ARTURO’S HIDEOUT***
“Where’s that motherFuçker Arturo, bloody come out now!” Fernando growled as he continue shooting skillfully, dodging as many bullets as he can.
Almost Arturo’s men were down already. Blood was flowing like water everywhere.
“Don’t act Rashly” Don’s words rang in his ears.
“Füçking show yourself or I come to meet you there!” He shouted.
Valerie’s face kept popping in his head, her pale face, her bleeding arms and legs, her body full of bruises.
“Füçk you!” He growled angrily as he used the last bullet in his gun to kill the last person remaining.
Everywhere suddenly went silent immediately the shootout stopped.
“Isn’t this suspicious?” One of the boys asked.
“No one is in sight” another boys added.
Fernando barged inside, flinging all the door opens and all he met was emptiness.
“Sh|t!” He cursed.
“I know Arturo, this is not the end. He’ll surely escape and come back later, just focus on saving my daughter and eliminate his boys if possible all of them. Next time, it’ll be easy to eliminate him” He remembered Don’s words.
“Cowards” he mumbled under his breath.
He went back outside to meet his men patiently waiting for him, some are tending to the wounded ones.
“Boss” they bowed when they saw him.
“Set the building on fire” Fernando simply instructed before walking out.
The injured boys was carried out of the place while they burned the building with the rest.

A HIDDEN PLACE***
Andres looked at the room they were before glancing at Arturo.
“Why did you suddenly stopped me from going outside?” Andres asked.
“Because this is not the right time yet. Don is aware of this that’s why he isn’t present” Arturo replied, smoking heavily.
“You mean Don didn’t come?” Andres asked surprised.
“You don’t know him more than I do. Let’s just stay here for a while, while we plan how to get them without their knowledge” Arturo said.
“But, we have only few boys left. They killed almost all our men”
“That’s the main reason why we left the hideout, we’d have been eliminated by now if we’d stayed any longer”
Andres sighed.
“I really want to get all this done with, I want to see Fernando scream in agony before my eyes” he said.
“Soon son, soon” Arturo said.
Andres mind flashed to when he was heading outside after he had discovered Valerie and Bella was missing.
He was on his way to stop them when he met one of his father’s guard
“Boss said you shouldn’t go outside, just follow me” that was the exact word the guard said to him.
He followed the guard and they left their hideout through the secret door with the few men that was remaining.

RED’S CLAN***
“Take it easy, will you? Stop being paranoid, he’ll be fine” Javier said to Jade as she seem to be restless.
“His face look so pale, what if he don’t survive this? He lost a lot of blood” she cries.
“No, Alex will make it. He’s so strong, he has come this far to back out. Be rest assured, he’ll be fine” Javier assured her.
“I don’t want to lose him” she whispered.
“Can you guys stop talking and let me concentrate?” Camila snapped irritably at them.
Jade bit her lips.
“Sorry, I’m just worried” she muttered.
“He’ll be fine, stop stressing yourself. Valerie survived it, so he will too” Camila said.
She had finished treating Valerie, though her body is full of patches.
Thankfully, she didn’t lost the baby. She’s surely a strong woman.
“I really hope Boss returns back safely” Javier muttered.
****, MINUTES LATER***
“How’s he?” Jade asked after Camila finished treating Alex.
“Well… He lost so much blood, he should have just treated himself before anything” Camila sighs.
“What are you trying to insinuate?” Jade asked slowly.
“Let’s just hope for the best” Camila said.
Jade bit her lips sadly.
“Can I go to see him?”
“Sure, I’ll stay with Val. Don’t worry Jade, Alex will be fine” Camila said assuringly.
“Javier, you should call someone to assist you in taking Alex’s to his room. Jade will come with you guys” Camila said to Javier.
Javier nodded and went out of the room. He returned with a guy and they both carried Alex out of the room. Jade went after them.
Camila walked to the bed where Valerie lay and sat next to it. She held her hand in hers.
“Val, please wake up soon, your baby needs you” she whispered.
She raised her hand and touched Valerie’s rough face.
“Don’t worry Boss is gonna have his revenge for you” she muttered.
“He’s going to bring those who did this to you down, he’ll do it for you and your baby. So, wake up soon, everyone needs you” she whispered.

REDS CLAN***
Immediately the the car stopped at the clan, Fernando jumped out of the car heading to Valerie’s room straight.
He got to the door and opened it without bothering to knock.
He strode in and Camila quickly stood up and bowed.
“Welcome Boss” she greeted happily.
Fernando ignored her, as he went to the bed. He folds his fist tight as his eyes took in Valerie’s features.
Her once bright and beautiful face suddenly turned pale. Her flawless skin got filled with scars and patches.
“The baby? How’s he?” He asked in a deep voice.
“Thankfully, the baby is fine. Valerie is a strong woman, I must admit” Camila smiled.
“Can I take her to my room?” He asked.
“Sure Boss, I’m sure she’ll quickly recover there” Camila bit her lips immediately she realized what she just uttered out.
Fernando carried Valerie in his arms, he was walking to the door when Camila next words stopped him.
“Erm… Boss, about the woman who came along with us, what should we do with her?” She asked.
“Woman? Who’s she?” Fernando asked.
“I don’t know much about her. According to Javier, she was tending to Valerie’s wounds when they got there” Camila explained.
“Since she took care of Valerie, let her stay. Don’t let anyone to hurt her, I’ll see her later” Fernando said before finally going out of the room.
“Oh… I forgot to ask him how the battle went. I wonder what happened to Arturo” Camila mumbled to herself.
She stretched her body and Mõ@ned out in relief.
“Now, I can breathe properly” she smiled.
