone to check on my girl.

😻 – ‘You guys are still going there together huh?’
🐰 – ‘His house is closer to mine and plus your family is giving you a special entrance in that big limo they own remember?’

Smiling down at the heart emoji she sent, It took me a while to figure out my whole family was calling my name from downstairs of the castle.
“Thought I was gonna have to go up there and drag you by your ear again”. Jezzabelle says rolling her eyes before quickly snapping a picture of me walking down the stairs.
“It’s not even the graduation ceremony yet, can you at least save some space for that”. I reply while moving her camera down as our family laughs at the memory of her taking all the memory space on her camera on the night I got ready for prom.
“You weren’t even finished getting into the suit and have of the memory card was already filled”. Jason says while wrapping his arm around her shoulder as she shoves him off with a grunt.
“Okay! Let’s go! If we don’t hurry, we’re not gonna have any graduation pictures to take “. My dad says gesturing us all to get out of the castle.
