The next morning, Ji-ho was sitting at the bus stop waiting for the bus, she was smiling glamorously to herself, She couldn’t contain her joy after she made a phone call across the number on the card that Su-Ho gave to her, and the man asked they should meet later today. Baek-Hyun who came not quite long, stared at her and wondered why she looked so happy today.
“Good Morning Miss Ji-ho”. he greeted warmly as he sat next to her, Ji-ho turned to him and smiled.
” Good Morning to you Baek-Hyun”. she replied.
“You look so happy today, you might wanna tell me the secret”.
“Um–“She got interrupted by a car horn, and they turned in the direction to see it was chan-yeol and Byung-ho, Baek-Hyun let out a sigh.
“Why do these two idiots always have to ruin my chances with Miss Ji-ho”. he said to himself and stared hard at them, they understood the meaning of his gaze and they grinned at him.
” Baek-Hyun, aren’t you coming in?”. Chan-yeol voice out. “Good Morning Miss Ji-ho”. he greeted cheerfully and Ji-ho smiled by nodding.
“Miss Ji-ho I will see you in school, I know you will refuse to join us even if I ask you”. Baek-Hyun said turning his gaze to her.
” Sure, no problem”. she replied, and Baek-Hyun winked at her before going to join his friends in the car, and they zoomed off “he winks at me again, is he always like that with the rest teachers?”. She wondered, then the bus came, she entered and it drove off.
During the free period, the guys were in their private inn relaxing while operating their phones.
” Chan-yeol, may I ask why you always ruin my chances of getting close to Miss Ji-ho?”Baek-Hyun asked staring hard at him, and it made chan-yeol uncomfortable as he adjusted himself well in his seat.
“How do you mean?” he asked.
“You know what I mean, you two are always there at the wrong time, can’t you two just drive on without stopping, do you have to stop to interrupt my moment with Miss Ji-ho”. he said frowning.
“You are pathetic, How can you say we are ruining your chance with Miss Ji-ho”. Byung-ho scoff.
“Exactly! You two should stop stalking on me whenever I am with her, I don’t like it”. he warned.
“Yeah, wh@tëver”. chan-yeol scoff.
“Especially you, chan-yeol”.
Later in the day, Ji-ho went to meet up with the man in an open cafeteria, They sat down facing each other while the waiters served them a cup of warm chocolate cream and sandwiches.
“You are the young lady that called me earlier today?”Dal (달)
(Dal means moon) asked smiling at her.
” Yes sir”. she replied smiling
“Don’t call me sir, I prefer you call me Dal”.
” Okay, Dal”.
“Anyway, I have told my friend about it already, you will go to his house tomorrow, he will be expecting you and you two can discuss more”. he said.
” Thank you so much, sir, I appreciate”.She smiles.
“You don’t have to dear, I know you will be perfect for the job,”. They smile at each other and continue with their snacks. Ji-ho couldn’t express how happy she was feeling at the moment.
Later in the cool evening, Baek-Hyun was having dinner with his parents.
“Mom this food tastes delicious”. Baek-Hyun said with his mouth full.
“Am glad you are enjoying it”. She said smiling.
“Anyway son, I have seen a private tutor for you, she will be coming over tomorrow”. Mr. Dae-jung said.
“Really? Dad, ”
“Yes, I will be meeting her tomorrow, so be prepared”. he added.
” Of course, thanks Dad”.
“Anything for you dear”. he replied and they continued having their meal.

Saturday morning, Ji-ho arrived at the mansion that Dal directed her to, She was caught off guard to see the amazing structure of the building, it was like that of a Palace with beautiful flowers surrounding it, The painting was magnificent and the windows and doors were all made of glasses. She walked into the building and pressed the bell button, soon The door was wide open revealing a young elegant lady in a maid outfit.
“Good Morning miss”. She greeted with a bow.
“Good morning, I am a new hire private tutorial”. she said politely.
” Okay, come in”. she ushers her in. Ji-ho couldn’t believe his eyes, the living room was wide and mighty with an amazing Interior Design, and the chairs were made of silver. “Please sit, what can I get for you?”. she asked as Ji-ho made her way to sit on the couch.
” Nothing, am fine”. she declined.
“Okay, I will inform the master that you are here”. she said and walked away. Ji-ho stared amazingly at the whole place, not too long after she got interrupted by a deep and calm voice from the staircase and she stood up quickly, immediately she saw him coming towards her.
” Did I keep you waiting?”. Mr. Dae-jung said as he moved closer to her smiling.
“No sir”. she answered nervously.
” Please sit”. They sat down. “You are the one my friend referred to me that can take my son on science”.
“Yes sir, it will be an honor if you give me this job,” she said
“Have you taught before?” he asked and Ji-ho nodded.
“Yes sir, I teach science, and I promise you will never regret it if you give me this job”.
“Of course, I will, I like you already, How much do you charge in a month?” he asked and Ji-ho was surprised because he is the one to say the money he would pay her in a month.
“I-i”. she sputtered and he cut in.
” Okay, let’s start with four thousand won (400,000 won)”. he said and Ji-ho gasped in surprise. That money will be able to help with her mother’s medication and also with her family’s needs.
“Thank you so much, sir”.
