“No, take that out of your mouth. You must
answer my question”. Zayn said, trying to force
the book out of Emily’s mouth but she bit him.
“Füçk! Are you a dog or what?!”. Zayn growled
in pain and Emily only stared at him with the
book still in her mouth and Zayn sighed.
“Come show me what you didn’t understand in
math, cause it still bothers me how you got your
scholarship in the first place with that brain of
yours”. Zayn said changing the topic since she
felt uncomfortable with it and Emily angrily took
the book out of her mouth throwing it for Zayn
to catch which he did.
“I’m not dumb okay! It’s…just that…I’m not
that good at math or any subject that has to do
calculation….
“Really? So you failed math in the scholarship
exam?”. Zayn asked, giving her a raised
eyebrow and Emily just walked towards him,
taking him by the hand and she smiled cutely at
him.
“Since you’re so concerned about my
academics it means you’re not mad at me again
right?”. Emily asked and Zayn scoffed.
“Answer my question first”. Zayn replied and
Emily scratched her rough hair for some
seconds before finally speaking.
“I wrote all the subjects extremely well,
but…when it was time to write math i feel sick
and your school thought since i passed my
other subjects I’ll surely be able to ace my math
also so they let me go….
“Just like that? What kinda school does that?”.
Zayn cut and Emily frowned at him.
“Your school does that idiot! You think they just
let me off? I’m going to write two math exams
during our tests in two weeks time! One for the
scholarship I missed and the other for the class
so why the yell?!”. Emily snapped.
“You don’t look like one who has two math
tests in two weeks time. To think you’ve been
blabbering, shopping and sleeping all
through….
“You h@të me right? Will I kill myself?! Why will I
stress myself on a subject I don’t like! By the
way i have you and thank goodness you’re a
genius so you’ll write one exam for me problem
solved!”. Emily said confidently and Zayn broke
into laughter.
“Why are you laughing? Do you take me for a
joke?! As if going out and leaving only me in
this huge mansion isn’t enough, you have the
nerve to laugh at me?! What did I say wrong?!”.
Emily glared annoyed.
“Everything. It’s best you take your studies
seriously cause it’s confirmed I’m not helping
you with anything…
“I don’t need your help anyway! After All you’re
super useless! Leave my room!!”. Emily ordered
trying to look as serious as possible and Zayn
scoffed.
“Are you trying to get back at me now?”. Zayn
asked.
“Yes, so leave or else I’ll show you that i also
yell loudly”. Emily said.
“I’m sorry for that, i didn’t really mean to yell at
you, but you can be so annoying sometimes”.
Zayn apologized sincerely.
Aside from her he has never apologized to
anyone before not even his parents, but he
apologizes to Emily almost every time and she
doesn’t value it, she makes he stills pays her for
it.
“You know the routine why waste your saliva”.
Emily said wrapping her hands under her B@@bs
and Zayn made to bring out his credit card from
his pocket but Emily stopped him.
“I’ve upgraded, I don’t want that anymore”.
Emily said with rolled eyes and Zayn stared at
her in confusion.
“What do you want then?”. Zayn asked.
“I want all your cars this time around, plus your
room! And also all your hoodies and shorts with
your watches also, then the new pairs of
sneakers you got last week i want just eight out
of them each, and also….
“My inheritance. Why don’t you ask that also,
since you’re literally planning on making me go
broke”. Zayn said, tucking his hand into his
pocket.
“Chill okay? I’m still going there”. Emily
cautioned and Zayn scoffed.
“But if you don’t like it, you can just be my
manager for three years while I work under
Celine. I dreamt about receiving an award and
you looked good. Be my manager…
“What’s with you and your crazy dreams these
days. I thought you said you can’t sleep alone
so why…
“That’s the reason why I’ve been having those
annoying dreams okay? Since you were so
stingy with your room”. Emily sneered and Zayn
moved closer to her touching her hair.
“Your hair looks messy, what if I help you wash
it instead”. Zayn said as he inspected her hair.
“That will be on your own accord you’re still
gonna pay me”. Emily said and Zayn nodded,
rolling his eyes as he pulled her to the restroom.

“I searched your drawer and here are the
shampoos I got!”. Zayn showed Emily who was
already seated on a stool in the restroom with
her hair down. Then Emily raised her head to
see the shampoos he was talking about and her
eyes widened.
“Tiger, are you blind? It was so hard for me to
get those creams and now you want to use
them to wash my hair?!”. Emily gasped as she
hurriedly stood up snatching the creams from
confused Zayn.
“But they looked like…
“The Shampoos are in the first drawer not the
last one! I keep my special stuff there!”. Emily
fired and Zayn nodded as he returned the other
ones. He searched really hard but when he still
couldn’t find the shampoos he gave up and
went into his room to take his, smirking
inwardly cause he knows Emily would surely
panic when she finds out.
“I’ve got it. So bend your head let me do my
magic”. Zayn said and Emily unconsciously did
as she was told, then Zayn began washing her
hair.
