“Am sorry, Gavin see you in my 3rd life ” she
said as her eyes closed on their own and her
hand dropped to the floor as she stopped
breathing.
Gavin bit his lower lips in pain as his veins
become transparent blue.
“You aren’t dead Naksu, and I can’t wait for
your 3rd life anymore, I can’t wait for another
400 years, am gonna go cold again, maybe
worst than this one,” he said and picked his
phone.
“If I cant use my ways, then we use the human
ways” he said and dialed 911 the emergency
number.
They answered at the first ring.
“Emergency please, my girlfriend is dying she
got stabbed, mansions 113, Busan” he cried.
Few minutes later, an ambulance is already at
the mansion.
Ariel was rushed in and they drove off.
Gavin followed immediately, he texted Ashton
while he kept stroking Ariel’s hair.
They got to the hospital and Ariel was admitted,
tubed were connected to her body immediately
as they place an oxygen mask on her nose.
Gavin watched from the transparent glass as
they did their best.
Tears filled his eye, he kept staring at his
hands wondering why his power didn’t work.
Ashton call came in to his phone and he
answered immediately.
“Lisa is nowhere to he found now” he said and
Gavin end the call cussing at his phone.
He never wanted to do this but now he has to.
He got into his car and zoomed off heading to
where no one knows after texting Ashton and
Rhema.

Mayor yawned cutely and flip her eyes open.
Karl was awake already.
She looked around the room remembering how
she struggled last night to bring Karl into his
bedroom and they end up sleeping on the same
bed cause he won’t let go of her leg.
He was out of the bed already, so where is he?
She thought stepping out of the bed.
The bathroom door opened revealing him.
“Um.. Good morning ” she stuttered.
“How was your night? ” he asked wiping his
hair with his mini towel.
“Fine” she said and place her lips together in
nervousness.
Wondering weather to tell him or not?
“Um… Nothing happened between I and Rhema,
it was all a prank” she stuttered and Karl turned
to face her.
“So you gang up with your student to prank me?
Huh? ” he asked as he approach her with a
mean face while she begin to step back gently.
“Um.. Am sorry, I just wanted to know if you
love me that much ” she gulped as her back
collide with the wall.
Karl was in front of her already, blocking her,
his hand on the wall, caging her under him.
“Are you satisfied now?, did you get your
answers?” He asked staring at her.
“Yes.. “
“So what’s your answer to my proposal? ” he
asked and she gulped down nothing.
Of course she can’t tell him no, when she
already prank him and he passed.
If she say something else than yes, she might
leave here with an incomplete body part.
“Yes” she answerer looking down avoiding his
gaze.
“Too bad you are giving me answers today, it
up to a month I proposed and am getting my
answers today, I am going on a war ” he said
and Mayor’s eyes widened as she raised her
head to stare at him clearly.
“You are joking right?” She cried.
“Am sorry, I hardly go to wars but this one is
important ” he sighed.
Tears filled Mayor’s eyes immediately.
“Hey I promise to be fine for you, I will come
back healthy, you just have to pray for me,
don’t worry, i promise to contact you every day”
he said raising his left hand up.
“You.. Jerk, why did you make me accept if you
know you are going for a war, am gonna die of
high blood pressure before you come back ” she
cried hitting his hard chest .
Karl chuckled and grab her two hand in his left
hand.
Mayor locked eyes with him angrily but her
emotions betrayed her as tears rolled down her
eyes.
He lean to her and kissed her shortly.
“I love you ” he said staring at her.
“I love you too” Mayor replied as she stand on
her toes and locked lips with him.
Rhema couldn’t even bade her brother goodbye
or even check on him, she just run out of the
mansion taking a car to the hospital.
How can she be fine after seeing Gavin’s
message?
Her Ariel has been stabbed.

She drive as fast as she could.
She got to the hospital to meet Ashton there
already.
“Where is Gavin? ” she asked.
“He is out to get some answers” he replied.
“Will she be fine, I don’t want to loose my sister
again ” she cried.
Ashton turned to give a strange glance.
“You’ve remembered? ” he blurted and and nod.
“Will she be fine? ” she asked again.
“I can’t assure you but let keep our hope high”
came his answers.

Gavin step out of his car and walked to the
house.
He never wanted to visit here but now he has to,
maybe that’s what he needs right now.
He walked to the house and knocked on the big
gate.
A young lady ushered him.
He got into the living room to meet a woman
looking like she is in her early sixty’s.
One could tell the brightness and happiness in
her eyes when she saw him.
But she didn’t stand up to welcome him neither
did she say anything.
“I am here for just a question ” he said rudely
not sparing her a glance..
“My girlfriend was stabbed with the most
dangerous dark energy from a god and the

can I do next? ” he asked coldly.
The woman just smile staring at him from her

that of your woman,? ” she asked smiling sadly.

is for another day” she added.

asked angrily as things in the room star

you are happy you are leaving his life with his
powers and enjoying your children. “

can even save him? ” he said laughing meanly
making tears rolled down her face.

leave even when I know his own is stronger than

dad like a piece of trash, dad was the strongest
in the realm but he became the weakest, he

angrily standing up from the couch.

asked as more tears stream down her eyes.

“Earlier today, Kim So-yeon(LISA) came to me

see me ” she explained and Gavin eyes widened.
