Evelyn woke up next morning feeling pain all over her body.She tried to stand up but couldn’t due to Charles’s arm wrapped possessively around her.
She turned and faced him smiling as she recalled the last night’s event.Charles wasn’t even a bit gentle on her despite the fact that it was her first time but it was fun anyways.
She traced his hair down to her nose bone with her hands as she felt the smoothness of his skin.Her hands got to his lips and she was about to touch them when his eyes flung open and her fingers hung mid air.
“I love the way you wake me up”Charles said jokingly as he placed her hand on his face rubbing them gently.
“Good morning”Evelyn said shyly as she stood up yanking her hand away from him.
“Morning.Are you angry that I disturbed you when you were admiring my skin?”Charles asked teasingly and Evelyn huffed.
“I will go and take my bath”said Evelyn as she tried to get off the bed.She swung her legs down and screamed in pain.The pain in-between her laps was intense and her legs felt sore.
“Am sorry.I must have too hard last night”said Charles and Evelyn sent a hard glare his way while he chuckled.
“Let me help you to the bathroom so we can just have our bath together”Charles said and Evelyn gasped.
“Why do I feel like there is something more to the bath?”asked Evelyn with furrowed eyebrows and Charles chuckled.
“I promise I wouldn’t do anything”said Charles as he raised both hands up signifying his honesty but Evelyn wasn’t buying it.
“Don’t you dare come near me”warned Evelyn as she limped towards the bathroom.She was almost at the bathroom when she felt herself floating.She turned and met herself in Charles’s arms.
“Put me down,Charlie”Evelyn warned sternly and Charles laughed.
“Am sorry,my little killing angel but things aren’t going to go your way today.”said Charles as he took her into the bathroom.

Evelyn was seated in the sitting room with her head on Charles’s laps as they watched a movie.
Yes,Charles later had a bath with her and they had sëx in the bathroom.She couldn’t fight against it when he touched her laps.
He was the only one who renders her powerless and helpless.She had no defense walls against any of his advances.
“What plans do you have for tomorrow?”asked Charles and Evelyn thought for a while.Ever since she started staying with Charles,she had no plan of her own.All her schedules and movements were always according to Charles’s own.
“I have no plans but I think we should make one.”said Evelyn as she raised her head up looking Charles in the eye.
“I have a party to attend tomorrow”said Charles and Evelyn sighed sadly.
“Whose party?I was hoping we can make up for the date that got ruined the last time.”said Evelyn.
“We can go on a date another time but this party is very important. It’s my ex’s wedding”Charles said and Evelyn stared at him in surprise.
“So?What do you want to go and do there?”asked Evelyn and Charles sighed.
“I want to see how she is now.Sje was always nagging and unsatisfied when she was with me so I want to know how she is now that she is with another man”said Charles and Evelyn chuckled.
“Really?I am going with you”said Evelyn and Charles nodded negatively while Evelyn glared at him.
“I am not against you going but I have a feeling that you might have issues with her when you meet her.”said Charles.
“No I can’t.I am going to say just a few words to her”said Evelyn.
“What words?”asked Charles.
“Thank you very much for letting him go because if you hadn’t then I wouldn’t have a chance with him.I want you to know that you let go of a priceless gem but unfortunately you can’t get it back because he is mine now and forever.That’s all”said Evelyn as she shrugged.
Charles beamed happily as he imagined the look on his ex’s face when Evelyn will say all of that.
“Fine,you can come along but no fights or arguments.”warned Charles and Evelyn smiled.
“Why will I need to fight or argue with her?I could just kill her if she gets on my nerves”Evelyn replied simply and Charles’s eyes widened.
He couldn’t help but still be surprise whenever she mentioned killing someone though he was well aware that she was an assassin.She was referring to death like a usual event.
“I agreed to let you come along because of the words you intend to say to her.Asides that you aren’t allowed to do anything especially killing people”Charles warned her sternly and she nodded affirmatively like a student receiving instructions from her teacher.
“The party is by 4:00pm tomorrow.I will send the clothes and jewelries to your room tomorrow morning so don’t be late.”said Charles as he stopped his drink and Evelyn nodded taking a sip of her drink also.
