Christabel’s pov
“What are you doing here? You might get caught by the prince you know that.” I glared at him as I sat up in the bed.
I don’t know what he wants but wh@tëver it is, he isn’t getting any.
“Should I address you as Chris or Christabel?” He finally said something after being quiet.
I rolled my eyes and looked away. Wh@tëver.
“Okay, I think Christabel will be better. So, christabel, why aren’t you in class. I saw the prince alone but you weren’t with him which you’re supposed to. What happened?” He asked.
“Nothing. I just feel weak.” I replied, nonchalantly.
“Calm down, girl. I just wanna ask. Or did you guys did that……..”
“Oh! Stop it! Did what? Stanley please can you go? I don’t have time. I need to rest my head. I’m not feeling fine! Please.” I said to him and rolled the duvet over my body.
Just pray he leave as soon as possible. I don’t want him around. What the hell is he doing here Ib the first place?
I don’t want him around. He doesn’t seem friendly to me at all. Just like his sister, Sarah.
I guess they are not friendly in their family. It’s obvious or maybe they decided not to.
Anyway, I should stay away from him.
“Chris, I just wanted to say I like you already.” E blurted and that got me.
Holly molly! What’s he saying?
I quickly sat up and faced him. Ignoring the sharp pain that came afterwards.
“What did you just say? Are you kind of hallucinating?” I questioned but he shook his head.
“No, I’m not hallucinating. I really like you.” He moved ahead to touch my cheek and rubbed it gently. “I can’t believe you’re this beautiful even while pretending to be a boy.”
I yanked his hand away and glared more at him.
“Don’t touch me. Thank you for liking me. It’s normal. So, can you go now? I need to rest.”
His face held a frown but I didn’t care. I just looked away.
“I know it’s normal to like someone. But me liking you means another thing.” He brought his head closer, leaning in to kiss e but then his head was caught in the air. He couldn’t move it.
Just then, the prince entered.
