Hours went by and finally it was time for the gala and they were all seated inside grey colour limousine, Damon and Maya were not present and no one knows where they are.
“have you put a call across to him “Rick ask Candie.
“he’s not picking my calls.. “Candie pause when he phone been and it’s took a glance at it then Hiss.
“he said he’s gonna meet us at the gala venue ” Candi said.
” why will he just disappear like that, he got us all worried “Belinda snap at no one in particular.
“drive the car “Alex commanded the driver who ignite the engine and they slowly drove out of the hotel.
Meanwhile at classy well decorated building Damon could be seen leaning on a pillar, he’s wearing a pink suit which is design with gold flowers and his black trouser was neatly ironed.
His dark hair curl over his forehead, he looks heavenly breath taking. His gaze was fixes on his phone screen while ignoring the stares people gave him.
” ISN’T THAT DAMON MCCALL ”
“OH MY GOD IT’S HIM, d@mn HE’S SO HANDSOME AS Fuçk, WHY IS HE HERE ”
Damon hiss and shove his phone into his pocket when he couldn’t take the whispers anymore, he’s here because he wants San Francisco best makeup to work on Maya to make sure appears presentable in the gala.
A close at the far end of the hall open and a tall lady walk out smiling and beside her is fallen angel, Damon breath seized the moment he saw her. Her hair were braided and was attacked with glass hair pins, her heart shaped face became even more obvious because of her new hairstyle but what knock his harder was her curvy body and her B@@bs. The black tight gown was making things easy at all.
“hey hey hey “Maya snap her finger and he was brought back to reality
“hahaha don’t worry he’s just surprised to see such an angel like you “Mrs Lulu the makeup artist said giggling.
“ummm y-you l-look breath taking, wait are you sure this is the girl I brought here “he ask Mrs Lulu who couldn’t help but laugh even more while Maya rolled her eyes.
“stop joking around Damon we are already running late for the gala so let’s go, thank you Mrs Lulu “she said
“you’re welcome do well to visit next time “Mrs Lulu said.
Damon followed behind Maya while mentally appreciating her @$$, he never really expected her to walk professionally with such a high hill but yet her movement was okay and even more attractive.
The drive to the gala tool longer than expected but finally they were in front of a gigantic building, there were press all over the place along with security.
Inside the gala Hall which is filled with business men and women from elite families and empires.
An advance age man stood up on the high platform with a bottles of champagne in his left hand and glass cup on his right hand.
“listen up listen up “he yell and the hall became calm
” this time last year my eldest son died of heart disease”he said with sad smile
“I was shattered beyond repair, he was my backbone, my right hand and my everything. I almost died as well, my health started failing to the extend I almost lost my sanity but that’s the past now. Now am back on my feet, now Algero Zack is back and now that am back am ready to take down my enemies and also make new friends. Mrs Cristal El Rosa “he said and all eyes move to the direction of Mrs Rosa who is dressed in a long white gown, she smile as they clap non stop.
” and I can’t acknowledge Mrs Rosa with out acknowledging my dear daughter Tiena Algero my fashion monster ” Mr Zack said staring at Mrs Tiena who looks d@mn sëxy, she’s a lady in her early 40s but she looks pretty young.
“please do well yo enjoy yourself, let the waitress fill your cups and lets merry together “Mr Zack yell and they all cheer.
The huge hall was filled with chatting voice as this elite men and women chat with one another either about business or other personal matters.
Alex stood at the dark corner with the glass cup fill with champagne.
“com lets join the party Alex, aren’t you bored just staring “Belinda ask.
” why don’t you go and have fun am not in the mood”he said calmly and took a sip from his wine glass, she hiss and look ahead where she saw her mother laughing while discussing with a lady at the center of the hall.
Then her gaze zoomed off to 2 figure who just walked in looking as glee as ever, Alex mouth hang open ad Damon and Maya made their way in. The blue light at the center of the hall flash directly at Maya face and Belinda gasp.
“she looks so much like… “Belinda eyes move back to Mrs El Rosa who is standing not too far from Maya.
“she looks like mom “she mumble, Alex frown as he saw how close Damon held Maya with his arm around her tin waist he couldn’t help but imagine himself in that position. The grip at his wine cup tighten, Belinda noticed how intense Alex was glaring at Damon.
“are you okay Alex”
” am fine “he said
“are you sure because you look furious or should or should o say jealous “Belinda said with a smirk and Alex shot her a dead glare.
“why should I be jealous “he ask but she giggle.
“hmm look don’t you think it’s annoying to see Damon holding her like that tsk, she’s just a lowly nobody. She should enjoy while it last because gold digger like her don’t last long ”
“she’s not a gold digger and don’t ever call her one ” Alex said
“oh spare me that Sh|t, she’s a Fuçking gold digger and a nobody “she said and Alex grab hold of her arm while glaring dagger at her.
“Maya isn’t any of that so why don’t you stop insulting her “he snap and she giggle.
“wow Damon I never thought you will be here ” a pink hair guy who’s name is Austin a fashion designer like Damon but he works under Tiena fashion world, Austin is the big shot of Tiena fashion world just Damon is the big shot at El Rosa fashion house. But there don’t get along it’s clear that this 2 don’t like eachother.
” why won’t I be here “Alex ask frowning but Austin chuckle and his eyes move to Maya.
“wow you have such a beautiful date, hi there love my name is Austin and what’s your name ” he ask with a flirting smile

