” Won’t you give me an answer?” Archie whispered, his breath hitting Paige’s ear making her to close her eyes.
Archie caressed her cheek and tuck the strands of her hair behind her ear. Paige held the hem of her cloth tightly, she didn’t even know what made her stay.
” Why aren’t you saying anything.” Archie said more in a whisper tone.
” I…I..” Paige tried to find the right word, but she couldn’t.
” Am sorry okay? You are the first person am saying this to.” Archie said and Paige opened her looking straight into his eyes.
” Why me?” Paige asked.
” I..I don’t know.” Archie answered, he snaked his hand by Paige’s waist. Shivers runs down Paige’s spine the moment Archie did that.
He dug his head in Paige’s neck, inhaling her awesome scent. While Paige found her hand going into his hair.
The next thing Paige felt was that Archie was already sleeping. She looked at his cute face and smiled.
” No one can stay angry with you for too long.” She mumbled and helped him get on bed, she covered him with the duvet.
She looked at him for a while and stroke his hair gently before she left the room.
^ Computer room^
” Hey, stop. Give that back. Harper.” Hunter yelled running after Harper who was also running with his phone.
Harper took his phone and started running with it earlier.
” Come take it, ha ha.” Harper said and laughed as she began running again.
” Harper, stop. Am being serious right now.” Hunter said as Harper escaped him again.
” You are talking to your girlfriend right? Just let me take a peek okay, just once.” Harper said.
” No, stop interfering in my personal life okay. Now hand me my phone.” Hunter said.
” Okay then.” Harper said and drop the phone grumpily.
Hunter looked at her weirdly and wonder why she is angry again. He walked up to her.
” Harper, what’s wrong. Why the sudden mood swing.” Hunter said sitting beside her but Harper shifts away.
” Harper.” Hunter called and held her hand. Harper jerked his away and look at him.
” You said I shouldn’t interfere in your personal life, so am staying in my limits. Is that too wrong to do, just keep your thing to your self. Sorry for taking your phone.” Harper said and Hunter sigh before chuckling.
” Okay, is it because of the phone. Here, you can have it.” Hunter said, handing her the phone.
” Really? Are you giving me cause…”
” There’s no reason, here.” Hunter cuts in. He unlocked the phone and gave it to her before going to the computer and started doing somethings.
Harper grinned, the first thing she did was to go his pictures. But immediately she saw the pictures that are there, her mouth hung open.
Her pictures were there, many of it. Most of it are unaware pictures of Harper, Hunter took without her knowing.
Hardly would you see his own picture, Harper couldn’t believe her eyes. Why on earth will this guy have so many of her pictures.
She looked at him but he wasn’t looking at her, she looked away instantly .
^ Kitchen ^
Ariel, Paige and Paisley were together with some maids in the kitchen.
” Pass me the garlic Paisley.” Ariel said and she did as instructed.
They continued the cooking, Owen entered and Zayn followed.
” Hi girls.” Owen said flashing them one of his most pretty smile.
” What are you guys doing here?” Paige asked.
” Nothing much, decided to check on what’s going on here.” Zayn spoke as they all bowed including the maids.
Paige looked around but didn’t see Archie, she sigh and face what she was doing.
” Oh my goodness, I almost forgot.” Paisley said immediately gaining the attention of the rest.
” What.”
” Happy birthday in advance sis.” Paisley said and walked towards Paige who smiled.
” Happy birthday in advance too sis.” Paige also said and they smiled.
” Happy birthday in advance the two cute sisters.” Ariel said and she hugged.
Owen and Zayn also wished them, the maids wished them. Zayn walked towards Paisley.
” Happy birthday in advance.” Zayn whispered to her and she smiled.
” Thank you.” Paisley said and Zayn patted her hair smiling.
Paige smiled too looking at how the maids and her friends wished them.
Tomorrow, their birthday is going to be a big day. Their power will unleash, they will get to know where the Temporal Gem is hidden. And along all that, more troubles will come for them. More unknown people will start looking for them. Tomorrow is definitely a big day.
