Craig’s eyes opened wide. He looked around. He was still on the floor in the kitchen but Amaryllis was no where in sight. He slowly got up. He definitely had no energy. He walked to the fridge and took out an ice pack putting it on his head to ease the headache he developed. He drank a full glass of milk. He closed the fridge. He opened his cupboard and took out a stack of snacks. He left the kitchen and went to the living room.
He sat on one of the sofas. He opened his snacks and started eating. ” That must be a very bad headache for you not to notice me.” A voice said behind his ear. He was startled at first but relaxed when he realized the voice. ” What do you want brother?” Craig asked with a bored expression. ” Why? Can’t I visit my older brother from time to time?” Darryl asked sitting next to him. He took a packet of Doritos and opened it. ” You always knew my favourite.” Darryl chuckled as he started eating the chips.
” Did Father send you here?” Craig asked slightly irritated by the thought of it. Darryl didn’t seem that weak to his dad’s lackey right? Craig had thought to himself. ” And luckily I’m not. Your dad doesn’t know I’m here.” Darryl replied. ” Still reading minds?” Craig smiled. ” Yeah And I happened to come across a memory of mine that you shared as yours. Why?” Darryl asked. ” And that’s why I h@të you. ” Craig said a bit jealous of Darryl’s power. ” Oh come little brother! I’m suppose to protect you.” Darryl teased.
” I’m not your little brother!” Craig said angrily. ” With that mentally, I’m afraid you are.” Darryl chuckled. ” So why were telling someone about a childhood experience of mine as yours?” Darryl asked now a bit serious. ” That’s none of your business.” Craig said defensively. ” That girl that saved me when I was sixteen with stuffed animal. God I h@të stuffes animals. Is the one you adopted right?” Darryl asked. Craig stayed silent. ” You want to steal her powers?” Darryl asked but it was more of a statement than a question.
Craig stayed quiet angry that Darryl fgured him out so fast. The truth is he wasn’t the boy Amaryllis saved when she was younger. It was Darryl and he and his friends were trying to kill him. He just watched shocked and made it his life mission to have that kind of power. ” And I suppose she’s responsible for that headache of your?” Darryl asked and again it was more of a statement than a question. ” Why do you ask me stuff when you know the answer?!” Craig suddenly snapped. ” Woah Calm down. Who’s the girl?” Darryl asked.
” I’m not gonna tell you that!” Craig snapped. Darryl rolled his eyes and sniffed. ” Amaryllis Quinn. Wow I actually didn’t think it’d be her.” Darryl said a bit shocked and suprised. Craig’s jaw dropped. ” What the Füçk?” Craig cursed. ” Are you a witch or something?” He exclaimed still shocked Darryl got everything on him. Was he that an open book or what Darryl is just too smart for his own good? He wondered. ” Now I know why.” Darryl muttered silently but Craig heard him.
” Know what?” Craig asked. ” Ever heard of a Luna Protector?” Darryl asked. Craig nodded not knowing where is this going. ” That Sh|t about protecting some Luna and makes you have no mate.” Craig summarised. Darryl slowly nodded. ” I’m one.” He told him. Craig was shocked. ” For who?” He asked. ” Amaryllis Quinn so I’m afraid this fued is still going on head strong.” Darryl told him getting up. Craig suddenly laughed. ” Oh God this is hilarious. You always wanted a mate but look what the moon goddess decided for you.” Craig chuckled.
” You’re forgetting I can date Amaryllis. One thing I can tell you is that she won’t be accepting her mate anytime soon. The Luna and Protector have a special bond that’s very much enough for us to date. And brother She likes me.” Darryl told him before leaving. Craig threw the ice pack across the room angrily.

At exactly 3 O’clock the bell rang and Acacia woke up instantly. ” 5 hours over.” She muttered before getting out of the clinic bed. She rushed to her car in the parking lot. She opened the boot and took out a baseball bat. She smiled and closed the boot. ” What are you going to do with that?” Calista asked breathing heavily. Acacia looked at her confused. ” What’s up with you?” She asked Calista.
” I chased after you when you left the clinic. Don’t you feel any pain? Let’s just leave okay?” Calista pleaded. ” Nope. 5 hours is over and Acacia always gets ger revenge.” Acacia smirked evily before running off. Calista sighed and chased after her but when she arrived it was too late. Acacia was bashing Leigh Anne and Linbae’s cars. Acantha didn’t have a car. ” You b***h!” Leigh Anne shrieked. ” Good timing.” Acacia thought.
Acacia swinged the bat so hard that when it landed on Linbae who went in front to defend Leigh Anne, she flew across and hit the wall almost breaking into it. Everyone gasped. Linbae had to be dead. Leigh Anne and Acantha started moving back. ” Run and it will be 10 time worse.” Acacia threatened and they stopped moving. Acantha was already crying. ” Yeah Cry Acantha because after I beat your @$$, you won’t have a place to stay. We’re noblonger roomies.” Acacia said much to Acantha’s horror.
The Headmistress was also afraid of Acacia. When she got angry she was very angrily and what she did to Linbae is nothing she has done at the orphanage. ” Let’s talk this out Acacia.” Leigh Anne pleaded. Acacia chuckled. ” We will not talk this out Leigh Anne.” Acacia said back. Acacia walked towards them. Leigh Anne suddenly froze like she waa in a trance. Acacia swinged the bat at Acantha and it hit on the leg breaking it. Acantha screamed in pain. Acacia swinged the bat at Acantha again and it hit her shoulder dislocating it.
Acantha shrieked in more pain. Acacia swinged the bat at Acantha for the last time and it hit her face dislocating her jaw. Acantha lost consciousness immediately. ” This is a warning to you all. Don’t you Füçking mess with me!” Acacia shouted pointing the bat at everyone which visibly flinched and moved back. Acacia looked at Leigh Anne. She was still frozen in her place. Acacia swinged the bat aiming for her face but it stopped an inch near her face but Leigh Anne hadn’t moved.
” Stop this nonsense Acacia.” Iasonas said as his eyes kept changing whilst holding the bat. Iasonas held the bat before it hit Leigh Anne. ” Don’t tell me that Leigh Anne is your mate? I saw marks on both Acantha and Linbae but not on Leigh Anne.” Acacia stated curiously. ” No she’s not my mate.” Iasonas replied. ” Than why is your wolf so protective of her?” Acacia asked. ” I don’t know So I suggest you stop this because I am going to fight you.” Iasonas’ eyes turned black. His aura so strong that Acacia dropped the bat and struggled to stand straight.
Suddenly Someone pulls Acacia. Iasonas’ turn to its normal colour. ” Let’s go She’s isn’t worth it.” Amaryllis whispered to Acacia. ” Tell that to Iasonas.” Acacia snapped. ” Leigh Anne is not herself Acacia. Leave it alone.” Amaryllis said pulling her away from the scene. Calista followed closely. Iasonas tried waking Leigh Anne but to vail. She was frozen in her place. The ambulance arrived. They threw water at Leigh Anne but she still didn’t move. The paramedics injected her with something.
Finally Leigh Anne dropped but Iasonas was fast to catch her.
