“Isla!”
She heard her name behind her as she made her way to Vlad’s room.
She turned to see Hattie and Ursula… Those pest! They’re here to trouble me.
She acted as though she didn’t hear them and continue walking.
“Isla!” They got to her.
“Don’t pretend as if you didn’t hear us.” Ursula scoffed while Isla rolled her eyes.
“Why have you been avoiding us??” Hattie asked, folding her hands under her Brë@št.
“I wonder the same… Where are you off to??” Ursula asked.
“That shouldn’t be any of your business!” Isla huffed making Hattie and Ursula exchange glance at each other.
“Seriously! Did that come from you??” Ursula asked, utterly shocked.
“Is there anyone here apart from us…” She said, when they didn’t reply she started walking away.
“What’s wrong with Isla??” Ursula asked Hattie.
“I wish I knew… Let’s not forget why we wanted to meet her-”
“Our maths assignment!!” They chorused before running to her.
They grabbed each hand immediately they got her and started taking her to only God knows where.
“What’s with you?? Let me go!!!”
“No baby! We need your help with something!!”

“I…” She couldn’t complete her words as he crashed his lips on hers and her eyes widened.
She knowingly smiled, as she wrapped her hands around his neck, her fingers ruffling his wet silky brown hair.
She slid her tongue into his tongue, savouring that sweetness his tongue gave.
They kissed for a while before breaking up to catch their breath.
“Why did you do that??” Daisy asked, not knowing what to say.
“Don’t you like it??”
“It’s not like that… I…”
“…liked it.” He completed her sentence and she blushed hard.
He leaned closer, Daisy closed her eyes thinking he was gonna kiss her again… He chuckled looking at her.
She waited for one second…
Two…
Three…
Four…
And five…
Before opening her eyes to see him smirking. Her cheeks flushed
“You jerk!” She hit his chest making him laugh. She ran into the bathroom obviously shy.
She rested on the door after closing it. She giggled touching her cheeks which had turned tomatoes red.
“Geez!” She muttered touching her racing heart.
Few minutes later…
They were seated on the same bed. “Do you have any idea about the incident??” She asked and he averted her gaze.
She turned his face to hers but he looked away again.
“You know you can always tell me what’s wrong or… don’t you trust me??”
“That’s not it… It’s just that I… It’s… I…”
“Calm down… Breathe in and out… Relax your mind… Now speak.” She said and he nodded before telling her everything that happened.

“Darn it.” Renëe muttered as she rummage her bag with a frown on her face.
“What is it??” Jasmine asked.
“I didn’t come with my assignment.” She replied, the class will be kicking off in less than 5mins, gosh!
How could she forget such a thing and they would be submitting the assignment. If she leaves, the lecturer won’t let her in when she comes back and if she doesn’t, she would be sent out of the class and she won’t be allowed back in.
“The lecturer hasn’t arrived yet hurry. 5 minutes is enough for you to get back here, right??”
“Ion know.” She said before running out of the class in a haste. She stopped the first cab she saw and got in. She asked him to drive speedily to the hostel, which he did.
They arrived the hostel in less than two minutes and she paid him before rushing off.
She got to her room and began looking for her book, she saw it and smiled. She made to leave the room she saw water on the floor, it was coming from the bathroom.
“Who could have left the tap on??” She muttered as she made towards the bathroom.
She tried opening the door but it was locked and she heard the rushing of water.”Is anyone in there?? Isla!!! Mira!!!” She called but no response.
“I have nothing to do with you, just turn off the bathtub tap… It’s making this place flooded… Hello?? Are you even hearing me??”
‘Why wasn’t the person responding?? Seriously, such nonchalant attitude. Hmph!’ She said inwardly.
She would have ignored but it was messing the room pretty bad. She checked her time.
She was already late for her class. “Isla!!! Mira!!!” She banged the door harshly but still no response. She placed her ears in the door and she could faintly hear bubbling and splashing of water.
Meanwhile inside the bathroom, Mira was already covered up with the water. She shook her head trying to come out of the water immediately she heard Renëe’s voice but couldn’t.
She tried splashing the water with her legs since her hands were tied behind her.
She was slowly losing her strength as she went down the bathtub. The water got into her through her mouth, nose and ears.
She was already weak. ‘Is this how I’m gonna di£?? God please save me!! Please!’
She thought before giving up.
Back in the room…
“What’s going on??” Renëe asked herself. She looked for the bathroom key but couldn’t find it.
She didn’t know why she was having a bad feeling about this.
“Help!!! Is anyone out there!!!” She screamed hitting the door. She rushed out of the room.
“Help!! I think something is wrong!” She said and students started rushing to her room. “I think someone is in the bathroom but the person isn’t saying anything.” She said to them.
“We need to break the door.” She suggested.
“Yes.” One of the students said.
“Let me help you with that.” A boy amongst them volunteered and she nodded.
“Move back.” He told them and they nodded. He kicked the door with his leg but the floor was slippery as a result of the water.
After a lot of trials, the door finally burst open. They gasped at flood of water on the floor.
Their agape mouth went wider when they saw her inside the water.
“Mira!!!”
The boy pulled her out of the water and placed her on the floor.
“Who could have tied her up and left her in there??” Renëe asked, losing the rope tied around her legs while the boy removed the one used to tie her hands behind.
“Mira!!” Renëe called as the boy pressed her stomach. She poured out the water she had swallow.

?️ I suspect VD! He must be trying to avenge her since she’s leading the team on the R@PE incident against him!
?️ This school is becoming unsafe!
?️ Swears! First it was r*pe now murder!!
“Will you all shut and let’s try to revive her!!” Renëe cautioned.
“I advice we rush her to the school’s clinic.” A girl suggested.
“She’s still alive.” The boy said after checking her pulse. He lifted her up, carrying her in a bridal style and they rushed out of the room.

“Seriously! How can she do such a thing??” Daisy asked.
“She’s one crazy girl, that’s all I can say.”
“It’s alright. I’ll help prove your innocence.” She assured and he smiled staring intently before the flung open without any notification.
Jaxon came in.
“Didn’t you learn how to knock??” Vlad scolded.
“That’s not necessary now.” He said in tone of urgency.
“What’s wrong??” Vlad asked, alarmed.
“There’s a bigger problem at hand… Mira was spotted drowning in her bathtub and everyone is pointing accusing fingers at you…”
