Everyone has already gone to bed .. everywhere was now very quiet..
“ Michael regained consciousness few hours ago,,the maid took him to his room .thou he kept threatening he’s gonna deal with Sean for treating him in such manner..
Craig tip toed on the lonely corridor heading to God knows where..
He got to Melody’s room and knocked slowly on the door ..and luckily Melody wasn’t asleep,,she just woke up minutes ago and couldn’t fall asleep again cos she was busy thinking of the earlier incident..
“ who could be knocking by this time of the night? It already late ,,I won’t open the door ” she thought adjusting comfortably on the bed hoping the person will just go away ..
But craig Continued knocking not ready to give up anytime soon,,
“ gosh ,, you are so annoying,, Melody muttered moving out of the bed to go open the door..
She walked towards the door and slowly opened it,, making sure it won’t make any noise..
“ hey Craig jibbed stepping in quickly before she could close the door ..
“ why are you here ? Melody asked coldly not spearing him a glare ..
“ am here to see you ? Any problem with that ? He jibbed seating on her bed .
“ I never asked you to seat ” Melody chipped rolling her eyes..
“ actually that’s not why I came !he said clearing his throat nosily..
“ are you here to rub my misfutune on my face ? Or you are here to tell me you now h@të me ? Melody questioned angrily blinking her brows a thousand times to prevent her tears from falling
“ no ,,why would I want to do that ? Am just worried ..
‘‘ you don’t have to worry about me ,, cos am sure you’re gonna leave like every other person once I tell you about myself! Melody jibbed wiping her eyes with the back of her thumb..
“ mind telling me about it? Craig asked gently dragging her to seat ..
“ promise me you ain’t gonna leave after I tell you! She pleaded playing with her fingers..

“ actually I wasn’t born like this ..
“I was once a happy girl who lived with her dad ,,since my mom abandoned us when I was just a year old ..
Dad used to love me ,,he did everything I wanted and exactly how I wants them ,,then I felt ontop of the world..
“I was like a princess to dad ,but my happiness never lasted..
“Everything changed when I turned fifteen..
On my fifteenth birthday I woke up and found my self looking totally different..
“When dad saw me in that condition,,at first he tolorated me ,,but still I began to notice that he is slowly changing his behaviors towards me ..
Slowly he began to h@të me ,,calling me all sorts of name
“Then one day, he told me he was already tired of me ,,he told me seeing my mom’s face on me ,, is making him h@të me the more ,he told me there was no difference between my mom and I..after which he left leaving me shattered..

When I turned twenty one ,,he came back claiming he was sorry cos I got my real form ,, all thanks to the my guardian angel..
“guardain angel ?? Craig asked raising his brow in Confusion..

“ then be ready to spend the night here.. Melody chipped in laying down before covering her self with the durvet …
