“Jack, come here!” the first man who spoke said.
Jack halted his steps and stepped back, he ran to meet his partner.
“Tyler” Jack called, pointing his gun around.
“Our men are being killed brutally, we underestimated the Stones, they are overpowering us, we need to leave” Tyler said and Jack nodded in agreement
Tyler left from there but Jack stood, still looking back at the corner he could have checked..
“Jack!” Tyler yelled and Jack ran to him.
Meanwhile Ruben was still devouring Beauty’s lips, she could hardly kiss him firmly but did little touches and Mõ@ns her lips did magic.
Ruben nibbled on her lip for the last time before parting the long, hot kiss, his hot breath smothered her lips, Beauty’s eyes weren’t even open.
Ruben listened for some time and sensed the men were gone, he pushed the door open and Beauty fell on him.
He stepped out holding her waist.
“Doll, Beauty!” He called but she didn’t respond.
“Beauty!!” He called louder and checked her face, she had already passed out.
“Füçk it!” Ruben sneered and brought out his phone to call Darian.
“Darian” Ruben said immediately the latter answered.
“We got things under control, they thought they were smart, serve captured some of them, we are safe now and the other with the slaves too, Ivy took care of them” Darian reported.
“Okay” Ruben said and heaved a sigh of relief, he put his gun in the back of his trouser.
“Here we go again” Ruben muttered and carried her in bridal style.

Lord Ruben’s suite **
Ruben started cleaning her wound after laying her in the bed, she had bruises in her body.
“Who did this to you?” Reuben asked, touching the bruise, his eyes suddenly darkened, he h@tës seeing her this way…
“Ah! Ruben, you shouldn’t care!” Ruben said and continued cleaning her wounds.
He licked his lips recalling the kiss.
After an hour Beauty slightly opened her eyes, she Mõ@ned out in pain. she became fully conscious and started touching her head and body, she didn’t take notice of Ruben.
She turned to the side and saw Ruben staring at her.
“Green eyes,” She called softly.
“I’m here” Ruben replied and touched her frail hand that looked smaller in his.
Beauty’s eyes widened when she remembered the kiss.
“You jerk!” She suddenly yelled and kicked him with her foot.
“Hey!” Ruben snapped and released her hand.
“You kissed me without permission” She pouted, her voice still low though..
“Stop exaggerating, you were the one who kept sobbing and almost got us caught ” Ruben said and rolled his eyes.
“I kissed you to save us, oh I h@të this!” Ruben yelled and palmed his face.
“You h@të kissing me?” She asked with a sad face.
Ruben looked at her and sighed.
“My lips taste bad” Beauty cried gently.
“No on the contrary, I enjoyed it” Ruben blurted out.
“You enjoyed kissing me,” Beauty smiled childishly.
“You are so naive!” He yelled.
“I’m not nai… what’s the meaning of naive?” She asked innocently.
“God!” Ruben gasped.
“You are driving me crazy, doll” Ruben muttered, creasing his eyebrow.
Beauty smiled and tried sitting up but her body really hurts.
“Ouch!” She squealed.
He helped her in sitting and put pillows behind her.
“Who hit you like this?” Ruben asked.
Beauty faced him and could see something about his face, he looked devilish.
“Ah, I don’t know their names but they called one Jules, I didn’t do anything to them, they just started hitting me”Beauty replied, tears came out of her eyes but she wiped them off.
“Jules, huh?” Ruben smirked.
Beauty smiled cutely and moved close to him.
“What are you doing?” Ruben asked, getting unusually nervous.
“Green eyes, what’s your name?” Beauty asked, she has this beautiful scent that always comes from her when she moves close.
Before Ruben could say anything, she suddenly pressed her lips gently on his.