“Why does it smell different?”. Emily asked as
Zayn rinsed her hair since he was done washing
it. He was so focused that he didn’t even hear
her, then the worst happened when the soapy
water got into Emily’s eyes and Emily stood up
immediately jumping up and down shouting on
top of my voice.
“I can’t believe it got into my eyes! Tiger do
something!!”. Emily cried running without seeing
where she was going.
“I’m working on it, just stay put!!”. Zayn said,
sweating profusely even when the toilet was
cozy, as he picked up a bowl of water and
began chasing Emily around.
Emily ran out of the restroom into her room
still with hurtful closed eyes, only to meet Avery
who was searching her drawer for one of her
skin care so as to steal like she’s always been
doing secretly.
Avery’s eyes widened when she saw Emily walk
into the room with soapy eyes, she thought
Emily had seen her and so immediately stopped
what she was doing.
“My shampoos never hurt like this when they
are in my eyes. Why now?!”. Emily yelled loudly
as she began searching for her face wipes in
the same drawer Avery had been searching
earlier.
She even stood right next to frightened Avery,
but didn’t know since her eyes were closed.
‘Oh she can’t see. That’s good!’. Avery smiled
as she also continued searching the same
drawer teasing Emily in the way that each time
Emily wanted to take the face wipes she would
transfer it to another location till Emily got
frustrated and traced the face wipe only to
catch Avery’s hand.
“Thief!!!!”. Emily shouted not knowing her
accused.
“Arrghhh!!!”. Avery shouted as Emily used her
soapy hand to slap her face making most of the
soap water to enter her eyes.
“Arrrgh!!! My eyes!!! Zayn!!”. Avery called out in
tears as she tried using her hands to clean it off
but it only got worse. Then she began searching
around for the face wipes that she hid from
Emily but couldn’t find it and continued crying.
“I should have known you were the thief, little
rat … .Argh!”. Emily made to finish, but her own
eyes started hurting her also and she cried out.
“Arrrgh!!! My eyes!!! Tiger!!!”. Emily cried out
loudly and that was when Zayn rushed into the
room from the restroom only to be met with the
shock of his life.
“Avery? What the Füçk are you doing here?”.
Zayn asked in shock and Avery cried.
“Zayn, please help me. I think I might go blind!!
This witch bestie of yours poisoned my vision!!”.
Avery cried like a child and when Zayn made to
go to her Emily also started hers.
“Tiger, please help me. I think I might die!! It’s
been in my eyes way more than Avery’s and I
currently can’t feel my brain and heart
anymore!!”. Emily exaggerated and both Avery
and Zayn became shocked.
“You lier!! What does death have to do with
this!!! Zayn I’m your only little sister it’s either
you help me first or help no one at all!”. Avery
commanded and Zayn gave her a troubled look.
“I’m your only female bestie tiger! So it’s either
you help me or just go die cause I’ll kill you if
you don’t!!!”. Emily counter attacked and Zayn
became more confused roughing his hair in
frustration.
‘I should have just used her creams since I
couldn’t find the shampoos, who told me to use
mine. I’m not going to die before my time
because of these two’. Zayn thought, sighing
deeply as he sat on the floor staring at the two
psychos who wouldn’t stop yelling his name.
NEXT MORNING…
《THE POWERS MANSION》
“Dad no!! Please just stay back! You can’t
follow me to school to meet that thing! Dad, I
beg you, it’s my image we are talking about
here!”. Blaire begged as she tried stopping her
dad from entering into his car, but Chairman
Powers got into his car anyways and zoomed
out of the mansion.
“She’s not even your real daughter!!!”. Blaire
yelled loudly at the car that was already gone
then her mom and Gwen joined her.
“I thought I hid all his car keys, how did he find
them?”. Mrs Powers asked the girls in confusion
and Blaire angrily faced Gwen slapping her
twice on the cheek.
“You annoying Bîtch!! How dare you b*tt into
my family’s business!?”. Blaire yelled and that
was when Mrs Powers faced Gwen.
“You showed him where the car key was? Mrs
Powers asked and Gwen only rolled eyes at her.
“What if I did so what?! I’m gonna get
disgraced in school today because of your so-
called orphan daughter but no one in this
mansion cares!! It’s only fair Blaire joins me!!!”.
Gwen yelled and Mrs Powers slapped her hard,
sending her to the ground.
“Listen to me you pauper. You’re nothing but a
beggar you hear me! Your poor mom brought
you here to leech off us without giving us
anything in return!! I’ve done my best as a good
sister to help in raising you but the moment you
try to drag my Blaire down with you, that
moment you’ll know the stuff I’m made of!”. Mrs
Powers threatened and Gwen in anger and teary
eyes stood up and left the mansion with her bag
to school.
“I’ve had enough of that annoying brat!”. Mrs
Powers spat beside Blaire.
“I don’t think I’ll go to school today, I can’t get
laughed at by other students”. Blaire said and
Mrs Powers hugged her.
