Mrs Drew ran into the hospital in full speed as tears kept pouring down her face like flood
The nurse at the reception gave her the ward number and description. She nod and ran towards the direction still in tears. She got to the ward and stormed in hurriedly. She dropped her bag on the floor and ran towards her bed with shaky hands
She released more tears as she stared at her daughter’s unattractive body and bandaged hand. She sat on the floor very close to her bed not knowing what to say or do as she kept weeping silently
She held her hands, locking her hand with hers as she kept crying nonstop. Ash ran in and met his mum in the ward. He hurriedly walked towards her and hugged her from behind as he tried fighting back his tears
“It’s okay mum. She is fine and she will be fine”. He said still hugging while her tears increased
“I hope you forgive me when you finally wake up. I know I’m not a good mother for not telling you but it’s just for the best. It’s my fault you left the house that day. I caused you all this because of my carelessness. I’m deeply sorry and I hope you can forgive me”. She cried tugging the bed spread tight
“Don’t blame yourself. It might be worse than this if she didn’t leave the house that day. Everything that happened and is still happening are for one reason or another. She is fine and will still be fine. Stop crying and blaming yourself for what you didn’t do”. He said and helped her up from the floor. She released the bed spread and sniffed picking up her bag from the floor
He wiped her tears before hugging her again. He pulled out and led her out of the ward with his arm around her shoulder
“Mum, do you know what I want from you?”. He asked immediately they got outside the ward and she shook her head negatively
“I want you to put on a cheerful look. She is not dead, crying will only make you imagine something stupid. Don’t just wear the face, let it come from within because that’s the only way to overcome sorrow. Stay around lively people so you won’t think about your problems”. He said and she nod while he pulled her into a hug
“Your girlfriend will be happy to have a guy like you. So tell me do have one?”. She asked and he smiled a little
“Not yet mum but very soon”. He replied and she smiled nodding her head
“I’ll take you to where I stay till we are able to get dad’s properties”. He said and she nod leading the way outside the hospital
They boarded a cab heading to his little apartment.

*****RAQUEL’S WARD*****(WARD 3)
Rocky sat beside her bed deep in thought. He sighed and looked at her wondering if Channel is responding well to treatment
He leaned closer and pecked her forehead. She shaked a little and Rocky smiled resting his back on the chair
“I’m sorry I didn’t come on time. I never knew you were going through all that and besides I didn’t get call from you. I’m really sorry. I hope you wake up soon. I miss you and I won’t stop missing you. Just wake up and tell me you also miss me”. He said and stood up from where he sat. He adjusted his clothes, pecked her cheeks and forehead before walking out of her ward
He stood in front of Channel’s ward wondering if he should go in or not. He placed his hand on the nob and as he was about twisting it when his phone rang
He removed his hand and checked the caller before receiving the call
“Yes Shade. What’s the problem?”. Rocky asked walking away from the door
“Do you have the album with you?”. He asked and Rocky hissed placing his hand on his forehead
“Yes I do. Any problem?”. He replied with a question rolling his eyes
“Our album is not on the net anymore, the system and a judge from Global Music Competition request for it”. He explained while Rocky groaned
“I’ll send it to you today. Give them a notification concerning the commence of the vote. We’ll move them to the house tomorrow and bring in my personal doctor”. Rocky said and Shade giggled
“Thank you. I’ll inform them about it since you all are ready”. Shade replied while he nod and hang up
He turned and stared at the door to her ward before walking back to his ward

*****OPAL’S MANSION*****
Arlette hit the door angrily and continuously screaming on top of her voice hoping they open the door
She kept hitting the door and at the same time screaming till she got tired. She stopped and leaning her back on the door going down gradually as tears stroll down her face. She hit her hand on the hard floor furiously as she wept profusely
“I h@të you both. I h@të you both!!!!”. She yelled holding her head tight
She clutched her knees together placing her chin on her knee. She stared at nothing in particular as she kept thinking about various things including her life as an engaged teenager
She stopped crying for a while and burst into another round of hot tears screaming on top of her voice
“If you don’t stop screaming, I’ll do something you won’t expect”. Her dad yelled from outside while she hissed
“What have you not done? You’ve done what you want and I’m still expecting more from you. So do your worst I’m not scared of you!!!”. She yelled and resumed her screams while her dad walked away angrily
He got to the sitting room and met his wife watching TV. He groaned and sat beside her picking up the remote. He reduced the volume and she faced him immediately while he pointed at the stairs
She looked and she heard Arlette’s voice from her room. She collected the remote from him and increased the volume
“That’s the main reason why I increased the volume”. She said diverting her gaze back to the TV
He scoffed and also diverted his gaze to the TV.