” Okay, can you start now?”
“Definitely sir”. she nodded.
” Okay then, I will inform my son that you are here”. He stood and called out for a maid to inform his son that his private tutor was here and he left for his room. Baek-Hyun was in his room with his friends chatting when they got interrupted by a knock on the door.
“Who is there? Come in”. Baek-Hyun said and the maid entered with her head bowed to the ground. “What is it?”
“Sorry to disturb you sir, but your father asks me to inform you that your new private tutor is here”. She said.
” Really? “.
“Yes sir, she is waiting for you in the living room”.
“She? So, your father hired a female tutor for you… hmm, that’s interesting”. Chan-yeol smiles unknowingly at him.
” Okay, you can go on, I will be right down”. he instructed the maid, she bowed and left.
“Let’s go and see if she will turn you away from Miss Ji-ho”. chan-yeol said and Byung-ho smacked his head.
” Stop being silly”. he said and they stood up and left to the living room, suddenly They were stunned to see it was Ji-ho.
“Oh boy! Miss Ji-ho?”.Chan-yeol said quietly.”Man! You two are really destined for each other”. he concluded and they stared at him. “What? “. They sighed and turned back to Ji-ho who stared around the place looking so calm and innocent, Baek-Hyun let out a smirk and then called out to the maid who immediately answered him quickly with a bow.
“Take her to my balcony and make sure she is comfortable, I will join her soon”. he instructed.
“Okay, sir,” she bowed and left to meet Ji-ho. They watched them and saw Ji-ho following her behind. Baek-Hyun smiles and turns to his friends.
“Why are you guys still here? Aren’t you thinking of leaving?”. he said and they were surprised at him.
” Are you asking us out?” Byung-ho questioned.
“Yes, is time for my lesson and I don’t want you two ruining it for me”.
“Are you being serious?!” Chan-yeol asked.
“Yes! Now get moving”. he said and started pushing them from behind.
” We want to meet Miss Ji-ho too?”. Chan-yeol yell.
“Nope, not today”. He continued to push them until they arrived at the doorstep and pushed them out.
“You are seriously chasing us out because of Miss Ji-ho?”. Byung-ho said.
“Yep, you two have overstayed your welcome enough, so bye!”.
” You @$$hOle! you–“chan-yeol got cut in as Baek-yeol shut the door behind them laughing. He rushed back to his room to freshen up, change into new clothes, spray his body with perfume, and dress his hair properly.
Ji-ho sat on the balcony and was served a glass of juice and a cookie, she was comfortable and was going through her book, then she perceived a familiar scent and got interrupted by a familiar voice from behind.
“Hello, Miss Ji-ho”. Baek-Hyun said from behind and Ji-ho turned to him quickly and went stunned.
” B-Baek-Hyun”. she sputtered and stood up.
“yes, is me, are you surprised?”.
” What are you doing here?”.
“You mean what I am doing in my house”. he replied staring straight into her eyes. ” Aren’t you my new private teacher?”.
“Huh, you are the one I will be teaching?”.
” Yep, I am surprised to see that you are the one my dad hired for me.. am happy he chose you” ” He winked at her and moved to sit down facing her with his legs crossed.
“I can’t do this”. she said to herself and turned to him. ” I think this is a big mistake, I can’t be your private tutor”.
“Why not? If you can be my school teacher, why can’t you be my private tutor?”. he asked and she sighed.
” You don’t understand”.
“Then make me “. He stood and moved closer to her but she pushed back. ” What are you scared of Miss Ji-ho? Why are you refusing to teach me? “.
” Nothing, I think I have to go”. she said as she picked up her bag to leave, Quickly, Baek-Hyun grabbed onto her hand and pulled her to himself, She gulped nervously as their face were inches apart, Baek-Hyun’s hands encircled her waist while she rested her hands on his chest.
“Why are you in a hurry to leave”. he whispered seductively into her ear and it sent shivers to her whole body”I can feel your heart beating faster, is it for me?”. he teases and quickly she pushes him off.
“What do you think you are doing? How dare you pull me back like that”. she yelled and he smirked.
“am sorry about that, now can you do what brought you here”. he said and moved back to his seat smiling at her angry face. ” You look beautiful when you make that face, my little pumpkin”. He teases and winks at her.
“Did you just call me a little pumpkin?”.
“Yeah, from today onward you are my little pumpkin and it suits you perfectly well”. he said and Ji-ho tightened her fist to control her anger.
“Just try to keep it cool Ji-ho, you only have three months to tolerate this spoilt brat”. she said to herself and sighed. ” you are such a spoilt brat”. she voiced out to him, and Baek-Hyun scoffed.
“Yeah, I know that and you like this spoilt brat”.
” Who told you I like you?”.
“No one needs to tell me, I already know”. he winks.
” Baek-Hyun, you know I am your teacher, and you–” he cut her short.
“I know that Miss Ji-ho and I am happy you are my teacher, so can we move to the next section, my little pumpkin”. he smiled.
” Don’t call me that”.
“I will, little pumpkin”. He teases and sighs tiredly and then sits down. ” By the way, I forgot to tell you that you look charming today”. he said and she stared hard at him as she brought out her books to lecture him.