“wow such a beautiful name for a pretty lady, so Maya will you like to hang out with me I can give you my contact in case.. ”
” Austin I think that’s enough “Damon said feeling irritated by Austin presence
“oh cmon Damon am not talking to you am talking to her, I know she’s not you girlfriend or is she ”
“and what if she is “Damon ask, Austin click his tongue and then narrows his face to Maya face.
“cmon man you and I know you don’t have what it takes to date such a sëxy girl after all you already have Belinda, why don’t you stick with her and.. ”
” wow Damon my boy ” Mr Zack interrupted them, he pull Damon into a hug then stop back.
“it’s been a while old Zack “Damon said smiling.
“hey Austin how are you “Mr Zack ask Austin who smile

“I see so d@mn how have you been, I heard you were nominated for Mr America fashion Award boy you are kicking really high.”
“thank you sir, this is my date Amaya” he said pointing at Maya and Mr Zack gasp

“Emily take a look as this young lady, doesn’t she look like Cristal.”Mr zack said and Mrs Emily nodded in agreement.

“a small town outside the city, am working under El Rosa fashion house as a designer “Maya said and Mrs Emily smile.
“I see am Emily la Kristel am the CEO of E-midia ” Mrs Emily said and Maya gasp, E-midia is among one of America top 10 renowned media house. A multimillion dollar company with over 500 journalists working under the company.
” wow am honored to meet you ma’am, I have read lots of your inspiring work and I most say they are all great ” Maya said and Mrs Emily laugh.
“oh dear don’t call me ma’am am just 55 years old am not that old or am I”she ask
” 55 are you kidding me you look 30 to me I mean you look so beautiful and your skin is as flawless as the stars “Maya said and Mrs Emily blush while giggling like a child.
Women all love praises that’s one thing that gladden their hearts and Maya knew this.
“your girlfriend is lovely Damon I like her spirit you know what Maya here is mg card I want you to come to my office tomorrow I will like you to design a gown for me. Come along with your design catalog I will like to see your skill ”
“awe thank you ma’am. Wait can I call you Mrs pretty because you are pretty ”
“hahaha no problem here is my card “she gave Maya her business card

“I have the feeling you won’t, anyway see you guys around “she wink as Maya before walking away. Maya turn to Damon
“did you see that, she wants me to design a gown for her awe this is so freaking cool “Maya squealed
“yeah yeah it’s nice Mrs Emily don’t usually act cheerful but it seem you have a good spirits hovering around you or should I say lady luck is by your side “Mr Zack said
” she’s lucky”Damon said with a calm smile.
” Mr Zack ” Mrs Cristal called and Mr Zack turn to her, she gave him a quick hug then turn to Damon and Maya but she froze when sh saw Maya. It was like staring at a mirror of herself a pretty younger version of herself.
Their eyes were almost same colour, same heart shape face, same gold brown her and above all same face differences in age.
“hahaha she sure do look like you Cristal “Mr Zack said and that was when Damon also took his time analyze Maya and Mrs Cristal face.
