Chapter 24 – Dragon’s Mark
“Oh please you two act like you’ve never had s*x beg.” Doyoung groaned, leaning against the door frame.
“We haven’t.” SoMi confirmed shooting him a glare.
“You would have if I didn’t show up.” He rebutted and there was no teasing in his tone. He actually sounded upset and slightly bothered. He was different from the Doyoung she had seen a few days ago, but didn’t think too deeply into it. In that moment realization of what happened hit her.
“Oh no! This is bad!” Quickly she excused herself and left the room, not bothering to make eye contact with either of them.
“What the hell just happened?”

“Hyung…”
“Save it Doyoung, I don’t want to hear it.” Johnny snapped as he drove down the dark street. He knew what his best friend was going to ask and right now he don’t want to talk about it. He didn’t.
“Do you like her?”
“I admit that I am physically attracted to her , but I mean who wouldn’t be. Have you seen her?”
Doyoung was silent for a second before he replies with a remark that almost drove Johnny over the edge.
“Yes I have.”
That simple comment bugged him the wrong way. His friend had been checking out his fiancee, but he was sure a lot of men have.
“Is that all?” Doyoung continued.
Johnny sighed. Why did he feel like he was being interrogated?
“Really Doyoung? Why are you so curious? It’s not like I haven’t been with other women before.” He reminded.
“But none of them are your soon-to-be wife who just happened to be a killer whose messing with out plans. Not to mention, a distraction. I mean, I like her and all, and she’s certainly interesting, but she’s too much of a risk.” Doyoung explained. He knows Johnny enough to know that if his best friend fall in this hole he would be walking lost in a world of wonderland.
“And your point is? Looking you caught us making out. It was nothing but that. I don’t like her, she’s stubborn, bipolar and unpredictable. And since when do we have to start reading too much into things. It’s not like you.”
Doyoung sighed. You know who else is stubborn. Johnny is. Who else is bipolar Johnny. Who else is unpredictable, yep Johnny is. Johnny and SoMi are alike in so many ways.
“Fine fine fine! Wh@tëver!” Doyoung snapped letting the topic fade away. “At least she doesn’t know anything.” He noticed Johnny flinched his eyes. Their leader was getting careless around this woman.
“She known about Dragon.”
“You mean she knows that it’s you?”
“No, not that. But I know she’s after me. I don’t know why, but I know she is. She knows that I know something, but she doesn’t know what it is that I know.”
Doyoung frowned, pausing for a moment. He had to tell the other members about this. He could already see the outcome of the situation. He knew the others could never allow this to continue.
“She’s digging too deep and she knows too much.” Doyoung commented. SoMi is becoming a threat.
He felt Johnny freeze and if he wasn’t mistaken he saw a flash of pain in his friend’s eyes before it faded away just as fast as it appeared.
Doyoung had to be careful of his next few words, “You know what we do with threats right? We eliminate them.”

Like a loose cannon with no destination, the news spread like wild fire. The media knew nothing of this but the underground did. The underground was in a sudden state of buzz and confusion. When was the last time something like this happened? No one remembered for sure, but what they were sure of was that it was a blood bath.
Rumor has it that a Dragon’s Mark is either an omen of death or a mark of protection.
Word had it that Dragon had made his Dragon’s Mark. Many have asked: on who? The answer was surprising and shocking. The rumors of the Dragon’s reappearance in Korea were solidified when the target was revealed to be Jeon SoMi.
