CLOSING HOUR.
“You can study page 345 as the assignment” the female teacher announced in the Juniors’ classroom before leaving.
Some students began leaving while some stayed and began chatting.
“Carly let’s go home” David walked closer to her desk. When he got there, Miley had already packed her books and was starting to leave.
He watched her leave before looking back at Carly.
“So how are you coping with your new seatmate?” He asked with a smirk.
“I think I like her,” Carly shrugged.
She was done with packing her bags so she began leaving with him.
“You like her?” David looked confused.
“Yes, even though she doesn’t talk to me, I still love her quiet personality, if everywhere is as quiet as her then I’m sure Joshua would have peace of mind” she muttered then let out a sigh.
David thought she was saying rubbish and decided to change the topic.
“Do you wanna go out with me today?” He asked.
“Huh? Where?” Carly looked at him.
“I don’t know, just join me on my speed bike, we can ride around the street together and..
“Joshua!!” Carly exclaimed when she saw Joshua standing outside, she left David and ran to hug Joshua.
“Seriously?” David asked himself before going to meet them.
Joshua broke the hug with Carly and arranged her hair behind her ears.
“How are you? How was the rest of the class?” He asked.
“I learnt a lot and I love it” she replied in all smiles.
“That’s good to hear, let’s go home. You owe me some chicken noodle soup” he took her hands and began taking her out to look for a cab.
David rolled his eyes from behind, they forgot about him and he wasn’t happy at all.
Joshua stopped a cab and got in with Carly, David was about to enter with them but Joshua stopped him.
“Where do you think you’re doing?” Joshua asked.
“Going home with you guys,” David replied.
“No need to come with us, mom is coming to pick you up” Joshua replied and shut the door.
“Hey bro wait..” David was talking when the cab accelerated.
“d@mn you bro!” He cursed and kicked a stone before going to sit on a bench under a peach tree but on going there he heard some noise.
It was like a guy crying and a girl scolding him.
“You really have the guts to bring me flowers? Look at me and look at you, your parents have money but do you seriously think that you’re my type?”
David peeped to see Pinky yelling at a fat guy putting on glasses.
“I just.. I just” the guy wiped his tears and looked down, obviously feeling bad.
Pinky sighed and looked left and right before grabbing the flowers from the guy, throwing it on the ground and stepping on it.
“Don’t ever do this again, when you see me you hide your face and run because the next time I see you looking at me or trying to court me then I swear, I will let my grandpa know about this and do you know who my grandpa is?” She asked.
The guy was shaking in fear as he nodded his head.
“He’s the leader of all generals in this country, a well dedicated army, try him and see” she scoffed and left.
The guy burst out in tears while Davis faced his front with an angry look on his face.
“How dare she?” He thought and his hatred for her had already been a thousand.

SCHOOL PARK.
Teddy could be seen leaning against his car with his hands in his pocket, he was smiling as he watched the girl who was walking opposite him.
When Sydney got to him, she jumped on his body immediately and didn’t wait for two more seconds before coming down.
“You’re sure no one followed us here?” She asked in a low tone.
“No don’t be scared” Teddy smiled and held her waist then drew her closer to himself.
“I missed you, haven’t been able to come to your house for like two days now” he pouted.
“I missed you too but remember when I told you that Olivia was there?” She reminded him.
“Right? When will she leave?” Teddy asked and Sydney hit him.
Teddy leaned closer to Sydney and kissed her lips for a while before opening the door for her to enter.
“I’ll take you out to many places today, sit tight and put on your seatbelt properly” he told her as he got to the driver’s seat.
Sydney did as told and the ride started.

JOSHUA’S ROOM.
“Here’s your plate of chicken noodle soup as promised” Carly smiled as she dropped the plate she was holding on a small table.
“Thanks baby sis” Joshua thanked her and closed his book then stood up.
“Have you done your homework?” He asked.
“Not yet, but I’ll work on it now” she turned around to leave but Joshua stopped her.
“You’ll do it later, let’s eat first,” he said.
“But I made the chicken soup for you alone,” Carly muttered.
“Then we’ll share” Joshua smiled and went to the kitchen to get another plate and chopstick.
Carly smiled as she watched him divide his food into two.
“Have this” he pushed the plate towards her gently and she sat down and began eating.
“Do you like it?” She asked Joshua later on and he nodded while eating as fast as he could.
Carly just smiled, she was feeling happy that he enjoys her cooking.
After eating, Joshua and Carly did their homework together before going to the dog-sitting house to continue their work.

EVENING★ FALLONS’ MANSION.
Teddy just arrived with his car, he spent so much time with Sydney that he forgot to check the time.
His prayers now were that his grandpa shouldn’t be in the living orelse he’s dead meat.
He came down from the car and decided to go in by using the back door. The moment he stepped in, Pinky’s face welcomed him and he was stunned.
“Why are you out so late and why are you still in your uniform?” She threw her first question at him.