“Don’t worry. Your Dad isn’t that stupid, he’ll
surely not want to implicate you”. Mrs Powers
said and Blaire nodded calmly before breaking
the hug and hopping into her car to school.
“I really should do something about that Emily.
With the way the chairman’s behaved, I just
hope he doesn’t step down from the company
for her once she clocks twenty”. Mrs Powers
muttered before going into the mansion.
《GEELONG HIGH SCHOOL》
“What do you want her punishment to be?”.
Zayn asked Emily who stood beside him as she
glared at Gwen who was currently on her knees
waiting for her fate as she glared secretly at
Emily.
They together with the whole students were
currently in the scholars Zone where students
get bullied everyday by Bella and her friends.
“I just want her to learn from her mistakes”.
Emily said nicely and Zayn and Kyle who knew
her too well turned to face her.
“What?”. Zayn said.
“You sure you didn’t bump your head into
something hard during the weekend?”. Kyle
asked.
“Did you let me finish?! I was gonna say she
should also swim inside the same pool she
pushed me in!!”. Emily glared at Kyle.
“Why are you shouting at me? Zayn also asked
you the same thing”. Kyle said.
“Tiger’s never wrong so shut up!!”. Emily
snapped at Kyle who scoffed while Zayn
smirked.
“Get up. We’re going to your pool”. Zayn said to
Gwen before walking away with some other
students while Emily stood behind sticking out
her tongue annoyingly at Gwen who looked
super angry.
“Who looks stupid now! Blend!!”. Emily uttered
teasingly and that was when Zayn came back
grabbing her by the hand and pulling her along
with him while two guys dragged Gwen out
roughly also.
“My name is Gwen, not blend!”. Gwen yelled as
they dragged her away to the pool.
“When will you grow up”. Zayn said to Emily
while pulling her away.
“Never! If i grow up you’ll quit fighting for me,
so i rather continue acting childish”. Emily said
and Zayn scoffed.
“Did you hear what she just called your
boyfriend? Bella, when are you going to do
something?!”. Winter said when everyone
already left for the pool leaving only them
behind.
“I’ve had enough of that Bîtch! I’ll make sure
she pays for always making me the second girl
in Zayn’s life!”. Bella said deviously.

“You’re Eva right? Why are you the only one in
class when everyone’s outside having the scene
of their life”. Talia said to Eva when she walked
into the class in search of something.
“I just like peace and quiet”. Eva replied and
Talia nodded.
“Okay see ya later then”. Talia said walking out
of the class and Eva nodded.
Almost immediately Kelvin and Camila walked
into the class, with Camila shutting the door
behind them.
“Fake Camila told me you were giving her a
hard time. Why?”. Kelvin asked Eva who rolled
eyes at him.
“I don’t want her impersonating me anymore. I
have someone waiting for me”. Eva said and
Camila broke into laughter.
“Who? Tristan? He couldn’t even tell whether I
was fake or real”. Camila grinned alongside
Kelvin.
“I have a Mom who hasn’t set eyes on me
since last semester okay!”. Eva yelled.
“Lower your voice okay! That’s why we pay you
huge so you could pay for Camila’s sins and
live her life while she lived yours for you to help
me here also!!”. Kelvin snapped looking pissed
and Eva shook her head.
“I’ll refund your money. your fake Camila is
doing a bad job impersonating me and she’s
also ruining my private life with Tristan…
“Just say you’re jealous Bîtch!!…
“That’s enough! Eva just give us three weeks
okay, we’ll give you back your personality, with
no refunds okay?”. Kelvin said assuringly before
walking out of the class and Camila after
glaring at Eva also left.
“Three…weeks..is still so far”. Eva mumbled as
a tear escaped her eyes.
PRINCIPAL’S OFFICE.
“You’re saying you want to meet Emily
Powers? I understand she bears the same
family name as your chairman, but she’s just a
normal commoner, what could she have done?”.
The principal inquired and Mr Powers was
about to answer when Blaire barged into the
office.
“She was once our family’s personal help, who
ran off without saying anything, so my humble
dad just came to check on her if she was okay”.
Blaire said and the chairman shook head at her.
“But she bears the same middle name as late
chairman Brigate Silver Powers of the Powers
groups of the company…
“Is that the reason why you enrolled her even
when she doesn’t really qualify to be a student
of this school? You’ve got the wrong info okay!

“Blaire, that’s enough!!”. The chairman
cautioned and Blaire frowned meanly.
“We enrolled her because she passed the
scholarship exams and nothing else. Chairman
you know too well it’s the late Chairman Silver
and his wife who bought most of the shares of
this school, so if we actually enrolled her cause
we thought she was their descendant she would
have been given a VIP treatment”. The principal
explained and Blaire scoffed as her dad
nodded.
“The late chairman is my elder brother. But
Emily’s root is what we know nothing of, she
just used to work in my mansion and that’s all. I
just came to check how she’s doing”. Chairman
Powers said and the principal’s eyes widened.
‘What could make him change his mind so
fast? Or was it because of the shares the
principal just talked of?’. Blaire thought.
