” What in hell!! You mean my… my mom’s abdomen got ripped opened? Can you please explain better? I..I.. I’m not getting it and…. and I’m practically going cràzy right now”.
” You can’t go insane under my roof, I think Zacus will explain more to you. He’ll give you the answer to your questions ” Silvio replied and tears poured down Jayce’s eyes.
He stood up and cleaned his eyes while sniffing.
” Stay strong Jayce and… take care” Silvio said and opened a portal for him..
Jayce nodded at him and like that, he left.
Silvio shook his head in pity before going to his room.. He sat beside spicy and began stroking her hair gently.
” I hope you can be the happiest person ever and endure wh@tëver life brings to you” he muttered, staring at her face.

∆∆ JAYCE’S HOME°°
Jayce got to the sitting room and met the man he cherished the most, the man he’s always seen as the best.. He still couldn’t believe his dad is the bad guy.
” Jayce..” He heard his name and he looked up directly at the man he once admired.
” Why? Why did you kill mom? What reason did you have to take her life in the most ridiculous way ever? She wasn’t a chicken for f*ck sake!!” He yelled, letting the tears in his eyes fall freely.
” Who told you that? Jael? Was that what Shannon, the high priestess meant?”
“A powerful child with the Powers of the heavens would be born in the land of Gloara, everyone will think he’s cursed. His existence will be feared by many but in his heart will the love of Gloara be.. he’ll be the savior of his people and Gloara will forever know peace cause his powers would be unmatched, his reign will be a peaceful one”
” Is this what she meant? Then how powerful is he exactly?” Zacus wondered with a chuckle, ignoring his son.
It only made Jayce even more mad.
” Is that all you care about? I just f*cking asked a question!!”
” Is that what Jael told you??” Zacus asked remorselessly.
” Are you even human? Right, you’re not! You’re nothing but a beast who killed his own wife!! Like why in hell will you marry her if you were gonna end her life in such a brutal way?”
” Why the hell would you rip one’s abdomen open? Just why you monster!!” He yelled in tears and that seemed to get on Zacus’ nerves.
” I never knew I birth a weakling..” he gritted out angrily.
He lifted his head and a force lifted Jayce’s on his feet.. he didn’t bother to struggle cos right now, he doesn’t care if the man he calls his father kills him.
” I’m still your father!”
” No you’re not.. you cease to be my father! You’re a monster, a criminal that doesn’t deserve a peaceful death, a thief!!” he shouted and the invisible force threw him across the ceiling fan and he got a cut.
He fell down heavily and his mouth began to bleed..
He winced painfully as he coughed out blood.
” You fóol, you should be happy I birth you.. how dare you call me names?” Zacus thundered. His eyes beamed green as he stared at his son who struggled to stand.
” I killèd your mother, so? I never wanted a wife but an heir, someone who’ll join hands with me to get what I want! You were taking too long in the womb, I grew impatient so I decided to bring you out myself.. How’s that something bad?”
” What?? ”
” I never needed that woman, I got what I wanted so I had to kill Annette.. she was useless to me anyways” Zacus laughed.
” I promise to kill you and I’m not gonna back down untill I see your body vanishes into thin air..” Jayce said seriously.
” Of course not, you’re going to help me out soon enough”
” I rather die a miserable death than work for the beast who killed my mother” He spat and with that, he stormed out of the place.
He got to his room and started scattering everything in anger.
” What type of life am I living? Why do I have the most complicated life?”
” Krokinos and Zacus are people i need to destroy? Will I be able to kill my own father? Can’t believe he showed me excess love and I was happy I got the best dad..” He fell to ground in tears.
” What should I do mother.. you’ve never for once appeared in my dreams. I’m confused and scared at the same time”
” I h@të my existence..” He muttered, clutching his knees to his chest as he cried profusely.

” I will never forgive you Jael if you let my child turn his back on me!. If I can’t get what I want, then I’ll get it in a more deadly way” Zacus laughed evilly.

” Mom? Dad?” Winter called, looking around.
” Did everyone go out?” He wondered, going to the fridge to get a bottle of juice.
” Mom.. dad.. ” He called again but no reply came from them.
” Maybe they’re not home” He muttered, proceeding to his room where he met a note glued to his door.
? We’re out, take care of yourself and don’t go anywhere untill we’re back..
” Tch..” He scoffed after reading the note, he got into his room and dropped his bag on the couch.
” I’m finally home..” he muttered.
” Glad you got home safely” he heard a voice and he flinched.
” Brother In-law??” He wondered loudly, looking around the place.
” You’re quite strong” Silvio chuckled.
” My sister, is she awake?”
” Not yet, but she will before tomorrow..” Silvio replied.
” Had I known, I would have stayed a little longer, now mom and dad aren’t home” Winter heave a sigh.
” Don’t go out as written on the note.. it’s dangerous out there and I might not be able to save you on time because of your sister..”
” You shouldn’t worry, nothing will happen to me.. I’m strong y’know” Winter smiled.
” Sure, keep being strong for your family..”
” Are you there?” Winter asked when Silvio didn’t say any more words.. He smiled slightly before taking his phone.
He was gonna listen to Silvio and stay in door cos he had the intention of going out before.
” What a cool brother in-law..” he giggled.

Xanthe kept walking through the corridor leading to her hostel when she sighted kitten and Sua seated at the garden, chatting.
She smiled as she went to them.
” Hey Kitten..” She called.
” You made a new friend?” Sua asked and kitten shrugged.
Xanthe sat between them.
” I’m Xanthe Domingo and would love to be your friend” She smiled while Sua stared at Kitten.
” Don’t get it twisted, I mean no harm but even if I mean any harm, I wouldn’t let it come to you both, it’ll only be spicy since she stole Jael from me”
” Jael? Who’s that?” Sua asked.
” Ah.. that’s Silvio, that’s the name his father calls him and I prefer the Jael to Silvio ” Xanthe smiled.
” Oh! I see..” kitten said.
” I’m concerned about something Kitten..” Xanthe began.
” And what’s that?” Kitten asked.
” I’ll be frank, I don’t understand your friend Spicy.. I mean she was human the day I saw her on Silvio’s bed but later, she had powers. Do you both know that?” Xanthe asked.
” Is she also like spicy??” Kitten and Sua wondered in their heads, staring at her strangely.
” I’m not like her.. I’m… a shaman, Yeah! A Shaman.. my mom is a shaman so I can tell when one isn’t Human” She lied.
” I’m asking because I want to know if she’s a dangerous Demi-human who can do you both harm” She added.
” Is there something unusual you noticed about her? Don’t get it wrong, I’m just helping you both.. in case she’s evil, I’ll be able to help you out. I can prevent her from hurting you both”
” Are you serious?” Sua asked while Xanthe nodded with a smile.
” Humans are so easy to convince..” Xanthe said inwardly.
“ How do I tell her spicy does bleed blood?” Kitten wondered, staring at her strangely.
“ How do I tell her spicy isn’t human?” Sua inhaled.
” Spicy is fine, she’s okay and has nothing to do with being evil” kitten said and Xanthe giggled softly.
” See you girls another time.. It seems you both don’t wanna tell me anything..” She stood up and began to leave.
A wide smile appeared on her lips.
” I’m getting scared..” Kitten said.
” Me too” Sua muttered, standing up. Kitten did same and started leaving for their hostel till they came across Sam.
” Hey wild cat..” he waved and walked pass them.
” I think he likes you” Sua said.
” Just at his sight, I feel like throwing up”
” But he’s cute…”
” No doubt but he’s got a lousy tongue” kitten said and Sua laughed loudly.
They kept talking untill they got to their dorm.
