“My daughter is pregnant and I’m not aware about it??” He half yells. His daughter is just 22 years old and she’s pregnant?
“I tried to tell you but I didn’t get the chance to, you were so busy with Arturo’s business” Fernando muttered.
Don glanced at Valerie both and she quickly hid her face behind Fernando’s back.
No matter how he tried to be mad at the both of them, he couldn’t cos he wasn’t there in her life when she needed him. If he hadn’t left her when she was young, this wouldn’t have happened.
“I thought you should be aware about this” Isabella muttered. She actually thought he’s aware of Valerie’s pregnancy that’s why she mentioned it.
“I wasn’t. How did you found out about it? Did Fernando told you before me?” Don asked, glaring daggers at Fernando.
“No, no, no, I found out about it when we were in Arturo’s place. We were both locked up in the same room” Isabella quickly answered.
Don sighs heavily, trying to control his anger from bursting out of him.
“Fine. Take care of my daughter and don’t make her cry, or else I’ll kill you” Don warned in a serious tone.
Fernando raised his hand in surrender.
“I won’t, I swear with my life. I’ll never hurt Valerie… Dad” He said.
At the mention of Dad, Donald smiled and quickly cleared his throat to cover it.
“Ferdie will never hurt me, I trust him” Valerie chirped in.
Isabella smiled.
“Is everything settled then?” She faced Donald.
“Yes” Donald grumbled.
“Stop being a crybaby, it’s a thing of joy, you should be happy” Isabella said.
“I’m happy” Donald said grumpily.
“Okay then” Isabella faced Fernando.
“Like I said earlier, I want you to stop being a Mafia. I h@të the fact that it’s your job, I blame myself for it everytime…”
“It’s not your fault, Mom” Fernando cuts her off.
“Of course it is, you tried to avenge your I and your Dad’s death and you ended up this way. Do this for me, Ferdie, I’ll be the most happiest person on heart if your can do this” Isabella said.
Fernando went silent for a moment. He should stop being a Mafia? Will that really be easy?
“Remember you’ll be expecting your baby in some months time. Do you want your baby to find out his Dad is a killer?”
“I’m not a killer”
“Of course you are. You have killed a lot of people, haven’t you?”
Fernando never replied and she sighed deeply.
“That’s it, it’s high time you stop this. You’ve gotten your revenge, so you should stop”
Fernando looked at Don who’s not staring at him.
“I’ll think about it” he finally said after sometime.
Valerie stared at him. Was he really going to do that?
“I’ll be taking my leave” Fernando stood up and bowed his head, he left the room afterwards.
“I’ll be leaving too Dad, Mom” Valerie said and went out of the room.
“You aren’t saying anything” Isabella said to Don.
“Like what?”
“I only want something good for him, that’s all. I h@të the fact that my son is a Mafia Lord” Isabella said.
“I understand. I was about telling him that when I entered, I’m quitting this job and I’m traveling somewhere for sometime” Don said.
“Travel? Where?”
“I don’t know. I just want to leave here, to erase all the bad memories. Since I finally got what I wanted, then I think it’s time to let go of the past”
“How will Lola feel? You just finally got back together and you’re leaving again?”
Don sighs heavily.
“She’ll understand” he mumbled.
“You’ve got a lot of explanations to do, you know that”
Don smiled before nodding his head.

“Aren’t you gonna say anything?” Alex chuckled when Jade didn’t replied him. She just keeps staring at him throughout.
“I’m just… Surprised” Jade muttered.
“That I’m late, ain’t I?” He asked.
“I’m sorry for taking too long in realizing my feelings, sorry if I hurt you in any way” he said.
Jade shook her head before standing up, she walked to him with a smile on her face.
“This is one of the happiest day in my life, you don’t know how happy I am right now” she said.
Alex smiled before holding her hands delicately.
“So, will you….”
“Yes! Yes! I’ll be your girlfriend!” She screamed excitedly.
