CHAPTER FORTY ONE: PROLONG ENCOUNTER 2
Snow exhale before shaking her head ” I can’t do it ” before I could completely pull my hands back he grab hold of them.
” too late ”
I couldn’t react, the next thing happening is me falling, falling into a deep black hole with no stop, I keep screaming until I got tired of it, this place may be a bottomless pit.
Slowly I start to feel some air touch my feet, I look down and notice a light, people voice caught my attention, people cries, clash of swords, smoke fill my nostrils.
My feet finally touch the ground, the light too bright that I had to close my eyes for a few seconds, finally opening them, I look around and discover am in a middle of a war, people run pass my body which means my spirit is here.
What’s the aim of sending me here, what am I to see, my gaze travel to the huge tower, I watch a lady fall off, she was pushed by someone, the next thing happening is another person falling.
He is trying to get hold of her but he was too late, she fell down and I move closer to get a good look, Alucard is bending next to her, dressed in those ancient cloths.
He lift her head in his arms ” Elizabeth ” he slowly tap her cheek ” wake up Elizabeth, don’t you dare leave me ” she smile, I watch her force words from her lips.
” bite me Alucard, drink from me ”
” No ” shaking his head he murmur ” I will never, if I taste blood I will become this cursed monster forever ”
” for the kingdom ” she cough ” for your son ” I frown, knowing fully well that Alucard told me he doesn’t have a child and now she is talking about a son?
I watch Alucard drink from her, his body trembling with each blood he consume and within few minutes he release her dead body then scream” AHHHHHHHH” his voice fill with anger, the need for vengeance.
I look around, most of his men dead, only few seem to be alive but in pain, Alucard lift her body in his arms, he walk slowly to the same tower, I walk behind him.
He place her body on the bed with a few words ” I will find a way” he clench his eyes, no tears ” I will find a way to bring you back ” after that someone run into the tower, looking defeated.
Turning my gaze to his direction I gasp, its Alucard look alike, he look younger here, his hair dark, his blue eyes brighter, I could see pain in them as he fall to his knees ” No ” shaking his head, Alucard clench his hands.
” the war is not over ”
” are you blind!!! ” he yell at Alucard ” all our men are dead, every single person ” he cried ” even mother ” hearing that I step back and look at them both, father and son.
If they are truly father and son, why do they h@të each other, what caused the difference and why did Alucard mention not having a son.
Alucard sit next to snow on the bed, her breathing calm but she doesn’t seem to be waking up, finding her unconscious in the plantation almost made me lose my senses, the thought of her dying is not something I can bear.
I already lost someone I love, I can’t go through that pain once again, noticing her fingers move, I watch her as she open her eyes, she look confuse as to where she is, her eyes roaming all over the place before landing on mine.
She widen her eyes from fear but when she look at my hair, she exhale ” white ” her voice calm ” I love white ”
” snow ” tapping her cheek she suddenly sit up ” what’s wrong?” I watch her closely ” you’re acting strange”
” a dream?” She look at me ” everything was a dream right, you being angry ”
” No, am still angry but I can’t watch you die ” frowning I look at her ” tell me what’s wrong snow, you are acting strange, is someone pulling pranks on you ?”
” Alucard ”
” tell me ”
” I can’t ”
” why not ”
” you will just lie to me ”
” lie?”
” you told me you don’t have a child ” she frown ” today I discover that you have one ”
” what silly words are you saying ” standing up I frown ” I told you I have no child and I don’t, I see no reason why I should lie about such a thing….whoever told you this is only lying to you” she said nothing else, silence engulf us for a while before I break it off ” just don’t put yourself in problems snow, don’t step into something I won’t be able to pull you out ” leaving I mutter one last word before shutting the door ” I love you, remember that ”
Walking in the hallway, Travin the second pillar of this kingdom appear at my side ” you called my lord ”
” Ares ” I frown ” he is using his wizard powers again and this time, he is after the confessor”
” what do we do ”
” he needs the confessor blood to fully wake him, my blood will just give him the strength to speak ” I smile ” get Sebastian, we leave during the day, my lotion will be handy ”
” my lord, why not send her away ” Travin frown ” keeping her here means digging her grave….Ares will definitely think she is his and try eating her, just like he did to the other confessors over the years before you chain him up ”
” I suppose you are right Travin ” looking behind, at my north tower that snow is probably trying to find out the truth, I smile ” this confessor is different, different in many ways ”
” my lord…”
Lifting my hand up I cut him off ” get Sebastian for me, I will like to do this as swift as possible ”
” of course my lord ” Travin bow his head ” excuse me ” nodding I watch him move towards Sebastian duty environment, Ares showing up again is bad news.
Lying to be my son is just preposterous, what other lies have he feed her?

Why is Alucard not bent on revealing his side of story even when he knows Ares is feeding her with lies?