Alex smiled happily before slamming his lips on hers hungrily, he could feel his heart beating very fast.
Jade too was not left out, they kissed each other affectionately.

“Ferdie, are you okay?” Valerie asked as she followed Fernando into his room.
“Why?” Fernando turned to look at her. She smiled shortly and walked to him.
“Your mom…. This Mafia world has been your whole life, how are you going to do it?” She asked softly.
“Honestly, I don’t know. My head is messed up right now” Fernando muttered.
“Come here” she pulled him to the bed and made him to sit down on it before placing his head on her chest.
“No matter your decision, just know that I’ll always support you” she whispered.
“I wanna suck Brë@št” Fernando murmured, resting his head on her B@@bs well.
Valerie chuckled in disbelief.
“Are you serious right now?” She asked.
He raised his head to look at her.
“Yes, I am” he muttered.
She poked his forehead
“Stop being a baby, it doesn’t suits you” she shook her head.
“You just broke my heart” Fernando placed his hand on his chest and feigned a hurt expression.
Valerie laughed heartily.
“I love you” Fernando said.
She blushed heavily. His words really have a lot of effect on her.
“About what Mom said…. I think she’s right, I should stop being a Mafia. I have a lot of enemies around and I don’t want you and the baby to be in danger. It’s a hard thing to do but I guess I have to do it” Fernando said.
“What about the clan? You can’t just leave them this way”
“I’ll hand it over to Alex, he’s in the best position to take over the clan”
“And you? What are you going to do now that you’re leaving?” She asked.
“Take over my company, I guess it’s high time to take over it”
“What company are you talking about?” Valerie asked confusingly.
“I have a company, though no one knows about this” he smiled.
“Really? Then, how do you do it?” She asked in surprise.
“I go there once in a while and sometimes I work here at home” he shrugs.
“Whoa!! I’m so proud of you” Valerie gushed.
Fernando chuckled.
“Then a kiss?” He asked naughtily.
Valerie shook her head.
“I’m hungry” she pouts.
“Let me have my kiss first”
“No, the baby wants food”
Fernando groaned inwardly.
“Okay, fine. I’ll get someone to bring it for you” he took his phone.
“No, I want you to be the one to cook it for me”
“What? That’s not possible. I ain’t gonna do that” Fernando frowned slightly.
“Really?” Her lips quivers slightly.
“Are you gonna cry?” Fernando asked, staring at her with his mouth agape. Her eyes is filled with tears already.
Like WTF!!
“I’m gonna tell my dad that you’re making me cry” Valerie said as the tears dropped down her cheeks.
She turned and walked to the door, Fernando quickly got to his feet and ran to hold her hand.
“Calm down Kitten, you don’t have to cry, I was only joking” Fernando said.
“Really?”
He quickly nodded. What’s she doing exactly? Does she want Don to kill him?
“Okay. Get me what to eat, I’m hungry” she said airily.
“Be right back, don’t cry anymore, okay?”
Valerie smiled and cleaned her tears.
“I wasn’t crying before” she stuck her tongue at him and danced her way to the bed.
Fernando turned his head as he stared at her in shock. Was she actually playing with him?
“Be fast, Ferdie. Your babies are starving” she shouted.
“Always blaming the baby” He mumbled before leaving the room.
He left the room in a hurry, he wouldn’t want her to cry again.
“How the hell am I going to cook the food? I don’t even know how to” Fernando complained to himself as he find his way to the kitchen.
“What are you saying? Are you talking about me?” He suddenly heard behind him.
Shockingly, he turned his head and was surprised to see Valerie behind him.
“WTH!!” He fell to his butts immediately.
“I just want to make sure you’re the one to make the food for me” Valerie said and shrugs her shoulder.
Fernando looked around to find his subjects looking at him, some laughing at him.
He was embarrassed.
“Füçk! Remind me to use condom next time” he mumbled to himself.
